Amazing roofing company. We worked with Scott from Pyramid through our realtor. The entire process was extremely easy from initial inspection by Scott of our roof for possible hail damage to getting the roof replaced on time for the sake of the house. He worked directly with Progressive Insurance so that our claim was expedited. Communication is top priority with this company as is their timeliness in their work! He constantly kept me updated when delivery of product and work would . He was familiar with the insurance aspect and submitted invoices to my insurance company so I could receive any hold back.The best part of working with Scott was he looked at the insurance adjuster estimate information and gave me a quote to the estimate.The roof crew that he had come to my house was very polite. Great company to deal with! Was very fast with repairs after the hailstorms of 2018. Did a fantastic job on the roof and it came with one of the best warranties out there. Will meet with the insurance inspectors to ensure no damage is missed and everything is fixed as if there were never damage. The work completed by Pyramid Roofing Corp has been outstanding. I have been in communication with Anthony Bachmann over the last year. During that time Anthony keep me informed and answered all of my questions and concerns about the repair project.The shingle roofers were hard, outstanding workers who did a fantastic job on two roofs. They worked over 12 hours to complete the two roofs and at times the work was being completed in the rain. In addition, they painted the all the vent ports black so they blended into the roof. The roof just pops and looks great.The metal roofers as well were hard, outstanding workers who did a fantastic job on the barn roof. Where the top and side plates meet on each side of the build the workers fashioned a diamond shaped piece that covers the convergence of the three plates. These two covers were just a nice touch.Last, but not least, the gutter installers were hard, outstanding workers too. The gutters and down spouts on the roof look great. They did such a good job that I have asked for quote to place gutters and down spouts on the barn and a second building.This was a large repair project that at the completion I can definitely say I am very happy with results.Thank you, Pyramid Roofing Corp, for your hard work and attention to detail.Should anyone be interested, I would highly recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone needing roofing.Terry AlbrachtJanuary 15, 2020
