I had performance windows install 3 windows and 1 door for me in March 2024. Overall the process was very easy! The individuals I encountered were all professional. The process followed the expected timeline that they presented to me, and the removal of old windows and door and installation of new items took less than a day. The windows and door look great! I also really appreciated that they came back to fix an area of caulk after I messed it up ( sorry!).The section of my house with the newly installed windows and door is much warmer in the winter than it was before! Everything is smooth and easy to open and close (and easy to clean). The other thing I noticed is that it is quieter inside than before!I highly recommend performance windows and look forward to using them again in the future!

Great company to work with, and the windows are very classy. Arrived and installed as marketed, pretty cool way to upgrade the style of your home. They replaced 21 windows and a sliding door. Definitely looking forward to how much coooooler my home stays this summer as well! Highly recommend.

I love these windows!I’ve been meaning to replace the 10 windows in my house for a while, and after visiting with the reps from Performance Windows, I was impressed with the company, the quality of the windows shown me, and the price.Everything went smoothly, windows were measured when they said they would be. Install happened on the scheduled day and went extremely smoothly. The crew removed the old windows in about an hour, and all 10 new ones were installed in less than three hours. And that three hours included all needed trim work and caulking. The installers were efficient, friendly, and skilled. I’m extremely happy with the windows from Performance Windows, and I’d absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace a few or all of the windows in their home.

Performance windows are amazing. They told me 12 weeks and were even faster than that. It only took 8 weeks. The windows themselves are Wonderful, they open up from the inside to be able to clean the outside. The locks are sturdy and secure. The installation was very fast and efficient. It took them no time at all, three hours on the dot. It also makes the house feel better inside. Will help with the heating bill. Would highly recommend these windows.

In mid December 2023, I was contacted by a sales representative from Performance Windows. At this point in time my house was almost 22 years old and some on my old windows had already failed, i.e. broken seals, so I knew a window project was going to be in my future. After being shown their product, Alside Window Company, and offered a reasonable cost for the project, I decided to sign a contract. I had a total of 11 windows contracted to be replaced. Initial measurements and then official measurements were taken. The longest part of the process was the manufacturing of the windows, which is done locally in the Denver area.At the end of February 2024, it was installation day. Performance Window sent out a crew of four and went straight to work. The crew started at about 9 am and completed the job by 4 pm. This crew obviously knew what they were doing and were relatively fast and efficient.I would highly recommend Performance Windows for your window replacement project.

I LOVE our new windows! Performance did an excellent job throughout the whole process. No pressure sales, and seeing the window samples, the long standing reputation of the window manufacturer Alside, and the reasonable price made my decision easy. These windows are superior quality; I can no longer hear the busy traffic nearby, nor do I feel any drafts coming in. Plus, the screens slide both ways as do the window sections, so super easy cleaning and adaptability for air flow. And they look incredible! Clear communication throughout the whole process, and the installation day was quick and efficient, despite having 17 windows and a slider to install. I would highly recommend Performance Windows!

The Performance Windows team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. At the initial meeting they provided lots of great details and demonstrations of the available products, patiently answered all of our many questions, and didn't put too much pressure on us. In the time between contract signing and installation, they provided a link to a portal that allowed us to track the progress of our order. Then once the windows were ready, they worked with us to set a date for installation and stuck to it, arriving on time and completing the installation in a matter of hours. Jose, George, and the rest of the installation team were very friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly once complete. The windows look beautiful, operate smoothly, and even have some nifty features. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Performance Windows!(P.S. We LOVE the easy-clean and fresh- air-lock features on these Alside windows!)

The overall install took about four hours for nine windows. We appreciate the communication received throughout the whole process, from the original order up through the installation. I absolutely love my new windows! They are beautiful inside and out. The quality and functionality of the windows is awesome! They have made a huge difference in insulating my house. I don't hear a lot of outside noise that I used to hear and don't feel drafts throughout the house. When installing the windows, they were very careful and respectful. The team of installers were quick and efficient! They did a good job cleaning up after. The process was easy from the start. From the salesman, to the measuring of each window, to the installation. They did exactly what they said they would do and were right on time all the time. The people were very nice and great to work with. I would highly recommend this Company! We are just thrilled with our new windows! I noticed the difference immediately after the installation team left. The furnace is no longer running constantly; the coldest corners of the house are now ambient temperature; outside noise is suddenly muted. (I do miss hearing the neighborhood owls hooting at night, but that's a trade-off I can live with!)Our house was originally built in 1880, and the six windows we replaced were from the 1950s-60s, so none of them are "standard" sizes. I'd had replacements quoted out with other companies before, but the price was staggering due to the custom sizing. Since Performance Windows fabricates all their windows to spec, this was a non-issue. They were able to replace all six windows for *HALF the cost* I'd been quoted elsewhere.Installation day was quick, easy and stress-free—the guys were polite and professional, and completed the whole job in under 5 hours. It was extremely satisfying to watch them pop the perfectly-measured new windows right into place! I was particularly impressed with the finishing, as they even made a special trip to pick up the correct size trim for one of my extra-weird windows and make sure everything was perfect before they tidied up and headed out.Every member of the Performance Windows team was lovely to work with and happy to answer all my questions and address concerns. We are so impressed with Performance Windows' quality and service that we've decided to have them replace the rest of our windows next year!

We're very happy with our windows from Performance! The process was easy from start to finish, and we were able to track the progress of our order throughout, from when our order went through, when manufacturing was complete, and scheduling the install. We had 16 windows and a sliding glass door replaced, and the installation for everything was completed same day. We were skeptical of the quality since the pricing was so much less than the other companies from which we've received quotes, but we were very impressed with the look, quality, and warranty of our new windows. 100% would recommend.

The windows are just as presented at the initial meet/greet. Our home apparently did not have standard sized windows on all but one window & had to be customized. The windows were finished earlier than quoted and were installed 2 months ahead of schedule. It took 7 hours to remove the old windows & fully install 10 windows. I find this astonishing! My home looks brand new & the windows are so easy to open/close. I love them !!! The crew cleaned up after themselves after taking out the old windows & were pleasant & professional throughout the process! I would highly recommend!

I recently upgraded my home with new windows and sliding patio door and the improvement is remarkable. We got our widows installed and I wanted to wait a little bit to see how they hold up to different types of weather and I must say they are great. Not only do they look good, they don’t rattle in the wind and they’re sealed really well so you don’t feel air coming in from around them.I was a little skeptical at first because the price was much lower than all the other estimates we got. But this company deliver. On install day, the guys that came were great. They were very efficient, extremely respectful and all around good guys. We were really excited to hear that Performance Windows was expanding into the metro area! We were living with original (1994) leaky wooden windows and when we had the exterior of our house painted a couple of years ago, we were sad to see our nice new white trim with hideous browned metal window frames. All our windows and patio door were covered in plastic all winter and we couldn't even see out of them because of the condensation between panes.Performance Windows did all 39 windows in our house (everything from arch top to casement to bay to picture), plus our patio door, in 2.5 days. They were on time, communicative, professional, and did great work. They seemed to work seamlessly as a team, which was really cool to see! We love the way the windows look both inside and out, and the functionality of them being double-hung and popping inside for easy cleaning. We have just had our windows installed and could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Every single person, from sales through estimating, scheduling, and installation - was top notch. Every question and concern thoroughly addressed. Window replacement (especially 33 of them) is a tremendous financial investment but our home and its almost 30yr old original windows were leaking and breaking down - it was time. I would 100% recommend Performance to anyone needing windows.
