I do not recommend this company. Used to them last year after the Hail storm damaged our roof. They started off friendly but then it went down hill. During the roofing repair they kept forgetting parts of our order. They made promises to repair all damages but we soon found the owner Brain made false promises and his team was truly unorganized. Then our insurance called to go over the bill the company sent them. They TRIED to claim they did work that they did not. Thankfully due to our insurance agents help we fixed the bill. Paid them for the work they did and canceled our contract with them. They called trying to argue there money due but after we showed them the insurance claims and pictures of undone work they stopped calling. If you want work done, friendly staff and organize correct company do not use them.

Poor communication led to termination of contract. I tried multiple times a day to get responses from their team. They regularly told me that I would receive basic items like a SoW and full schedule, only to be delayed with no work beyond the initial roof installation. When they did install the roof, they did not tell me when they were coming, they just showed up.Brian and Dave (the owners) were professional on first meeting when signing you to contract, but far from that afterward in terms of basic ability to communicate and attentiveness to the customer. Would advise using another contractor - unless you're comfortable with infrequent communication and poor follow through.Response to the owner's reply: While the re-roof did actually happen, none of the other promised work did (nor any form of schedule or contact following the roof to coordinate). The gutters, the fence, the deck, the fascia, the painting, the windows, and countless other damages were not addressed. I messaged Brian (co-owner) about ending the contract due to not having received a work schedule as promised for over a week and multiple attempts with him to have even a phone call. When he did finally respond, he said "just pay us on the roof so we could move on." I don't think contacting you at your front desk number will resolve much of anything unfortunately.

Colorado’s Roofing Specialist is one of the most impressive construction company’s I’ve ever had the privilege of dealing with. They did some very great workmanship for my mother in-law, and even offered finance options. They completed all the work within the estimated date of completion and kept very good communication with me and my mother in-law. I did extensive research on the material and labor cost for the job they did and all the pricing was fair and reasonable. I would recommend Colorado’s Roofing Specialist for all of your construction needs. I give this company a 100% A+ with 5 stars. Thank you Colorado’s Roofing Specialist for being, in my opinion, the number 1 contractor in Colorado Springs.

I would give them negative five if I could. They did my roof and did not replace the step flashing, my roof leaked and they did not fix my ceiling, they came out and fixed half the step flashing, it still leaked and then they came out and did some hokie ugly fix that makes my house look like it should be in the ghetto. Never fixed my ceiling damage. Then they had the nerve to ask me to do a second claim when the second hailstorm hit!!! Sorry for anybody I misled with my first review. Guess what, my roof failed inspection, what a shock!!! Told me several times they were going to replace the whole roof, but, nobody ever showed up. Waste of time and money...oh by the way, they leave reviews for themselves or they have friends leave reviewsThey said what they were going to do and did what they said. Impressed with how quick they got my new roof on. The crew was very attentive to detail and cleaned up thouroughly after they were done. I am very picky and I inspected the roof thoroughlu after they were done and I could not find any issues. Will recommend them to anyone.

Stay far away. I met them through an ad on Craigslist in which they were hiring carpenters and helpers. I am an ex employee now that is currently taking legal action against these scammers. They are also using A & B specialist llc as a company name. They currently owe myself and other employees for nearly every hour that was turned into them on timesheets that were provided by Brian and Amanda. Being led to believe they are a legitimate company I used contacts I have to get work for the company only to be taken for pay and a lot of money promised as a bonus for the jobs from my contacts. Currently they have no intention of paying any employees and have taken money from my contacts for jobs they have no intention of completing. after many hours of research I have found Brian has had and currently has legal issues in Florida,Texas, and Colorado. along with many complaints from what appears to be everyone he has ever did any business with. He also collected money from a customer that he made think was to pay his employees right before Christmas and used $7800 to get a car out of a pawn shop and did not pay any employees, leaving several families with no money a few days before Christmas, While posting pics on social media of Brian flashing money like a rockstar. Be aware that legal action is being pursued to not only collect wages owed to employees but to also put these scammers where they belong, out of business.

I would never recommend this company, they are not reputable and very unprofessional and careless. First signing the contract they will tell you give me $3600 and after the job is done will collect the rest thats not true . Second they assure me that my roof will not be done in a 25 degrees weather it should be 36 and up,but they actually came and wantend to do it in a 23 degrees weather. Third if you call and ask about a concern about your roof the owner or the boy that work with him shout at you and hang there phone up at you, they have no form of customer service training. Fourth there careless work man left a half pon of nails and use shingle on the roof they don't clean up after them self, my 2 years old daughter and husband got nails going through there shoes four times , you can't walk in your yard after they are done doing your roof nails are everywhere, even the gutter man that came out to do my gutter said its messy and the roof has nails and shingle everywhere . When I call the company and report it to the owner, he said it's just a few left over nails and hang up his phone. I wish I could give 0 star for this job, I would not recommend anybody.

Brian took our money for 2 projects as a deposit and then never did the job and will not give money back when I asked for it back; said my money was gone!! I am seeking an attorney now. Be ware of Brian Realivasquez(Vasquez) and make sure to see permit upfront and do not pay in advance.(These are my own opinions)

Didn't finish my job. Roof doesn't pass bldg code inspection, pressures for money to be paid in full before job is complete. Went t p their office and they are gone! No forwarding add re was. Bldg code office says their license is frozen and CRS can't pull permits anymore. Don't do business with Brian Vasquez, owner!

I highly recommend Colorado roofing specialist do you do your roofing. My roof looks fantastic!,,, being a single woman I was worried about getting ripped off and paying more than I should have to. But I didn’t this group of men has integrity and took pride in their work, and my house shows it. Thanks again to your crew I I am completely satisfied and I strongly recommend this company if you have any roofing problems. Thanks again

Blown away with how compassionate and relaiable this company has been to my home and family .They made my home restoration a priority and finished in an unbelievably quick but thorough manner. Never thought i would be able to step back and trust a business to makw decusions about my home but they have proven themselves to be true heroes. I will always choose and refer them for contracting from here on out .

On top of not completing jobs, he has gone without paying employees on time then just not at all trying to leave to start over in Texas taking money from people there too guess. Once you complain about him he tries to turn around like he has been victimized. I wouldn't recommend any business with him as a customer or to gain employment. I filed with department of labor and now will be going to news call for action to try and prevent any further damage he can cause to anyone. Look into BBB for further customer complaints as well and why they are job longer at location listed here.

I'm piss right now....this company did my roof in January .A couple days ago the inspector come out to check my roof, only to inform me that my roof didn't pass the inspection so he need to call them to come back out to fix my roof ....this dam shittttttttt company smh!!!!take your money and can't do the job good...they are the worst I have ever come across, contacting bbb for assistant to get my roof done. 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000starshit.

I've done lots of business with the owner of this company throughout the years and have always come away with an honest and excellently done job on all our endeavors...you will not meet a more honest and hardworking man in any business...I would highly recommend Dave and his company to do any job because I know I will always get a fair and honest deal
