I had 7 Summits come out to look at my roof after a hail storm. The inspector was so professional and knowledgeable. It turned out I didn’t have damage but he gave me a lesson on hail to try and gauge if it could cause damage based off of size, force, and the distance it hops when it lands. Super helpful. He also talked to me about my gutters and how I can add a diverter that’ll help with the waterfall that happens every time it rains.Great experience! Would recommend for their prompt service, not trying to do unnecessary work, and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The 7 Summits Roofing company went above and beyond to replace my roof after a bad hail storm. Ben at 7 Summits was very accommodating with my work schedule and took the time to explain the process and best choices for my new roof. He even came out and met with my insurance guy to ensure that the inspector noted all of the damage and I got the most out of my insurance payout.It was great to work with Ben and the 7 Summits Roofing team!

7 Summits put a new roof on our house September 2015. I waited until now to write a review to make sure we had no problems over the winter which we did not. We are very pleased with this roof and especially the appearance. It makes our whole house look so much newer.The six man roofing crew got our roof done in one day and our neighbors down the street were jealous because the roofing company they had took two whole weeks.We had several estimates done and feel the price was quite fair.

I highly recommend 7 Summits Roofing to anyone! I worked with Kurtis and Brett. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. After the hail storm, I noticed the skylight in my upstairs bathroom had a huge hole in it. I attempted to patch it until I could find a roofer. One day, I got a knock on my front door and it was Kurtis. He apologized for the disturbance and said he was covering the skylight on my neighbors house and noticed a plastic bag sticking out of mine. He asked if I would like for him to cover it at no charge. I was very impressed! He did not even hound me about utilizing his company to do any other work. I believe I asked for a business card and later scheduled some time for him to come out and assess the damage. From the beginning to the end of the project Brett came by several times to ensure all was going well, which also impressed me. Kurtis also stopped by from time to time. Needless to say I would trust them with my life and any other work I may need done. In my opinion, 7 Summits Roofing is a one stop shop!

I worked with Bud after the hailstorm in May, 2014. The storm was on a Thursday, and as I recall he was there by Friday to go over options and explain how the claims process worked. I chose different shingles than I originally had on the house, and he was very helpful in assisting me on my choices. He also replaced some of the exhaust stacks on top of the roof and suggested we paint them (the original builder left them silver). I looked at the roof today (almost 2 years later) and love, love, love my roof. Every aspect of the job from beginning to end (and tons of leg work in between with the insurance claim) were handled promptly, professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Great roofing company and would recommend to others in El Paso county. 7 Summits Roofing just finished my roof work today in Monument and couldn't be happier! Nothing but great things to say about this company and specifically, Ben! I have now had 3 roofs replaced (different homes) and 1 repair job in the last 2 years. The crew works hard and is done on schedule. The company stands by their work. The pricing is very fair. The customer service has been bar none the best I have seen and Ben is just a straightforward, kind businessman. 7 Summits should be thankful to have such a great representative!

I am a perfectionist when it comes to anything to do with my home. I have been really impressed with how 7 Summits delivered everything they said they would. They truly exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Zach & Erica were as friendly and knowledgable as could be and explained every repair in detail allowing me to feel very comfortable with our decisions. Erica was even able to get my insurance to buy me brand new air conditioning unit! (not to mention building code upgrades & more) Every tradesman that 7 Summits sent out was clean and professional. Everything was effortless for us and we are very pleased with the finished product. We will be recommending them to friends and family. Clearly a 5-star company.

We sold our house and have to move out so we had a tight timeline, and he was able to exceed expectations in every facet. My search for an honest roofer who had my best interest in mind was a long and tedious one. That's ok though, as it led us to Brett. There has never been a moment that we didn't feel like Brett was looking out for us. He helped take care of the hassle with the insurance company and made sure we got as much bang for our buck as we could. The final job was great! He's even been available to help us with non-roofing recommendations. Best customer service you could ask for.

I have used 7 Summits before and when I had to get my mothers house on market and the roof and gutters needed to be replaces do to the hail last summer, they so stepped up like the company they are and assisted me in everything from meeting with insurance adjuster to finishing it all out with the insurance company. It was just a relief to have that taken of my plate and I could trust 7 Summits as they company the are to take care of it all.

I would choose 0 stars if that were an option.Signed a contact to have all work completed in 2 days, it's 5 months later and 7 summits had not completed the work they agreed to. Ignores requests for work to be finished. Then sends an email saying 'sorry you have been in the back burner because of there being so much work' and yet still refuses to schedule the remainder of the work that was to be completed in early August!Left trash EVERYWHERE when they did the half the job they did do, i had a sick puppy because of all the their trash that ended up in my yard when they did my neighbors roof after I picked up all their trash from my roof, never even an apology or attempt to fix that.Still had not paid the referral to our neighbor or to myself for work they completed months ago.DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. They cannot even honor their own contact.

I understand at time, every roofing company was busy with the hail storm.. here we are, over a year later, all that was completed was house roof, no other work was completed. Finally went with another company to finish remainder work. Ben made promises that were never kept. My opinion, find another company!! And don’t let promises blind you from getting other estimates.

I have heard from a reliable source that company encourages discrimination. Giving the right for select people to do their job by locking them out of the computer, with holding pay checks, sending adjustors to the wrong address and giving them the proper resources to do the job. This company condones these actions because the allow it to continue. This ultimately transfers a longer wait time for the customers to get things done. I would choose another roofing company because what if the person they send to your house is the one being discriminated against.
