I've used A&I Skyline Roofing for several of my properties over the years and they have always exceeded my expectations. They worked on replacing the roofs at 3 of my rental proprerties after the 2018 hail storm and they were very professional, punctial, great value and easy to work with. I was very impressed at the personal service A&I Roofing gave us. Betty Jo answers the phone and handles all of the details. We called and had someone out the next day for an estimate on a shed roof we needed re-shingled and repaired. They provided an estimate immediately and had a crew out the very NEXT day to get it done. I expected to wait a month or more.The service was excellent. The estimate was fully explained, including possible wood damage and replacement and the work was excellent, matching the roof on our house. The team at A & I Skyline roofing are the best in the business. We had our asphalt roof replaced because of its age. They were very helpful from the time I called them. I received a quote and then decided on the shingle color and drip edge. Once everything was set the supplies arrived a few days before the crew. They put down tarps all around our house to collect debris. You won't find a faster roofing crew. Everyone knows what to do next. They stripped the old roof, replaced attic vents, new gaskets around the pipes, new drip edge, replaced fascia boards and even painted the vents and chimney to match. Everyone was so impressed on how quickly and efficiently they work. Once the job was complete they did a thorough clean up around the house. I must say, this company has blow my expectations away. I was in a dilemma selling my house and was told my 8 year old roof had to be replaced. I couldn't believe it (yes, I k ow hail in Colorado Springs can do that, but wasn't prepared for it). Requested the original company that installed the roof (A&I) to look at it again and see if they could do a warranty claim. They did a free estimate/inspection and told me that the roof has minor cosmetic damage but it is still intact and fine. Took tons of pictures and I submitted their statement to my buyers and they accepted it. Saved me $7700. They could have tried to make a quick dollar but they were honest and helped me out tremendously. I thank them greatly and will refer anyone to them.
