I was seriously impressed with the service I received from Mel and his team at Name Your Price. Going through a roofing claim with insurance can be a tremendous headache. However, I really felt that Mel and his company had my back. He personally called the adjuster to advocate for our case, and he patiently guided me through shingle and color selection.In addition to advocating for us and working with insurance, he provided a price that was far more competitive than other estimates. I was also able to replace some old windows which his team also handled. During the installation of both roof and windows, Mel was on-hand to supervise the crew and sent a ton of pictures that helped put my mind at ease. Even after the installation, Mel was there to answer any questions and help me process the warranties.I really can’t thank Mel and his team enough, and I look forward to working with him again on other projects.Services: Home renovations, Installation, Roof installation

Name Your Price did extensive exterior work at my home. This work included window replacement, painting the entire exterior (including patching and repairing the siding), gutter and leaf guard installation, deck remodel (including installing Trex flooring and glass panel railings). I am very happy with the work that was done. It was completed on time and on budget. I would definitely use this company again!

Mel and his team removed our existing siding, soffit and fascia. They replaced it with fiber cement siding, soffit and fascia. We had several contractors quote this job. From the beginning Mel was attentive and really took the time to understand our wants and needs.Once we signed the contract, the job moved! Mel was communicative the entire duration of the project, and ensured the quality and aesthetics met not only our expectations, but his. His eye for design and his offer to provide visual renderings of our color choices really helped us select exactly what we wanted. What we thought we wanted was not actually what we wanted! Mel guided us to reach that result.His team was respectful and hardworking. They worked around our hectic schedule and were a pleasure to be around. Mel Pazol is the owner of Name Your Price Siding & Windows and is the only guy you will deal with. No middle men, no associate, no BS. Mel is extremely responsive to all questions and does not operate a high pressure sales business. It took me 3 1/2- 4 months to finally decide to start the job and pick the right colors, I was never rushed or pressured. The job started 10 days after I signed the contract and was finished in 10 days. The only delay was due to extremely cold and snowy conditions In mid February 2020. Mel has some of the Best crews and craftsmen in the business. I look forward to working with Mel in the future. Call him, tell him Lenny sent you. You won’t be disappointed!

Mel worked with us to find the doors that fit both our specific size as well as our HOA requirements. He kept us up to date while they were being ordered, shipped, and delivered. The crew showed up when we were told they’d be here and finished quickly and efficiently. Best of all, they left the house cleaner than when they arrived! My house was One of the biggest eyesores in the neighborhood!!! After the outside remodel, I have people stopping to take pictures of my home. Several people have come by and they want to do their house too!!! We were told numerous times we have the nicest house in the neighborhood. This is all thanks to Mel and his crew !!
