BEWARE. I had looked forward to our appointment due to the ratings that appeared overwhelmingly positive.After about 15 minutes, something was said to me that made me feel like this company isn't trustworthy.I'm trying to be as nice as I can:First, gentleman made an okay impression. He was on time for our appointment and seemed nice enough. I had bit of (unplanned) overlap with another roofing company, but both parties were pleasant, professional, with each other.Because previous appointment was running late, Black N White Roofing still set up ladder, got going, and walked around on roof, which was great.*The extra star is for being on time.I don't like leaving a low score review, but find it necessary here...In front of other roofing firm, standing on top of garage, Black N White told me in addition to replacing roof, I also needed new gutters. "They look pretty rough," he said....The only problem with that was I had spent THOUSANDS and just replaced ALL my gutters 2 (TWO!!) weeks before.(Other roofer quietly shook his head.)Gutters are so NEW they are completely clean with zero debris!I told Black N White I JUST REPLACED ALL GUTTERS ON HOUSE. He didn't have much to say. Right then and there I lost faith with this company.WHY on EARTH would they tell me my BRAND NEW gutters need to be replaced?? That tells me this roofing company adds things to milk the insurance company for unnecessary things, and I find that dishonest.

Black N White Roofing & Exteriors was professional and quick. They handled everything so that I didn't have to worry about anything (including pulling the permit with the county). The team that came out to do the work were knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Even their clean up was "top knotch." Kyri and the crew did a great job on the roof for me last year after the hailstorm but recently we had some issues with gutters warping. I called Kyri last Saturday regarding the issue and Kyri said he would look at it right away well I'm here to tell you it seems like a manufactuirng issue and his guys are installing my new gutters right now. This is how you run a business folks. As a local business manager of a building material supplier I've seen fly by nights come and go even have worked with another large roofing company for my building I will not mention their name here but I can tell you they could learn a thing or two about communication from these guys! Kyri spent time educating me on a variety of roofing materials. He was kind, patient and willing to answer all of my questions. The roofing job, including tear-off, took one entire day and completed our roof. By the time the crew left, every scrap of metal and other trash had been totally picked up. We needed the roof looked over due to selling our home, They worked with us on a tight schedule during the holidays, we ended up only needing to trim a couple of shingles due to overhang and they did them at no charge! If you want an honest roofing company I would recommend these guys they are great!!!

We were selling our house and the buyer wanted us to either have the roof certified or replaced. We called 3 roofers and Black N White roofing was the only one to give us any other option other than spending $6500 to replace the whole roof. Kyri, the owner, agreed to repair the roof and give it a 5 yr certification, for a fraction of the price. Also, if we had wanted to replace the roof his price was any where from $700-$1000 cheaper than the other two. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance to win your business.

I was in a really sticky situation where I was unable to get ahold of my contractor from another company and I needed a roof ASAP in order to sell my home. Justin was extremely helpful and was willing to get the materials and a crew in just two days. I ended up getting a call from the other contractor stating the materials were at the property and the instillation would be done prior to sell of the home. I ultimately did not go with Black N White Roofing but the fact that Justin went above and beyond to try to get the work done quickly was very much appreciated!

We had Black & White replace our roof a few years ago. They were awesome to work with (always on time, professional & did quality work). Just recently, we had a leak coming from our bathroom vent. We called Black & White & they determined the issue was caused from the venting pipe being too long & gathering condensation in the winter which occasionally caused the leak. Even though this wasn't an issue with our roof, they happily fixed the issue for us at no charge. Their customer service is outstanding...very hard to find these days!

I own several rental properties and this was the first time using the team at Black n White, incl owner Kyri, who all exceeded my expectations with a roof hail replacement claim. They made sure everything was done to completion and quality workmanship on roof, gutter and sunlight replacements. Any issues that came up during the job, the guys handled quickly and professionally. This is not my first rodeo wkg with roofers, so definitely will use them again and highly recommend!

Black and White roofing did an excellent job on my roof. The owner, Kyri Melas, was courteous, professional and prompt. The roofing crew really pays attention to details. All the flashing was done perfectly and the shingles were applied is uniform straight lines. They applied liberal amounts of ice and water shield and applied drip edges for all of the gutters. They also did an excellent job on all of the extras that were requested including a new sky light, chimney cover and gutter repairs. The roofing crew was excellent. They had a person dedicated to cleanup who went around all day picking up every last item that was removed from the roof. They also cleaned out the gutters and blew off all the decks. I was concerned about possible damage to window screens and deck furniture from dropping shingles but it turns out I had nothing to be concerned about. The crew was very careful not to cause any damage. In addition to high quality, Black and White Roofing actually came in with the lowest bid out of four companies that bid on my roof. Overall, I give Black and White Roofing an A+ rating.

We were closing on our house and needed the back deck refinished and the roof replaced. Justin came back the same day to go over our options. He worked with us and the insurance company and had their painters over immediately to get a color match for the deck. Justin and Sean are life savers! After the last huge storm, part of my roof was blown off, down to the plywood. I had a difficult time trying to get anyone to come and weather proof the area until repairs could be done but within 1/2 hour of talking with Justin, he was on my roof making sure I was good to go. He helped walk me through the entire insurance claim process, which was overwhelming, since I’d never filed a claim before. The roof looks great and I’m so appreciative of Justin’s patience for my anxiety over making sure no work was done before I was able to get my little rescue dog out of the house. In a day and age where it’s hard to know if a company is truly trustworthy, it’s comforting to know I now have a contact that I can believe in. Thank you so much!

Black N White has been a great company to work with. When I was ready to start the painting project they went out of their way to get started as quickly as possible. The job was completed in 3 days just like I was told it would take and they did a great job. They covered all parts that needed to be protected before painting.The painting was done in 3 steps.1. Power wash the whole house2. Prep and fix any issues with the siding and things around the house.3. paint house trim and doors.Then when they were completed the painters did a walk through to find any mistakes with us and fixed it immediately and then did a second walk through the next day just to make sure everything was perfect.I would highly recommend them for painting or any exterior work
