My husband found Best Construction Brands, Inc. through the BBB because we were not satisfied with the work of other companies in our area. But I am SOOO happy we went with this company!!! They do lots of other services but we chose them for their cement construction. And let me tell you, they do stellar quality on their cement work!! We had a large cement pad, colored decorative front patio extension, under deck pad, extension of our driveway and a pad with trail to our garbage bins completed and it looks AMAZING!! We had one issue with our under deck pad that was cracking and I called Doug Pudil, product manager, and he was sincerely apologetic. He came out to our home to see it and said this was not satisfactory with the type of work this company does and immediately set into motion of having it redone again! And even though there were some minor delays, bad weather, supply and demand, Doug was always there to give me a call and follow up with dates and times with me so I was never in the dark as to wondering if and when they were going to show up to work. In my experience, I haven't had many companies, if any, stand by their work as confidently as Best Construction Brands, Inc.! Art and his crew, who did all our previous cement, was the same gentleman that came out and repoured the new cement and I couldn't be more happier with how it all turned out yet again! This company does A+++ QUALITY work, they're respectful, personable, on time, check in with homeowners if home, and walk you completely through all the details of your project throughly on just how the whole process works so you know exactly what you are paying for and what to expect so there are no surprises. I will continue to promote and work with this company as long as I am in the Springs area because this company made me feel I could completely trust them and their work 200%! They did an incredible job replacing my second story deck. Smaller 17X20 ish. Tear down 1 day. Rebuild 3 days barely. It looks wonderful. The crew was efficient, foreman was especially knowledgeable, the estimator was detailed. They added far more support to the deck and stairs than previous deck offered. Overall a good experience and I'm relieved since good quality work is not as common as it used to be. Satisfied overall and hope products holds up as well as expected. I selected Best Construction to build a deck onto my house, after seeing they were highly recommended on Angie's List. I made the right choice. I am very happy with the result. My deck is attractive, strongly built, and carries a substantial warranty. It took longer than my sales person promised, but they still deserve five stars because the delays were mostly attributable to the COVID-19 pandemic and the lumber shortages it has caused. One thing they did was to replace the framing lumber they could not get quickly with a higher grade that they could get, without charging me extra for it. Our experience with Best Construction Brands started when we decided to replace our 15 year old deck and front porch. We contacted multiple businesses to get quotes. Best Constructions was our third quote. Compared to all the other salesman and estimates that were given Best Construction Brands was the BEST. Doug Pudil was our salesman. First he asked us what we wanted and thoroughly went into detail about every single aspect of our project. From the different brand and types of materials to what makes sense for our project. He showed us product samples and being able to see the product that was going to be installed was a major plus. He answered all of our questions in full detail leaving us with a peace of mind. Overall, Doug Pudil was not only professional but extremely informative. We contracted Best Construction Brands for our Deck and Front Porch project. Amongst the multiple contractor bids we received we are pleased that we chose Best Construction Brands! Our builders Jules and Mikey were awesome! From the day we signed our contract agreement to the day our project was completed took 14 weeks and 2 days (Which is understandable with the current Covid restrictions and back logs with the Building permit office). This timeframe includes the deck and front porch removal, receiving the Building Permit, ordering materials, materials being delivered, building of our deck, building of our front porch and all touch up painting. They even power washed and cleaned up after the entire project was finished. Our project took a total of 13 days from the start of the build to completion. We went with a 15X16 deck and a new front porch with composite materials and cinch black railing. With the quality of construction and the warranty we are extremely happy with the results. Our deck and our front porch looks immaculate. Our builders Jules and Mikey went above and beyond our expectations! We HIGHLY recommend Best Construction Brands!

Jason has completed 2 projects at my home. He replaced parts of my fence that was damaged in the wind storm last January. Because of the power washing and great advice on type of stain, the new parts match the older fence perfectly. I get many compliments on my fence. Jason also replaced the fire door going out to my garage. He provides competitive quotes and performs quality work. Best Construction Brands is my go to source for home repairs.

Top notch contractor and person. I hired him for a complete remodel of the exterior of my home (roofing, windows, gutters, garage door, siding, decking, paint). He was always available and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The work was perfect! He still calls me to make sure that everything is still what I expected. We've lived in our house for 32 years and had already replaced the east side fence run (~100 feet) three times as well many difficult post replacements on all sides. This time we wanted steel posts and my neighbors agreed, and Jason from Best Construction Brands referred us to previous work he had done within about a five or six mile radius. He certainly knows how to build a fence: Steel posts, three rails and tight slats.It was a two day job and he not only removed all the old fencing, he removed five smaller (15-20 foot) aspen trees growing between our houses. They weren't a problem yet, but two of them would have been pushing through my neighbor's eave within a year or two. After the job was done, his crew inspected and swept the areas for any remaining debris.Several neighbors on the block came by after BCB was done and remarked on the quality of their work.After four months of aging, Jason came back and pressure washed and clear-coat sealed all my backyard fencing, even the older two west and north runs. Again, my wife and I couldn’t be happier.If you like, we’d be happy to show you the work they done for us.
