Every thing was good except for one thing When the roofers cut the vent across the roof they dropped all the cuts down into the attic and covered all my stuff stored inside with sawdust, scrap cutting All they had to do was throw those pieces off the roof Took me some time to clean up there and get all my Christmas boxes clean Same thing with the shed You asked so I’m telling you RV HAPPY NEW YEARS

Scott was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Our roof was damaged from high winds and he came by the next day to perform the inspection and provide a quote the same day. While performing the repair, Scott identified some issues that were present from the original roof construction and went out of his way to correct those issues so the roof is much more resilient now. Scott was able to accomodate our very tight schedule, and had his roofing team at our house bright and early on the designated day. Scott also discovered that the hail had cracked our skylight, and he made sure that it was replaced and covered by insurance. We appreciate Scott's attention to details such as having a double row of ice guard on the north side of the roof, and upgrading our drip edge. my house was under contract and lenders and real estate agents were bothering me about the roof! I did not want to be bothered. i used thumbtack app, found Colorado Pro Roofing and ask him just to look at the roof and certify that it was good to go for closing. Ok great he would do that i didn't have to drive 100 miles to be there. Scott gave me the bad news along with photos, need a new roof!!! it wasn't the easiest job he probably ever did, my insurance company was very difficult to manage. he was patient (more than me!) and he did it right ( got a permit from the county and had to wait for the county inspector to verify completion) but i am happy with the end results.i would use Colorado Pro Roofing again but i will not ever use that insurance company again!Service: Roof installation

Colorado Pro Roofing has helped me on 2 separate occasions. The first time was installing gutters. Everything went well so when I needed a new roof I requested a quote. They were one of three quotes I received and came in the middle as far as cost was concerned. Even though they were not the cheapest there was no doubt that their professionalism was way above and beyond the other contractors. The quote was broke down out so I knew exactly what was expected. Everyone else just offered a fat number with no real explanation of where the costs were coming from. When it came time to do the work and unexpected additions were needed they were up front about what was required, both work wise and cost wise. Everyone, including the crew was pleasant to deal with.
