These are two no nonsense, hard working and very capable professionals. They did what they said they would do and were extremely efficient at what they did. Their subcontractors were also great and Jeff managed them thoroughly and insured timely quality work. I’m a 35 year old real estate investor and have worked with Jeff and Chad over the last 4 years on several different projects: bathroom renovations, custom tile work, flooring, kitchen overhaul, etc. You name it, they can do it better than most. Skyline Builders are the best! I'm a single woman in my 60s, and I first hired Skyline Builders to remodel my kitchen in 2019. The work was professional and outright beautiful, so I had them refinish the whole first floor--insulation, drywall repair, painting, and flooring. Then in 2020, I called them back to convert a carport into an attached apartment, again with insulation, flooring, new bathroom, etc. While they were doing this work, I had some problems with my roof and deck, so they coordinated everything to take care of it. Jeff and Chad are really good at what they do and I highly recommend them! They have done two beautiful bathrooms at my house, painted, done miscellaneous woodworking, coordinated drywall repairs, carpet, and more. Their work is precise and carefully completed. I've recommended them to friends and clients, too. They are really friendly and pleasant as well. They are my go-to contractors of choice. If you hire them, you won't be disappointed!
