They were stopped on my street, watched me leave (I went to pick kids up from school). When I got back home in 15 mins they took my spot. The other side of the street was mostly clear, so plenty of other spots. And then they asked if I needed roofing work done. I said no, you just took my spot, (right in front of my house that you watched me leave from).

Jeremy was very professional and honest! Gave an honest evaluation of my roof and gutters. Normally I would expect an exaggerated report saying I had more damage than I really do! To my surprise he gave my roof a clean bill of health and told me to call when I wanted another inspection after the next hail storm. This refreshing honesty and professionalism has left a great impression and when the time comes I will definitely be calling Jeremy at AmeriPro.

I feel like I'm being threatened. They keep coming to my home unannounced and speaking at us in a very racist and threatening way I can't seem to find any one in the local office that cares. Not to mention they quoted me 9700 and now that I finally was able to get an actual email with an invoice it's over 16000. I can't get a hold of any one from corporate . Its like I did a deal with some drug dealing street thugs and now I feel like my safety is on the line I would not recommend them to any one . Not to mention the job they did is clearly not what you would expect from professionals and they trashed the only good parts of my yard awful experience I don't know what to do at this point

I dealt with Mike Ricci and he was great with helping to get the claim set up with the insurance company and the roof was replaced quickly as well as the gutters. All the work looks really nice and Mike has been very helpful in staying on the solar company to get it reinstalled for us although that was really the only problem we have had. Cameron Watts and Julie Gallimore were amazing to work with. They responded quickly to texts, emails and phone calls. Ameripro helped deal with insurance and made sure everything was taken care of. The roofers were quick and got the whole roof ripped off and redone all in one day. They even came out on a Saturday so I didn’t have to take time off from work. Want to find out how to give me a reason to never use your business? Spam call me, that's how. If you all contracted out to a company for advertising, you might want to see if they're responsible.

Salesman was very nice but the sucks. My insurance company made out the contract on total to be paid. I mentioned that the insurance company did no include decking. Salesman said not to worry they would just send in an change order to the insurance company.Workers did the roof and I again mentioned they were using a lot of decking. I was told not to worry. On the contract the insurance company included gutters and downspouts and the roof on the patio. These were not done. I called the insurance company and much to my surprise my adjuster told me they had denied the decking before the work was done. I was never approached about the decking and the work was done. I received a change order in an E-Mail and then a letter in the mail telling me we had to bac closed to $10,000 for the decking. My insurance company told me not to sign anything.How terrible for this company to do work without my consent then expect me to pay for it.Be careful with this company. I had a great experience working with David Larson, originally a roof replacement was denied and because of his knowledge of Ohio Laws he was able to submit the required documents to my insurance company to get my roof replacement approved. My experience was great. Dustin himself helped me through the whole process. Without Dustin's help I wouldn't have gotten my roof completed the way I wanted it to look and the color I needed to match my house. He went above and beyond. Thank You Dustin.Dustin promised me that I would get back $4,000.00 that never happened. I did this above right after I got my check and approval letter. I'm happy with my roof. It just better last it these people lied to get another customer. On top of never getting what he promised me and no one ever called me back to help settle.

As many other reviews have stated, this company is not responsive. They are very eager in the beginning, then you get switched from one person to another person. They do not return your phone calls or emails. The insurance company said they are not responding to them either. Several complaints about this company on Better Business Bureau. I would not waste my time with them. I started this process in May and it is now September and nobody has responded. They have completely dropped the ball. After reading the reviews and seeing they have had several lawsuits against them I would not use this company even if they did respond to me now. Do your research before you would ever have them do work on your home.
