Absolutely a horrible and disappointing experience!We went on contract in December for a job to be completed at the end of the month. Then we were delayed until Mid-January, then was told first of February. Then I call them because they did not show up (or call) only to have their salesperson James tell me he was surprised and thought the job was done. He would follow up. James then stopped taking my calls and stopped all communication with me. I finally called their office in Texas and was told the Colorado Springs Manager Justin would call me to get this resolved.He called and promised to follow-up with a status the next week and get this resolved. Nearly 2 weeks went by and nothing! Finally he texted to tell me they were looking into if my job needed a permit! We had been on contract for 3 months (job was supposed to be started in December) and he didn’t even know if the work needed a permit! How do you not know what jobs require a permit!I then received an email telling me good news, our job was to begin in the next week....The very next day I received an email from a do not reply account telling me they can’t do the work anytime soon, I should find another contractor because they do not have anyone certified to pull a permit!!!!! No one can pull a permit?!?!! I am certainly feeling like we dodged a bullet not having them do the work!!!But after over 3 months of waiting and multiple promises that they would absolutely complete the job, they did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to call me, I get an email from a Do not reply email account. That is how they treat their customers who have been very patient and waited months! Not good!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I had them repair all major roof damage and property last year. Since that time I have had them out to repair an upgraded shingle roof I paid for myself. I am a disabled veteran that can no longer climb ladders so I could not look at the final inspection that was inspected by El Paso County (Colorado). This year I had my wood stove and stove pipe cleaned and inspected. When the inspector showed me a picture of where the metal flashing met the stucco there was an approximate 1/2 inch gap. It was not sealed property which I had brought to the supervisors attention earlier when I could inspect it. I have attempted to contact them for over a month with no results. I have even called their Texas office with no luck. Everything goes to voicemails. I made a formal complaint to the BBB and Beer roofing will not respond to them either. The have eight more days to reply to the BBB. After that there will be legal action taken. I do NOT recommend this company for anything!!!!Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Skylight installation

I have nothing but good to say about this team. We had our roof, gutters, and siding replaced, and the house painted. The work was very well done, fast and great quality. They communicated well, checked in daily and NO SURPRISES! Even on the small 'punch list' items at the end, they did everything they could to ensure we we satisfied. I will absolutely recommend them to others and use them again ourselves!Services: Painting, Gutter installation, Roof installation
