DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!It took me four months to get my truck basically rediagnosed and we still owed $4000 with it not being drivable. on top of that my tires are all flat with nails. There’s dog hair all in my seats and carpets which I am allergic to dogs. 2 gallons of oil left in the backseat with all the mechanics sweatshirts and belongings. With 300 miles added to my truck. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional.Do not take your vehicle here.

My Ford Edge's engine was replaced in Colorado after a water pump failure during vacation. The initial installation failed, requiring a second engine and three months of waiting. Upon finally receiving the vehicle, I was told the online warranty system would handle everything should a problem arise and no paperwork was needed. However, after 20,000 miles, an oil leak emerged from the timing chain cover. My local Kansas dealership revealed the warranty hadn't been activated due to missing paperwork required from the service department. The first dealership claimed ignorance despite charging over $7,000 for the engine and failing to activate the warranty. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They caused undue stress and left me with a defective engine and no warranty.

I stopped by this morning when they opened and the manager John said his service appointment schedule was full. I was able to ask him some questions and he offered me advice to fix my main problem and also helped with a few other minor tasks like checking fluids and a door issue that was preventing it from being opened. Based on his pure hospitality and genuine interest in helping out a customer passing through town, I'll give them 5 stars. Thank you again!

Called needing a car part, was supposed to get it delivered the next day, instead it needed to be picked up. Once we arrived. they couldn’t find the piece that is needed. That is down right low quality service, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re in a emergency at all.Edit to owner: The piece was a upper Radiator hose for 2011 fiesta 1.6L. This has taken place within the last 2 days.

Excellent customer service. We arrived after close when Jon Lind helped us replace our tire when we had a blow out I-70. Kindness like this is so uncommon. I highly recommend taking your business here as you will be treated with custom service that goes above and beyond.

Awesome service. I stopped here on Saturday to fix my gas leak at engine compartment for my range rover, manager Jon and other staff was very helpful and worked tirelessly to fix the issue for more than 6 hrs on weekend. I was so happy and they helped me to get back on road.Thank you so much Jon and team.

Burlington Ford Lincoln is actually a House of Angels! The entire staff is amazing! My rear brakes on my Volvo V70XC started failing on my way down the Colorado Mountains, which got worse as I continued through Colorado until I knew it would not be safe to try to get home 500+ miles away. I called them from a rest area 45 miles away and the really nice lady said they could look at them. I pulled in at 2PM. I was scared but both Dave Richardson and Jon Lind were so nice! Jon Lind looked at my car and showed me the problem, and they were amazingly able to get both pads and rotors AND have their super sweet mechanic install them AND got me back on the road before 5PM the SAME day! AND they replaced a headlight that had just gone out before I got there..... all of that for under $400!!!! Unbelievable! I was shocked! I was traveling with my dog (large black lab) and they let me bring him in while we waited. Dave let me charge my phone and the entire staff was so nice!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Thank You Burlington Ford Lincoln House of Angels! I would give 100 stars if I could!

Very friendly and helpful employees. They worked late for me to get me on the road. I have a land rover broke down near the Burlington exit and they checked the issue and immediately called Land rover to make sure if I am covered under warranty before they even start working on fixing my car. I would definitely suggest this business because I have never seen reasonable prices for the work and every employee is very friendly and patient.

The service department is horrible. I had a 3 o'clock appointment for an oil change. I dropped off the vehicle at 2:50. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete my service. The technician did not check my tire pressure or my differential fluid. The vehicle sat in the parking lot with the hood open for 45 minutes before the technician even began the service. The service manager at the counter told me, "that sometimes trucks take longer." I am an ASE certified technician and I have performed over 6000 oil changes. Truck are actually easier than cars. I do not appreciate her dishonesty and her attempt to feed me a line. The vehicle moved less than 30 feet from the parking lot and was not even pulled into a service bay; yet my seats and mirrors were moved and my trip odometers had been reset. This shop needs new management and immediate training for their techs. The employees were friendly, but I can afford little respect to liars, even if they are friendly.

I stopped here a couple weeks ago after hitting an animal on the interstate while traveling. My front bumper had come loose and I just needed some type of temporary fix until I could get home. Jon Lind was very friendly and helpful. He got my car in almost immediately and I was out after a few minutes. They were able to pin my bumper back up and best of all they didn't charge me a dime! Great service and everyone was super friendly.

They were so nice and helpful when we broke down 45 miles from Burlington. Helped us get a tow truck and stayed open late til we arrived. Got our vehicle fixed and back on the road early the next morning. We were so grateful.

We had a check engine light come on heading from TN to Utah. These folks took us in and had us fixed up with new plugs and coils in no more than an hour and did a fantastic job. Not to mention it was their quitting time and they stayed late to help us get back on the road. Nice and friendly service!!!!!

The ABS and traction control light came on in my 18 f150. I went in the dealership at 430 in a panic. They pulled it in and found the hub bearing was bad. I explained to them I was headed south with an oversize load and had to get back on the road. They did an emergency warranty and had me on the road the next morning. I can't say enough about the customer service. Big thankyou to the service tech, parts department and thankyou Shannon you guys went above and beyond!!

We were traveling to Denver in an Enterprise mini-van when we blew a tire out on Highway 70 a couple miles from Burlington. We changed the tire with a doughnut spare. The other rear tire was worn past the 2nd ply. We need two new tires.We limped into Burlington around 5:15. All the normal tire places were closed. We found Burlington Ford and Lincoln open. Lucky for us. They were fantastic. They did not have our size tire but found another store 40 miles away that had them in stock. I rented another car from them and drove to get the tires. Burlington Ford and Lincoln brought back their service guy to install the tires later that evening. They also discounted the rental and the tires.The service was beyond the call of duty. We deeply appreciate all their help.

So kind and good at what they do. Joe, the manager was awesome, went above and beyond clearly going out of his way to be helpful. They did everything in their power to make our lives easier because my husband and kids broke down a few hundred miles from home. Absolutely recommend.

Overpriced, rude, racket. While stuck there with warranty work they manage to nickel and dime our business for everything possible while essentially holding our truck hostage. If you have the ability to go somewhere else, you should.
