Colorado Springs Handyman is absolutely the best! Their prices are reasonable. Once they begin work, they finish it without delay. The work is meticulous! They've renovated my bathrooms - new tile flooring, installation of new vanities, sinks, and faucets. They've installed new hardwood flooring. Painted my entire interior. I've had them change batteries in smoke detectors, help me clean tall interior window, and install new outside light fixtures. They've erected and stained a nice beamed property divider with shelving for plants, and most recently completely renovated my kitchen - removing an existing counter, changing the plumbing and electric, prepped for the installation of a new window, installed tile, installed an island, and installed all the new cabinetry. They are ready to meet your handyman needs.

Dave and his team were extremely professional. They went above and beyond while remodeling my kitchen. We ran into some tricky problems with the previous plumbing and he handled it with expertise even when I was very anxious. He assured me he and his team could take care of it and they did! I hired Colorado Springs Handyman to come in and help fix the flooring and cabinets in the home. David quoted me a price which I found to be a steal compared to the quotes I was getting from everyone else. I was told from start to finish it would take approximately 4 weeks. It was finished early and was amazing. There has been no issues, I don't feel like im going to fall through the floor when I'm walking on the floor, the cabinets are sturdy and very well built. I'm looking to buy my future home soon as I move around a lot and plan on having Colorado Springs Handyman as my contractor. You won't be making a mistake by hiring this company the mistake would be not using them for your contracting needs.

Dave and his team have done a lot of amazing work for us in a short period of time. He did a complete gut and remodel of our master bath, remodel of our powder room, and install of additional cabinets and electric in our kitchen. All of the work has exceeded our expectations! Dave is very easy to work with, does great work, and his pricing is very reasonable. We are already lining him up to do some carpentry work to redesign the shelving and mantel around our fireplace. Me and my wife were stuck trying to find a contractor to replace the vinyl on our house after the august hail storm. Most companies that we called either came out for an estimate and never replied back or just ignored us from the get go. But Brown was different, after scheduling a free estimate, he stayed in constant contact making sure that I knew what was going on with insurance and scheduling for the replacement. I have to say he and his crew definitely do quality work. I now love how my house looks and I will absolutely use him in the future for more projects.

I contacted them to remodel my kitchen, the lady I talked to to set up the estimate was so friendly and personable. Dave, the owner, came out did the estimate(that was one of the better prices I found around town) and was one of the guys who did the actual work too.
