Colorado Superior were very professional and did a great job replacing my roof in December 2023. The company worked with me to change my shingle type when it was discovered that the originally selected shingles would be extensively delayed due to shipping delays from the manufacturer. This led to the roof replacement job getting done sooner than anticipated and allowed for the installment of new solar panels on the roof at an earlier date. The only major delay was due to the city taking 3 months to come and inspect the completed roof, but of course this was not Colorado Superior's fault. Colorado Superior was also very accommodating when it came to the removal of extra wiring from an outdated satellite dish (from the previous owner of the home), as well as the removal and disposal of a large awning that we no longer wanted. Overall a great experience from start to finish with this company and our roof now looks great and should be in good shape for many years to come.

We had a great experience working with Colorado Superior Roofing. They were very responsive and worked us into their schedule because our repair was relatively minor. They could see from the street where the roofing had an issue with the flashing around the chimney. I'm not sure whether it was the type of wind storm damage you would expect or likely due to a poor repair job from a different company that we had used previously (same problem several years prior.) I appreciated the professional manner in which the job was completed.Service: Roof repair

Colorado Superior Roofing has been absolutely awesome from day one! They have done everything they said they would when they said they would do it. My neighbors also decided to use them and were also extremely pleased with their great work. Lance Parks was great to deal with and when the job was done, I even received an email from the owner. This company is fantastic! I had to get my roof replaced on my home due to storm damage and this group did a great job. From the first phone call through the entire claim process this company was the most professional group of people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone was so friendly and helpful— from the receptionist at the office to the guys in the field, to the foreman overseeing the project. They handled everything with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. All of the work was performed on schedule. The crew took great care to clean up after they completed the roof, making sure no extra nails or debris were left around the house. This was hands down the best and least stressful experience I’ve had with a contractor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to have a roof replaced. Paul, Pete, and the crew have really raised the bar!

Andrew is very caring and very knowledgeable of the roofing, contracting, and insurance processes, and eased my mind in making sure things were going to get done right and on time.
