We used 3G Construction and Roofing to paint the exterior of our house this year and had a great experience. Every step of the process was done professionally and accurately from the office crew to the painting crew. They were very patient and helpful when picking colors and even gave us suggestions for our deck that we were going to tackle ourselves. It is hard to find service these days where you pay good money for something and get results beyond your expectations. 3G is definitely setting the bar high for anyone else in the industry. We are so pleased with the service provided by 3G! We needed to have our roof and gutters replaced ASAP before closing on our house. Mike came out to inspect on a Friday, and by the following Thursday (waiting for some snow to melt) roof installation had begun; again bad weather over the weekend, but by Monday they were finished!Great communication and response time, very professional, competitive pricing. Had a leak in the master bath during one the heavy storms I used 3 G before so I called them again. 3G did an excellent job on my roof, they got my job because Mike came out to bid the complete roof tear off and reshingle, I told him about a leak I had, and he fixed it before I even accepted his bid, 3 other contactors came out, none of them stepped up like he did. 3G Construction & Roofing was able to step into repair siding damage we had received from a hail storm almost 2-years earlier. We had a hard time finding a contractor to make the repairs at a price we could afford. We had come to the decision we would fix the siding on own but then we never had the time or energy to do so. I have worked with 3G for both commercial and residential work. I did post a review for commercial work previously and cannot get into that account to update the review so this one will cover the residential work :)We had new gutters installed, trim replacement and paint on our house. I took so long to pick colors, I kept going back and forth and couldn’t make up my mind and they were so patient with me and offered to provide some suggestions. The old rotted trim looked so bad and the new trim made the house look better before they even painted.The gutters work great, we no longer have a nice water fountain over our heads when it’s raining!We also had a downspout right over a walkway and it would freeze over the winter and turn the walkway into an ice rink. That is now resolved too!Ok so the paint- the team that came to paint our house were so kind. They were professional, did an amazing job and finished in a couple of days. We have a ton of trim on our house, 3 colors and a detached garage so that is impressive! They did not sacrifice quality to get the work done in a couple days either, I am so happy with the way my house looks. The paint makes the house look so much more welcoming!

We were out of state when our rent home was damaged by a huge hail storm. 3G was amazing about keeping us informed and helping work with our insurance company to repair the 17k+ damages. Being so far away it was nice to work with a company you can trust that is so helpful during a stressful process. The owner is very responsive. They are a family owned company and are on the 3rd generation of family members in the business. They are professional and attentive. They completed the exterior painting of my large home in two days after prepping the house. The owner met with me for a final inspection of the work and re-did some work on my porch. I would definitely recommend them and will utilize them again for interior work!

I cannot describe my gratitude toward this company enough! I just bought my first home in June and the hail ruined our roof. I called a few other places, which quoted me absurdly high and weren't willing to work with me before I called 3G. There's a reason they have a perfect rating. Easily the best experience I've had with a company. Happen to fall upon them by chance and do not regret it. Will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend to friends. I had an issue with my bank not releasing the check and had to let them know. They understood and worked with me along the way till the bank finally released the check. Have worked with companies in the past for hail damage and it's never been this simple. plus my roof looks great!

I am absolutely not the type of person to take time and write a review. However, I feel inspired to write one for this company because I've had nothing but spectacular service and workmanship performed by them. As Colorado Springs residents know, homeowners have been hit hard with hail storms over the past few years. My first experience using 3G was in 2012, when our roof was severely damaged. Mike and his team replaced the roof. From the beginning of the experience to its completion, I was updated consistently through emails, phone calls, and videos on youtube. In 2017, there were several more hail storms. Believe it or not, I needed to replace our roof again. I was shocked, but I did not have any other choice. Mother nature is mother nature, there's nothing I could do. Who did I call? Mike and 3G again. He walked me through his assessment of the roof's condition again, videos on youtube, etc. Equally as important was the phone calls he made with the insurance agent. Not an easy company to work with (and I won't name it.) But he handled the agent and their questions/concerns. Thankfully I did not have to deal with them much. So now the roof and leak in a window and gutters along the roof are all working properly. Also, the fence was repaired/painted by 3G. That is one of the most important aspects of this company is they can handle all the various work of a home in a professional manner. And the most important item in my book, as to why I use 3G, is TRUST.

3-G completed a large 126 unit painting project in my townhome complex in September, 2018.My job was to inspect and approve the work as it went along. Mike and I inspected the work every 2 buildings together, and Mike's crew of painters followed us during the inspection and fixed anything noted immediately. And I was VERY picky... Needed a small leak found and fixed in my roof. Mike showed up and did a bunch of tests to find the problem and came back just a couple days later and had it fixed and ready to go for less than the cost of a cell phone payment. Highly recommend!
