This company is the best. From the time I signed the contract till my roof was finished, they took care of everything. Nick, the project manager was here everyday checking and taking care of everything. No request was too big. When the roof was complete, Nick came back to make sure I was happy and then he walked all the way around the house to make sure all the debris was gone. The crew was quick and knowledgeable and very respectful. Sidney in the office was a great help also. She seemed to know everything that was going on here.

Nick and his crew took very good care of us. We had quite a bit of damage to repair and they handled everything. So happy with everything they did. From roofing to siding to painting to repairing our deck, they handled it all. Thanks so much Nick. You have been a real pleasure to work with!

We had a bad experience with this company, however, 20 minutes after I initially reviewed them, I was contacted by a manager who was very upset over the review. It was apparently a miscommunication issue in which the company just didnt call me to set up a new roofing date after the initial promised dates.They dropped off supplies on Nov. 13th and said they would be here on Nov. 15th to do the work. Then they called that afternoon and told us they were going to start that afternoon. Then later that afternoon they said they wouldn't be able to start until the 16th. After the 16th I wasn't contacted again even after leaving messages on 2 different phone numbers and text messages to the guy in charge of our job over the following 10 days. I was told after this that they were having phone issues that week.After the management had contacted us on Nov. 26th, they promised to get our job done as soon as possible. The next day they had started in the late afternoon and worked until 7pm in the dark! They finished up (including our chicken coup, totally hilarious) the following day.We are pleased with the quick turnaround to fix everything after our initial problems. The roof looks good and the management should be applauded for their customer service.

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not a company owned by Coloradans. Workers were from out of state as well. The 5 star reviews below: several are made up by employees. The guy Beau that says great things was one of their salesman that forged my signature while I was away for military training. Terrible communication between their guys in the field and their office. Horrible/absent communication with our insurance despite them saying otherwise. USAA rarely received any paperwork from them until it came time to submit a bill. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare. To be fair, I felt that their field managers and office staff were reasonable to deal with. Nick seemed to be straightforward at first when he got involved to handle the mess that had been created but when anything didn't go as he thought it should, instead of working through things with us, he'd call me a liar and say we were holding out money. Again, horrible/absent communication with our insurance.If you want a company that will avoid providing you with definitive and plainly laid out numbers, use deceptive sales tactics, threaten legal action when you're trying to solve the same problem as them, not hold their word, bully you, play the victim, be condescending (I've never been called "Buddy" so many times since I was 11), charge an outrageous amount of money, and then do work that is only decent at best compared to other LOCAL companies; then call ACS. I'm sure someone from ACS will have plenty to say about this. This is my opinion. I hope this review leads to positive changes. I will never wish for an entire company to go under because there are a lot of good people that would lose their job. But, these business practices should be known by anyone that is considering using this company.

I feel like I was taken under their wing from start to finish I loved the results and the customer service! They negotiate with my insurance and come out with them to make sure it all gets taken care of and nothing gets overlooked! And before I knew it the roof is on! Thanks so much guys!

Probably a great contractor but would be even better if they respected No Soliciting signs. My wife just asked one of them to leave us alone, and the person entered our yard anyways. After even knocking on the door and being asked to leave, then decided to gift us with their business card anyways. Thanks. We're still not interested.

I'm probably biased, but believe me when I tell you I did my research on ACS, research that went well past their A+ rating with the BBB and their 100% satisfaction guarantee to......... I looked at references, and previous builds, their Haag Engineering Certified wind and HAIL specialists, the fact that they are insurance specialists and are a prefered contractor for many of the insurers. All the way down to former employee's...... Who told one thing was for sure. That I could trust the owner Nick Spost to always do the right thing. In fact the only complaints I COULD find were a woman got a new IR roof and 2 years later it hailed 2.5 in again and she wasnt happy that NEW and GIANT hail could damage her new IR roof 😒 even though there is no product on the planet....... Well never mind.You get the idea. Now the other complaint was that....... ACS knocked his door 3 seperate times. 😒Because in an industry filled with fly by nighter's, out of towners & snake oil salesman you dont always know who to trust at first glance..... ACS stood out as a company who's business model was above reproach. Out hustle, out perform and out care. Truly treat every job like it was YOUR home and you will alwaysbe successful......... That model always works.ACS has a proven history of that. Dont just take my word for it..... (Ask for a list of references in your area and see for yourself.)INTEGRITY OVER PROFIT is why ACS stood out to me..... And why I chose them. Now inspired by being with a company I could be proud of, I'm not just a satisfied customer. I'm also a project manager. Now I get to go out everyday and show our customers that we dont just talk the talk like most of these other "roofers"......... Guess what? We actually back it up!!!

Alliance was amazing! Bob took care of us every step of the way. I never thought that we would get so many things replaced due to the hail/wind damage. I would recommend them to anyone!
