We had a leak in her roof and they found that the chimney was falling apart, both fixed. The work was timely and professional. They cleaned up after They were efficient and finished the task in a day or two. They arrived by after, reviewed showed pictures of their work. Would recommend.

Yuriy and RIGI installed a beautiful new roof for my building in 2014. I'm writing today because of Yuriy's incredible customer work this week: I needed him to service resolve a screw-up by the town house dept. A permit was never closed (no fault of Yuriy's) and I had settlement on the house in 4 days. Yuriy worked to gather information and evidence of a professional, to-code installation, and convinced the building department to close the permit. Wow. Seven years later, I felt like I was Yuriy's most important customer this week. And it was all just to help resolve an issue he did not cause. That is great customer service!
