I have a leak that appears once or twice a year that I've been struggling to find and fix. Tom from Abello's came out and did a thorough inspection and identified the cause as probably being a faulty gable vent. We scheduled a appointment with one of their techs for the following week. Their tech, Brian, came out as scheduled and was professional and efficient. The issue was addressed with the original estimate. Overall I was very impressed and happy with the service I received. My past experience with roofers has not been great, but it was refreshing to have such a positive experience from Abello's Roofing. I plan to use them for my future roofing needs.

I have had Abellos replace my roof twice now due to hail damage. They are very professional and experienced. . They also worked with me to make the experience traversing through the Insurance claim easier for me as well. I want to give a special shout out to Josh who came out again to install a new furnace cap so I could use my furnace before the roof was completed. I have in fact recommended them to others.

I was very impressed by the roofing job that Abello's Roofing did. The team of roofers were professional, courteous, and they did their job very well. My only complaint is that while we contracted Abello's for a roof, new gutters and one new screen, the screen was not installed properly, and still isn't. When I repeatedly contacted Phil about it, he assured me that it would be taken care of. The roof was done at the end of August. It is now the middle of November and I still have a new screen that has not been installed properly.

Happy with the customer experience working with Abello's Roofing. They were recommended by our insurance agent and proved trustworthy in replacing our roof due to hail damage. Tim gave us an upgrade to hail resistant shingles, which was nice. The subcontractor they used did not magnet sweep our driveway and I found numerous nails lying around, one of which probably resulted in a flat tire for one of my cars. Other than that, we were pleased with the job that was performed.

Abello's Roofing was amazing to work with, especially Lucy, Tom and the man Tim himself. They were extremely professional and friendly and went above and beyond to provide me with service. Tim was even willing to cut into his vacation time to provide me with an estimate on my roof because he knew I was on a time crunch!! That is the type of customer service that every business should strive to achieve. I highly recommend Abello's and will not go with any other company with any future roofing projects.

Abello's Roofing recently replaced my roof on my house built in 1909. It had the original shake roof which the local government requires us to remove if we removed the 3 tab shakes that were leaking. It also required decking which was needed to take the place of the original shake roof.Abello's staff was informative, kind, and provided us with a quality roof, within an incredibly short time.Once, I had decided to use Abello's, my material was delivered in a couple of days. They immediately replaced my roof and had it finished including spotless cleaning of the work site in 1 1/2 days.Fountain was hit with hail, the day after my roof was complete. My friend had damage to her rental property and is considering using Abello's!I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Worst contracting experience to date. In my experience, they were only out for the dollar and couldn't care less about the roof on my home or me as the customer. Once I signed with them after huge hail storms, they did not tarp my roof or do anything to mitigate further damage. When my family and I got fed up with that (due to more storms and relating the water leaks multiple times to them and nothing being done) I requested to be let out of the contract. But of course, Id have to pay them 20% off the overall amount to do that, so I was STUCK. At that pint they finally covered my roof. My roof was finally put on and the sub-contracted company (hired by them) did my gutters. Since then (a month later), no one has checked to ensure the gutters were done right, contacted me to speak about my roof still needing to be inspected by the city, nor about the final invoice and payment. Rather, they decided they only had time to contact my insurance company for the check when they knew I was paying them directly. Not at all concerned about my satisfaction or the quality of work done or not done on my home, they were only concerned with getting their money. I highly discourage anyone from using them.UPDATEAbello's has had multiple people call my husband due to my review in hopes I would remove it. As recent as yesterday (Oct 7), a woman called and spoke to him about MY review. Mind you, my husband was away on business during all of this roofing issue and still is. Abello's has my number, and still has not called me directly, nor have they offered any resolution to the issue except the helpful suggestion that I should remove this review of my terrible experience. This further validates my suspicions and personal opinion that they do not care about the customer. If you don't like bad reviews, I would highly suggest better customer service and improved customer dissatisfaction resolution measures.

Abello's had installed a new roof for us this past November and when we had the massive hail storm on the 12th of June that caused major damage to all roofs in my neighborhood, we immediately wanted Abello's to do the job. They did another remarkable job again and our neighbors across the street asked us for Abello's number so they can fix their roof. Abello's is a top-notch company that believes the customer is the most important part of the job. I definitely recommend when it comes to having your roof repaired to call on Abello's.

We had our roof replaced last November as a result of the July 2016 hailstorm. I called Abellos as they replaced our roof in 2011 and we were very satisfied with the work that was done. Tim gave us an estimate soon after we called and work on our roof was started shortly afterward. Again, we were totally satisfied with the roof replacement. The crew arrived early in the morning and finished the same day. Afterward they followed up to be sure we were satisfied. I recommend Abellos for your roofing needs.

I had Nathan quote me for a roof and was I pleasantly surprised. Having had 4 roofs replaced in past 6-7 years this was by far my best experience to date. From listening to my concerns and addressing all of them- to the timeliness of doing the project, all went better than expected. God forbid I need another one anytime soon, but if I do... Having been in the area of one of the worst hail storms in Colorado history, we were concerned about getting our house repairs done by quality contractors. Abellos Roofing was the first connection that I made after contacting my insurance company. They responded to my need quickly and got my job into the schedule as soon as possible. We have had our roof replacement a couple of other times in the 20 years we have owned the home but this experience with Abellos was by far the best. We had SUCH a great experience with abellos roofing, and Brennon in particular. We needed a new room to sell our house and he was right over with samples and getting us an estimate. The weather didn't want to cooperate, but they made it work and got our roof on quickly and it looks great! We had absolutely zero issues, and roofing inspection passed on the first go. I would recommend Abellos Roofing to anyone. I had damage from the 2016 hail storm and my insurance company recommended Abellos. With all of the chaos of hundreds of homes damaged, Phil Abellos returned my call within 48 hours and came out and gave me a quote for the work needed. Not only did they replace my roof, they replaced siding, Windows, and gutters as well, a true full service contractor. I would definitely use them again!!

Abellos Roofing did an incredible job! They did everything very quickly, and all of the work was done to the highest standard. Everyone was exceedingly kind, professional, and easy to work with. The project manager even took it a step farther by raking up our leaves just to be sure that there were no roof nails left in the yard! Aaron was able to give me solid information/education on my roof about preventative maintenance as well performing some minor repairs on my roof. He also pointed out the circulation in the attic was poor and in the summer months energy costs could be lowered by adding additional roof vents.Quality work still haven’t had a leak 7 months later. Abello's sales representative Kelly came out and gave us a competitive price including replacement of our skylights. After the job was finished and it was decided that the skylights did not need to be replaced we were contacted by Kelly to pay the invoice in full. concerned that there was no price adjustment for the skylights and the rep was adamant that we pay the full price I called the owner and he responded immediately with an adjusted invoice that was more than fair. A couple hiccups but overall a good experience and quality job. Kudos to Tim Abello for being an outstanding owner who not only cares about his business but his customers as well. I would recommend him to anyone I know for great work and a great price.

After the wicked hail storms in the Summer of 2018, Abellos came recommended by a friend of mine. Roofing companies infiltrated the neighborhood with high pressure sales pitches making it difficult to choose. After a horrid experience just two years before. I was nervous about repeating the process. Their low pressure and clear presentation of how they do business made it easy to say yes. Brennan, my Abellos project manager restored my belief in companies that truly try to honor their client. I felt heard, supported, and most importantly that they treated me fairly. This project had so many hiccups and set backs (Not all the fault of Abellos). At every turn they made it right. Dean worked with us and facilitated decisions that ensured my home was restored. I want to thank them for doing business "old school style". It made all the difference.

I Love the staff at Abellos, I also consider Phil a friend of mine. However, we have contracted gutters, trim, Windows, painting and a roof with them. The roof is done, I understand the storm has made the wait a little long. I am very disappointed in the communication and I have given up. We had a window guy call and show up twice nothing follows. I hate giving this rating and I have waited several months for something to change and nothing did. People can be wonderful but when delivery is poor, business is business and they did not deliver. I received an email stating I had to remove this review because they would not honor the warranty.

Arslan was absolutely the most amazing! I have never had to deal with anything like replacing a roof before. He helped me get everything figured out from how to make a claim, how the process works, the best roof material to use and he even helped me find I window guy. I would 100% recommend him and the entire Abellos team!

Little late getting to this...it good though, so they wont mind. I had some insurance issues, landed on their number somehow. Good vibes started with the first woman I talked to, however, I dont remember her name (sorry!) She was great. Josh was my salesman/estimator/general question answerer. He was great too. Amazing service, between the two of them, my roof was taken care of. Always answering their phones whenever i had questions (and I had plenty😉). Installed on scheduled date, great install, done when i got home from work. Would definately recommend to anyone!

Abellos roofing replaced our roof in late 2010 and did a great job. We have had the roof on for over 1 year now, and there are no issues with leaking or any of the shingles coming off. Everything looks good. Their crew cleaned up the yard and picked up all of the nails. We even referred them to our Pastor, who used their services and was quite pleased.One of the things I liked was that Tim was a local Colorado Springs resident, and the owner of the company. I knew he was not a storm chaser. Another thing was that he was involved in the community helping out charities.We like their service, quality, and integrity... and we continue to refer Abellos Roofing to this day.

My experience with Abellos has been horrible. I would never recommend them and will be checking to see why a local TV station is recommending them. The first few visits we were very impressed with the care and concern Brandon provided. When we got hit with a second storm he even offered to come help board up windows. He showed up hours later than promised with a roll of masking tape to help. From that day on he made promises that he couldn't keep, he didn't return our phone calls. He acted as we didn't matter. We asked for an estimate on our fence, never happened. Asked for a window estimate and after 5+ phone calls finally got one from 2 different people at Abellos for 2 very different amounts for the same work. We ended up dealing with a great lady at the office who was able to get things moving then she no longer worked there. Still no return calls from Brandon. We asked to upgrade our shingles, no phone call back.They showed up and put shingles on my roof which was a huge surprise when we had no date scheduled. When we called the office they had scheduled up for 3 days later without ever discussing with us. Finally got our roof on and the rain caps weren't installed. Waited multiple more weeks for our deck work to be done. Finally got our work finished in October. Called for our invoice 3 times in November, still no invoice. Called last week and was told we would get a return call, nothing. Yesterday got a phone call from Brooke telling me what I owe. Today a nasty phone call from Brandon saying they need to be paid. Still waiting on an invoice. I've asked multiple times to have the owner involved and been told they don't have his number or will tell him. I get the same excuse we are so busy. I will never use Abellos again.One very upset client!

My wife Wendy and I had a new roof installed on our house and patio during the summer of 2015, by Abello's. They did a great job. The workers were very professional and courteous, and the supervisors returned a couple of times after installation to check for any problems and to ensure our satisfaction.One relatively minor issue came up in the spring/summer of 2016, concerning the roof over our patio. I notified Abello (Tom Ramirez - General Manager). He sent one of his inspectors (Pete), and rather than merely making a "patch", they had a crew (Armando and his helper) come out and replace the patio covering.Wendy and I appreciated the courtesy we were shown and the very obvious desire on the part of Tom, Pete and Armando and others to do the job "right."We will definitely employ Abello's if we have any further roofing needs.

These guys are the best!I work for a remodeling contractor here in the springs and these guys by far are the greatest roofer I have ever worked with.They were not only very knolagable but also incredibly easy to work with. They stick to their quotes and complete the work exactly when they say they will, if not earlier.I have yet to have a problem with any of their work wether it's a minor repair or an entire new roof.I would recomend Abellos Roofing to anyone looking for good quality work that is done right the first time in a reasonable amount of time!
