Kable was a great team player, and can tell he cares about his clients. From the first appointment to the last day of the installation, we were happy with the whole process. Sometimes these things can get drawn out, especially dealing with our insurance but it all worked out in the end. If you can, request Kable H. He will take care of you the best! This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with! We had our roof started in January (2019)...it's still not done.The wrong skylights were initially installed, then 3-4 months later, the correct ones were installed..wrong. So, the next big rain storm, our skylight above the kitchen leaks and now all the drywall needs replaced in the ceiling.During this whole process, we don't hear from them for a month or two at a time and then they show up, unscheduled and just start working on the roof. We have two bathrooms that have skylights upstairs, so it would be nice to know if we're going to have visitors on the roof. No common courtesy whatsoever.We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

All Star roofing was in our neighborhood as it was hit pretty hard in the last hail storms. Kable offered to give us a free Roof Inspection. Thinking he was going to get up there and tell us immediately we needed a roof as 4 or 5 previous roofing contractors came by and already said we needed a new roof. I was wrong. After about 30 minutes he came off the roof and showed me pictures he took of the roof and said we were lucky as our roof had survived the storms. I was beyond shocked. That's why i believe he took pictures as i informed him i have not been on the roof since the storms. Due to his brutal honesty, thoroughness, attention to detail and knowledge of the whole process i will not think about calling anybody except for Kable with All star Roofing when the need arises.

I worked with Kable to get my roof replaced. He was very easy to work with and did everything that he said he would. The roof was done in a timely manner and they left my property clean! I will definitely use All Star and Kable again!

I didnt even know I had an issue. When Kable stopped by, he took his time explaining everything to me, took time and location stamped photos, and helped me with the whole process. I would definitely recommend All Star and ask for Kable. He's great!

They started the job but never finished. Now I have a roof that looks like it was badly installed and I still haven't had my skylight repaired. At least I only had to put half of the money down, they're definitely not trying to get the other half by finishing this job which is a couple of months old.

Like another previous customer of All Star Roofing, I am still waiting for my skylights to be installed. In addition, they did not respond to my requests to fix some issues that have come up since they installed the new roof.
