Unfortunately, this company was hired by the seller of a home I was purchasing for multiple issues (plumbing leaks, plumbing vent, electrical, gutters, etc.).The plumbing was fixed just enough to get by (after multiple visits to the property) and the faucets are all leaking again. So the leaks were never really repaired if the fix lasted less than one month after closing. I’m having to pay nearly $1,000 to repair one shower that he was tasked with fixing.They were tasked with repairing the electrical outlets - this was not completed, as the GFCIs still do not function properly.Gutters were installed, but without any downspouts - we had to hire another company to come in and correct the work that they were paid to do.They were also required to inspect and mitigate mold in the basement. As you can guess, there is still traces of mold in the basement.I doubt this was an issue with communication between the seller of the home/his realtor and this business, because I have a copy of the very detailed estimate prepared by 5280. I'm very disappointed by the lack of care shown, regardless of who hired and paid this company.
