Bought a GMC terrain this past Saturday, they were very helpful! We have been going to the service department here for years and it is one of the best! First time buying a vehicle here and they made it fast and easy! Will definitely buy a car again from here in the future!!!

Thank you Deidre! I can’t thank you enough for this absolutely perfect suburban! I am the PICKIEST person you can come across when it comes to purchasing a used vehicle and Deidre made this process EASY. She didn’t pressure my husband and me! I hate being pressured. She made the process easy, kept in contact with us and we got to bring this beauty home Wednesday! Thank you so much!!! My husband and I are so happy and absolutely in love with this! 15/10, hate car salesmen but we would definitely talk to Deidre again!!So, I have to update my review. I dropped it from 5 stars to 2 stars. 2 stars because my service with Deidre was amazing. However, when she had the mechanics look at something we were concerned with, the mechanics said nothing was wrong with the suburban. Within 5 minutes, my husband and I figured out the front left hub needed replacing, the brake pads were practically metal to metal, and the rotors needed replacing. The mechanics here need better training. This isn’t my first encounter of them not knowing how to do their jobs, this is my second. I won’t be bringing my vehicles here ever again. Vinces, please retrain your mechanics, or replace them. 5 minutes was all it took for my husband to figure out. I’m not even experienced in mechanicing and I still told my husband what I thought was wrong before he confirmed it. It wasn’t hard, and it’s a family rig. The wheels staying on and the vehicle being able to stop is a bit important.

I’ve called probably 3 or 4 times about the same vehicle and been told every time I’ll get a follow up about its availability - yet to hear anything. I have never had to beg a dealership to provide the most basic information about a car I wanted to buy. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Thank you so much Rich in the service department!! What an outstanding company. My transmission went out in my brand new Silverado while moving from AZ to MO. I had to report to my new job the following morning. Rich got me in a loaner and on the road in minutes. Truck was repaired quickly.GM failed to live up to their agreement and ship my truck to me and get Vince’s loaner back. Rich drove my truck over ten hours to me and picked up his loaner.GM customer care was an epic fail but Vince’s was excellent. Thank you so much Rich.Ken Spencer

Took my car in as my head gasket was slightly leaking. They were to do the top end replacing all the gaskets so my car would be reliable again without issues. But No, I got stranded in the cold no less. I have had nothing but continuous issues since I let them work on my vehicle as I had paid them to do. In turn my water pump is leaking now which they said they replaced, and its over heating. I've taken it back to them only to continue having more issues. Vince's repairs are not reliable nor is their time in which they say they need to work on it, as my vehicle sat two days after before they chose to look at it.Take heed when taking vehicles here for repair.

MADE PURCHASING A VEHICLE FUN AGAIN!!They had one of the few 2021 Suburbans with the options we wanted. We googled the dealership, and it seemed down our alley. Not to big and looked like a friendly small town dealership. Called Tim who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and overall wonderful person. Asked him to hold the vehicle for us on a Friday afternoon. and said that we would be there before they closed on Saturday, What a great group of people there!! We were instantly impressed that the vehicle was out of the weather and detailed. We were given a generous offer on our trade along with a fair price on the Suburban It was such a smooth transaction!! ! The owner Vince even came in and introduced himself. Was introduced to Dave in financing, and Jeff in sales...We were so impressed!! What a fun and friendly group!! Tim then explained all of the options in detail to where we could understand them, which was so comforting! We will be back! This was one of the easiest car purchases EVER!! This is a great place to go. Thwy have anything you shall need or think of for your vehicle. I ended up having a slight problem with the battery and they fixed it with no problem and very quickly. They staff is very friendly. I enjoyed the waiting room .. it wasn't out in the open where everyone can see you, (you have your privacy to sit and wait) and they did have complimentary water bottles in there too. That was nice.

My car broke down in Burlington on the way to Colorado Springs on a Sunday. I was able to get in first thing Monday morning and be back on the road before noon. The staff was empathetic to my problems and ensured that I was able to get the repairs quickly and at a great price. They turned a bad trip into a good trip in less than 2 hours. 10/10 best place to break down!

Broke my wheel studs off on the highway. Got the truck there at 430 (close at 5) they didn't have the parts in stock. Next morning they wait until 930 to send the porter to the parts store to get them. It's 100 yards away and they open at 8. 3 service advisors, 4 techs are just sitting and they couldn't send anyone over earlier? The only person who actually did his job was the tech who had everything disassembled by 803am. Just to wait on parts for 3 hours that were 100 yards away.

We were traveling from MI to Denver and on Friday January 11 we were caught in freezing rain in Kansas. The front of my truck iced up and was covered with 3/8” of solid ice. Needles to say this reduced my performance and my gas mileage went down to 7mpg. I called and talked with the service manager Ruch in the middle of the afternoon and he said that he only had two techs working on Sat but if I was there by 8 am he was confident that they could at least scan for codes and give me an idea of the problem. We were so fortunate to limp in from Russell KS and arrived 15 mins before closing on Friday night. I was just going to stop and confirm that I would be there in the am. All the techs were cleaning up and getting ready for closing. To my surprise Rich said let’s just scan it now. One of the techs came outside and scanned for codes. He informed me that it was an air louvre fault do to the Shutters freezing up and to pull up to the garage door. He then hooked up the computer and was able to reset and duplicate the cause. He reset everything and we were on our way before closing!Truly amazing customer service and expert skill level. Thanks

Super disappointed in their service department 2 weeks to get a oil change?? On our Denali pickup that we bought there and the girl had no clue what she was doing maybe next time put a person on hold before you discuss if you want to do the oil change or not. So went to Hearls chevy and had my choice of what time and what day to go for the oil change and they did not charge me at all since it was the first oil change even though we did not buy the Denial from Jay im so embarrassed to admit that we didn't. Vinces commercial making friends for a life time is Vinces statement I beg to differ unless you are in that circle trust me wont make that mistake a second time depends on who you are to get that service well no more. Thanks again Jay Hearl.

My family and I became stranded just outside of Burlington on our way home to Arkansas from a spring break ski trip. The tow truck delivered us to Vince's at 3:30 and by 6:00, we were back on the road. Everyone was extremely professional, understood our situation and took care of the problem. The technician quickly troubleshot the problem, the parts were in stock and the service writer walked us through the paperwork. A fuel pump, an ignition switch and a couple of hours later, we were set to continue our trip. Coming from a 25 year service professional, this service department is outstanding.

Traveling, pulling out 5th wheel, when we began having issues with the DEF system. Made to Burlington, CO on Saturday and found an RV spot and waited until Monday to take truck into this dealership. After 4 hours and $200 later, they “fixed” the problem by resetting and changing the codes on four sensors. So at noon, we head out thinking everything is good to go. Low and behold, and 90 minutes down the road, began having the same issues. Luckily we were able to make it to our destination, Scottsbluff, NE. Have an appointment with the dealership there tomorrow morning. Do not recommend this service department.

I can't get any help from anyone there my car was towed there and everyone there keep saying they don't know know let me transfer you. Today I'm going to look up who owns Vince's. And see if they get the same service as I. I'm going to ask them to call and pretend that there me so they can see exactly how there company is being ran .

Would not go back!! I had to have my truck towed there with what was a warranty issue but because of the information they gave GM it was not covered under warranty. The service manager, Rich, decided from the very start that he didn't think it should be a warranty issue so he totally screwed me over by giving GM only the info he wanted to give them. It cost me $2600.00. Plus when I got there to pick my truck up he wouldn't come out and talk to me. Total incompetence in my opinion. Don't think they deserve 1 star but won't let you post your review unless you give 1 star at least. will never take another vehicle there for any reason!!

While traveling through Colorado Vince's really helped us out of a jam.Duramax LML fuel pump went out while on i70 about 20 miles away. I called them, they recommended a towing service which got us quickly back to the the shop. Thier diesel mechanic got to work on the truck shortly and got the truck running just a few hours after the new part arrived and the powertrain warranty covered it. Salute to the entire service department staff and Mr Vince! They were all very concerned and courteous! Thank you!

I believe the best GM dealership in Colorado. We went there after disappointing service in northern Colorado at GM dealers. Great service department. Diagnosis and repaired 2005 Cadillac XLR for 1/3 of the estimates received in northern Colorado. Long drive but well worth it. I am planning to purchase my next vehicle at Vince's GM Center!!!

I had a basic oil change done. Apparently the guy put my car on the lift and then went to lunch. So it took 2 1/2 hours for the oil change. This is the second time that it took so long to finish.
