RJN# 3929I want to send and share a huge shout out to Campbell Roofing Inc and especially Josh for going above and beyond to ensure I had the best client experience throughout the entire roof replacement process. Josh was/is always a timely text or email away to guide me through next steps in the process and worked directly with my insurance company to ensure all replacement items were accounted for which made the installation process seamless. Since my roof was being replaced because of hail damage, I upgraded the shingle class for a sturdier material and with that, Josh UPGRADED my turtle vents from existing plastic to metal and added synthetic roofing felt underlayment for FREE. All paperwork and scheduling is done electronically so no delay in getting the project rolling. On the day of installation the roofing crew were on time and pre-treated the area around the house keeping my bushes and flowerbeds free of debris. The roofing crew completed the work well before dinner time and spent time, ensuring there were no nails or trash left anywhere on the premises before the crew departed. I have already recommended Campbell‘s Roofing to my neighbor and will boast their greatness every time someone mentions a roof to me that needs repair or replacement. Thanks again Josh and Blake.. you truly have a company that cares for and about the client experience.

Blake (owner) was extremely pleasant to work with. His own relatable roofing experience gave assurance I was provided a good recommendation from USAA. Holly was always on top of notices of delivery and communication about contract. Kerrick was very knowledgeable, personal, and happy to help. All in all, Campbell Roofing, Inc was knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. Highly recommend using this company for next roofing needs.

My total experience with this company has been a joke at best. My insurance company asked them to come out to inspect the roof of my barn and they gave a diagnosis and a quote to fix. I then contracted them to do said fix they had one guy come out a couple weeks later and say that he did the job the roof leaked on the very next storm so I called them back where they told me that he actually didn't finish the job and ran out of materials but they never told me never mentioned anything and still wanted to charge me for the work that wasn't complete. I tried to reschedule two more times. I didn't hear anything then two months later they sent me a bill saying that they had already completed the work. When I spoke to them over the phone they admitted that they had not come back the second time to complete the work. I would avoid this company at all costs bad communication,blatant lying and a clear mismanagement of people and resources.

Fastest, nicest, and most efficient contractors I have worked with in Colorado Springs. Able to provide highly competitive quote for a residential roof replacement very quickly, as well as schedule delivery of materials and have the entire project complete within two weeks. Incredibly patient with coordination with other contractors involved in painting the exterior of the house, and I would recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced.

He is customer oriented and is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Barb, office manager is also one of their best. I would definitely recommend Campbell Roofing! They not only replaced our roof, but also my parents roof (which was part of an Estate sale). Blake, Brady and Erika moved up the project to accommodate our closing. They also met with the contracted buyers (at their request) to answer their questions and confirmed their choices on shingles, color, gutters, etc. Very professional! We also needed interior ceiling work done and they handled that as well. We've had problems with water overflow and clogged gutters for years. It's very difficult to find a company to work on gutters. Campbell Roofing came in and replaced our small gutters on the back of our house with larger ones and larger downspouts and also did a roof repair. Josh came up with a solid solution to solve our long-standing issue right away. The crews were professional and did an amazing job. I was living in another state and renting out my house, after a hail storm my tenants called and asked if I could have the roof checked. I called and Erika was able to get someone out right away to assess the damage. Work was started quickly and I was very satisfied. When I sold my house the warranty transferred to the new owners. They were happy to have a warranty included. Great customer service!!!!

I was involved from start to finish helping my mom find someone to replace her hail damaged roof, gutters and downspouts. Campbell Roofing was awesome from the initial phone call setting up the inspection throughout the total process which I was there for of removing the old shingles, gutters, downspouts and replacing bad underlayment plywood and then replacing it with all new materials. Their work crew replacing the roof was courteous, professional and extremely quick replacing all 3 roofs in one day. They laid down tarps before the work began to catch material, nails and trash coming off of the roofs and upon completion cleaned everything up and used magnets and also a wide roller magnet to pick up any stray nails in the yard and driveways. The company that Campbell Roofing used to replace the gutters and downspouts were professional, courteous and quick as well. From Erika, Brady, Brian and the work crew the total process was awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof and gutter repair or replacement.
