I needed a fence built in a challenging location. I talked to a bunch of folks and Ruben was the only person who inspired any confidence and seemed honest. He and his team built a really solid fence, working around boulders and in frozen ground in November. Ruben communicated well and frequently. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and responded well to feedback. They aren’t the cheapest, but they are the definition of you get what you pay for! I’d hire them again without hesitation.

Ruben and his crew are a breath of fresh air when it comes to reliability and punctuality, which is rare with service providers today. I have used Ruben’s All West crew for over 15 years, and they have always excelled whether it was removing numerous large trees or just taking out this year’s single dead tree with excellent clean up services. Also, and VERY IMPORTANT, they excel in general fire mitigation management which provides both myself and my insurance company peace of mind.I highly recommend Ruben and his excellent crew and will be using them again this year and in the future.

Ruben and his crew created our driveway, put up fencing, and did landscaping that was important to mark areas (i.e., septic field), restore, and aesthetically enhance our homestead. Ruben and his crew did a great job! They were the only ones who would come to Leadville and we were so lucky they did! We had a tough job with a really tall tree growing right next to our house with very little room to take it down. I think it only took them 30 minutes to limb it, cut it down and clean up! Everyone was safe and we couldn't have been happier with the service.

We hired Ruben to install a split rail fence at our home in Twin Lakes and they did a stupendous job. If you are frustrated with poor service, you need to hire these guys. Ruben takes pride in the quality of his work and the men working with him were super guys. They showed up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and used only the highest quality materials. The first time we stepped out to see what they were doing, they already had two sections up---not a lot of head-scratching going on. They stayed with it until the job was done, exceeded every expectation, and did all the little things we may not have expected. We were left with respect for their know-how, workmanship, and desire to make their customer happy. Ruben and his crew will be the first people we call for any future work in our home. They were very punctual, kept us informed of there schedule and exactly when they would arrive. What was exceptional was his communication with us at all times. Our project included removing and replacing an old fence, updating landscaping, tree removal, pruning and planting and demolition and removal of an outbuilding. If I could put zero or negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contacted All West of Colorado to do landscaping on my front yard. The owner Thomas 'Ruben' Cashler came out for the initial estimate. He came to my property but I didn't get an estimate. Instead I got stories of what he did with other properties. Then he told me to draw up what I wanted rather than him design it because he said he has a problem with home owners not liking his designs. So I measured and drew up what I wanted and even priced out the items for him from the local supplier he uses. Then I never heard from him. It took weeks to get him to finally give me an estimate. Once I agreed to hire him for the landscaping he said he would write up a contract and gave me a date to expect work to begin. The contract never came and after hounding him for answers on when I would receive it he said he would drive by my property and drop it off to be signed. We set up a time for him to bring it by and as I'm waiting by the window I see his truck pull up, park, then drive away. I contacted him and told him I was home and came back only to get out of his truck and tell me that he didn't want to landscape my yard because it already had rocks and dead grass that he didn't want to remove. This guy led me on for weeks, making me think he was going to landscape my yard only to blow me off. Thank god I didn't pay him any money because I have a feeling he would have run off with that. To anyone looking for anything landscaping related DO NOT USE ALL WEST OF COLORADO.
