Our project manager explained clearly how the insurance co estimated the claim and CO Roofing delivered the material on time and installed in one day as promised. The owner even came by to perform an additional magnet sweep of the yard to locate any nails or debris that wasn’t caught by the tarps they’d laid down during the work.

My friends warned me about having my roof replaced. They said I would be picking up nails for weeks after the roofers were finished. However, I spent two weeks trying to find a nail without success. The CO Roofing representative I worked with was Jeff Margolin, and I recommend him highly. After I signed the contract, Jeff took care of everything including liaison with the insurance company. And, the entire time crew was on the roof there was a second smaller crew doing cleanup on the ground. Nails didn't have a chance. These guys are a cut above in my opinion.

As a first time home owner, I had no experience working with insurance, or selecting a roofing company. After talking with 4 local companies, I chose to go with CO Roofing and Solar because Jeff talked with me at length about the insurance process, roofing materials and installation, and over all put my mind at ease about our roof replacement. They completed the installation in one day, cleaned up very well and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with this company again.

All those perfect reviews must be false, as this company is terrible to deal with and I would NOT recommend them.First, they took 3 days to complete my roof job - I haven't seen any other house in my neighborhood take that long! (the neighbor had hers done a second day but that was to complete the extra shed - I don't have a shed, just one 1500 sq ft house!).Secondly, the communication was absolutely terrible! I had to call back several times the second day the roofers were here, as they left in the morning without a word. When I called, I was told they would be back a little later. Called again after several hours - told they were on their way shortly. Called yet again several hours later and now told they couldn't come until the next/3rd day (and told it was a communication error between the workers and the office!).Finally, it took several emails, calls, and over a month to get the final payment settled as the company tried to charge over what my insurance gave me. I will say the workers did a decent job on the actual roof part, but I found many nails left in my yard and even several inside my house which must have come through 2 of the skylights.Definitely would not recommend this company - not worth all the hassle!!

The work that was done by CO Roofing was outstanding. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood and that is saying something since everybody has a new roof courtesy Mother Nature. The only problem I had was administrative. The job was written up as a cash sale rather than an insurance claim. Pleasantly the cost was less than an insurance claim but the insurance company complained that they overpaid me so the end result was that I received a smaller check for depreciation on the roof. Wasn't THAT big of a deal but it was a complication that I didn't need when dealing with 3 total claims at the same time. All in all I'm very happy with their work. The office staff went above and beyond to help as did their management.

Dustin at CO Roofing is my roofer. When I say "my" roofer, that means I am not going anywhere else. I don't want anyone else touching my roof. He and CO Roofing take incredible pride in their work. Their quality is top top notch. They took care of everything, dealing with insurance, from start to finish. They installed a very high quality impact resistant (Hail proof) roof. They are as professional and knowledgeable as they come. I would almost consider Dustin my friend, very easy to get along with, very kind, very good at what he does. I had an "Impact Resistant" roof put on, 2020. We then had hail storms every year. But this past hail storm of 2023, with golf-ball sized hail, that just demolished the whole neighborhood, our roof withstood it. CO roofing (Dustin) came out immediately, to inspect the roof, and found 3x minor hail dents. He agreed to wait for the storm season to close out, and come out again for a final inspection, and to touch up those hits. We wanted another inspection, and so we took another high rated company, who came out, and found the same 3x minor hail hits, and said the roof has a clean bill of health. Thank you CO Roofing, and Dustin for being "MY ROOFER".

They replaced our roof in May of 21. We noticed just this week that the ridge cap had come off and had caused some damage in our bedroom. I called them to set up an appointment, they were here within 3 hours. The 3 man crew not only fixed the ridge cap but checked the rest of the cap and did somethings above and beyond what they had to. No one would ever see it but their pride in their job meant more to them than the time it took. Now we are still waiting to get the inside fixrd however i have no doubt that it will get done and to our satisfaction. We are so pleased with this company. We had a lot to think about during a recent home purchase, but thanks to CO Roofing, our roof was not one of them!CO Roofing inspected our roof with a drone to accommodate a special request of the selling homeowner and explained the extent of the existing damage to our concrete tile roof.Dustin managed the scheduling of our roof repair during a wildly hectic move by regularly checking in with us and was able to use existing spare tiles to perform the repairs. I would like to start out by thanking this company for everything they did for us to get us a new roof. Heather worked real hard on our case with tamko to try and get us a proper warranty claim. But when tamko failed to uphold there warranty CO roofing stepped up and helped us to get the roof on with no problems. I highly recommend using this company for your needs. We are very impressed with this company they truly know what they are doing. I think they have the best crew working for them. They had our roof stripped and back on in only a few hours. They cleaned up very nicely before they left and even came back the next day to double check if everything was picked up. I mean come on is that customer service or what. This company was referred to us by our insurance agent. After contacting CO Roofing, we heard back shortly from a representative who met with us the next day to assess hail damage and possible roof replacement. Things moved quickly from there. We had daily contact with our rep, Eric, before, during, and after roof replacement. CO Roofing is truly exceptional. I've had roof ventilation issues and icicles forming between the eaves and fascia for about 3 years. I've had many roofing and gutter companies out to diagnose and solve the issue and all tried to sell me on solutions that either did not or would not work. I have not paid CO Roofing anything yet, but they have been over multiple times and performed thorough inspections and analysis and worked with my insurance. They have followed up with calls and messages after storms have hit my area. I am amazed to find such an honest and caring company who is only interested in doing right by the customer. They are very responsive. Eric was out 4 days after we called with samples. We were under contract within 4 days after that. They kept me updated on the progress of talking with my insurance and their supplier. They started about 2 weeks after that and had the job done in 1 1/2 days. The installation crew was quick and knew what they were doing. They used tarps to catch debris from the roof and then made two passes through the yard picking up small pieces and a magnet to get fallen nails. They sent the production manager out after the supplies were delivered to make sure everything was there and they were the right shingles. In less than three weeks from receiving the estimate from my insurance company, I had a beautiful new roof with a brand new skylight! Bryan and his team are true professionals.
