Martial is an amazing guy who really presents the ins and outs of client emergencies so an insurance broker like myself can really get on their level and understand what they are going through. He will walk clients through the whole process and help them with insurance claims to make the process as stress free as possible! The contents team of Restoration1 Castle Rock - Matthew and Derek - were on time, courteous, thorough and efficient. They communicated clearly with me throughout the process of assessing and managing all of the contents in my flooded basement. They quickly removed non-salvageable items and took special care with all the small items which included a good deal of my family's photos and mementos dear to us. All that was not damaged was left well organized in marked boxes they placed where they are accessible yet out of the way of the remaining demo and repair work.
