There are not enough words to describe how amazing this company is. My Restaurant had a car crash into it that put us out of service for 10 1/2 weeks. Not only were they able to start the job right away, but they had my back in every process of the way. From sticking to a timeline that I thought was impossible, to dealing with the insurance companies, they did it all. They worked their butt off and showed pride in their work. Do not look at any other companies. If you want a job done correct and on a timeline that they say they can complete it on, Do it. You will not regret it!

Poor Communication. I attempted several times to acquire an estimate, and I was told I would get one within a couple of weeks. Chris Reid is the CEO of Blue Ridge Contractors and who we primarily dealt with throughout our whole remodel. I want to make to make a few things clear in my review. Chris was not the fastest man, and he wasn't the cheapest man for our job. Honestly I don't think those two things make for a good contractor. I will tell you this. Chris was the right man to help remodel our home. He was kind, but straightforward when it was necessary. He was upfront that this project needed to work for the timeline he had available, but he was fair in setting expectations for himself and his team to get the job done. Most importantly he was transparent and honest. We had a contractor prior to him fail in a spectacular way and Chris had to come in and pick up the pieces. He helped give us our home back and worked with us to find a reasonable and affordable way to get there. If there is any need to have work done on our home in the future we will be using Blue Ridge Contractors.

Blue Ridge Contractors will always be our contractor of choice! Chris, Jared and the rest of the crew blew us away at how quick, precise, efficient and timely their work was done! The quality of the product they delivered was awesome! We had a very large commercial job that needed repairing after a hail storm and they came right in and handled it. They used extreme caution and had an efficient safety protocol while working around our guests. They will have not only our commercial business but also our residence business as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Working with Blue Ridge was an excellent experience. They were on time and on budget even with last minute changes made because we wanted to change things up. They had enough experience to know how to bid a project knowing there would be difficulties and changes. They were always welcoming when we went to the job site and even though they had to babysit us and our constant questions it did not pull them off schedule. When issues did come up they treated us respectfully and always fought for us when other contractors seemed to be doing less the a great job for us. I highly recommend working with them. We plan on using them for some home projects in the future as well.
