I had a great experience with Cheyenne Mountain Roofing. Aiden stayed in touch with us throughout the project, explained everything, answered questions, and did so in a friendly and professional manner. He stayed in contact with our insurance agent as well, making sure all necessary information was provided quickly. Our project manager, Ron, was also great and always let us know what time the crew was coming and what would be done. The roofing crew did an excellent job, arrived on time, and cleaned up everything. All in all, a positive experience. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the work done by Cheyenne Mountain Roofing to repair the hail damage my house incurred last summer. The replacement was completed in one (amazing) day. The quality of the work was outstanding. The project coordinator came by the next day to make sure everything was done and cleaned up to our satisfaction. There were two minor things I wanted changed and a technician came out the next day and made the changes. Great company to work with!

The initial response was excellent, confirmation of cost upfront was a first for me, and Juan’s work was just what was needed. The follow-up from Justin was great, confirmed the good work was actually good, and gave us a couple recommendations. Noticing our shingle type and being able to provide a certificate for our insurance was just added bonus. We will be repeat customer.

The roofing and gutter crews was excellent, and the quality of work was superb! Our roof and gutters were installed in late January. The teams would arrive at 07:00 and worked till dark at 17:30, then clean up the yard of debris and leave at 18:30 after dark.The foreman / sales rep. would inspect the progress and then reclean the site again after the installation was complete even inside the scrubs for stray nails.Cheyanne Mountain Roofing is a great company to work with!

A huge thank you to the entire Cheyenne Mountain team! The first time I called, the receptionist was absolutely fantastic. She is personable, caring, & hilarious. I called on a Friday & had Justus out for an estimate the very next Tuesday. He was running a little late & we didn't get a call but when I called the office I was assured he was on his way! He listened & took his time to ensure he covered our problems. I had to email in a few times to get the estimate because it was sent to a misspelled email but it was quickly sorted! The estimate was $400 more than the original rough estimate given in person. After I sent in the signed estimate it was radio silence. I emailed twice, once to the office & once to the estimator, & never got a response. I called the office & the wonderful receptionist told me someone would call to schedule repairs when the materials got in. About a week later someone showed up to do the repairs, no calls for scheduling prior. He was absolutely amazing. I am blown away by the staff and the actual work but the communication needs work. I would absolutely recommend with a warning about the communication. Now that I know what to expect I'd 100% use them again!Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof damage repair

Being an out of state property owner I was recommended to Cheyenne Mountain Roofing and it has been a real joy working with them. They are professional in every way, do excellent work, responsive and courteous. They will not do anything different on your property as if it was their own. Jason is a perfectionist and will not quit until it meets his standards. Barbara and Celeste are professional and courteous in the office and always aim to please. The two gentlemen that spent the most time here were just wonderful. Super nice and incredibly hard working.The roof looks GREAT!!They painted the metal white. Never would have thought of it, but boy does the metal look great painted - matches now.Additionally they cleaned out my gutters for me ALWAYS appreciated.After they were finished and were gone, we found two nails, PERIOD, for stuff that hit the ground but did not leave.SUPER job!:-}

I just came here to say that Juan Tello is the absolute best. My dog had gotten out of my yard this morning, and when he arrived I had been panicked trying to find her for hours. I asked him to keep an eye out for her while he was at my apartment working on my roof, while I left to keep searching the neighborhood. When I returned he had corralled her back into my yard and was just so nice about it. I will forever be thankful for him!! He was also super professional and did a great job on the roof. I have to say these folks were impressive. I was in need of a re-roof due to hail damage. Jon came out, discussed what I wanted (I'm picky) and provided a quote. Their quote was the lowest of the 3 quotes I received. I signed the contract and asked how much down payment they required......His response was $0. "You don't pay until the job is finished and you're satisfied" was his response. Work was fast, professional and high quality. Jon came over after the work was complete, walked the roof with me and made sure there wasn't anything I was dissatisfied with (there wasn't any). He then gave me the invoice (which matched the quote) and I cut him a check. Easiest construction project I've encountered. No surprises, no BS. After the check cleared, gave me a full lien release waiver. Will definitely use Cheyenne Mt. Sept 2021. Cheyenne Roofing is top notch. They got the roof and gutters replaced on an Insurance claim and it looks amazing. They repaired several problem areas on the roof (rotted wood and poor flashing) from the last time I had a roof replaced. Their attention to detail was spot on. The crew and management was super, friendly and fast to respond. I highly recommend and will be calling them if I need to in the future.
