i enlisted the services of marvelous roofs for a persistent leak in the flat roof at the back of my property in broomfield. no one appeared to be capable of resolving the problem until i engaged with marvelous roofs. the team, including frank and jerome, were incredibly knowledgeable and explained in simple terms the exact steps necessary to permanently prevent future leaks. this was three years ago, and i'm pleased to say, we have not experienced a single leak since the completion of their work. when the time comes to replace the roof over my porch at the front of my property, marvelous roofs will certainly be my first call. their service was outstanding, prompt, and i have nothing but respect and admiration for their team!

the entire roofing project was accomplished in just one day by marvelous roofs. initially, they delivered the wrong shingles, but promptly replaced them within a couple of days. this wasn't an issue as they had been delivered ahead of schedule. the post-project cleanup was incredibly thorough, with the team, including blake and santiago, returning a few days later for an additional sweep. i was extremely pleased with both the quality of work and the materials used in broomfield.
