Exceptional! Karl and his team of pros are amazing. Our 1970's era master bath needed a total remodel. We were constantly kept informed on timelines. I used Comfort Restorations to complete various projects on the exterior of our property, including the total replacement of our roof along with the gutters and cannot be more pleased with the results! They showed up on time, did the work as agreed-upon, and made sure that the repair was seamless and matched with any existing materials, such as the color of paint. They were also very flexible in meeting a tight schedule for the repairs to support us as we were going through the process of selling our home. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and highly responsive to questions, and they went so far as to work with our insurance provider directly to ensure the proper estimate was generated for the roof replacement.

The level of customer service from Comfort Restorations was exceptional.We felt that Karl Honsalek listened and was able to provide us with realistic expectations, and he met them all.He helped us plan and guided us through the whole project.At the beginning we chose to have new laminate installed because that is what we were used to, and we thought it would save us money.As the estimates came in for the laminate, we became frustrated that the cost was escalating.Karl informed us that because of the cost of production for the laminate, granite was not outside our budget.That was a game changer for us.The demo team had to remove a short wall and make it level for the installation of the new island. They did a fantastic job, matching the height of the cabinets.The dry wall installers matched the wall texture flawlessly. The finish carpenter did an excellent job installing the trim, patching the wall and painting.The plumber re-installed our garbage disposal and dishwasher, making changes to the original configurations, saving us space and making it more efficient.The team from Granite Accents were very patient with us, holding our hand through the whole process.From the time we went to the showroom to select, offering us advice about the color and type of stone that would match our kitchen.We were a little over-whelmed when we chose our granite, when were informed it had to be transported from out of state. We had already started the ball rolling on the demo, so it ended up taking longer than originally planned.It wasn’t fun living without a kitchen for a month, but it was worth it! I am finding the time because this is long overdue! Karl and his team were consummate professionals! They really impressed me with their care and attention to detail! Earlier this year my pipes burst and I had to go through a lot of grief with my insurance company which shall remain nameless! The insurance company sent out a different team for the demo and drying part of the remediation and I wish that Karl and his team had been the team throughout the whole process! I had some pretty severe water damage in an upstairs bathroom and the ceiling on my main level. Several holes were cut for dry out. Comfort Restorations (Karl and his crew) tore out the whole bathroom and replaced everything. Looks better than new . Then the main level they patched and textured all the holes . The texture was just a little off and you could see the patches. I asked him to come back and a couple days later he had his guys replace the drywall and textured the whole main level. After having a terrible experience with another contacting company, I saw my friend's new stairs and I had to know who did it and how I could get them to my house to help with my yard.They responded right away, came out and assuaged all my fears, as I had a different contractor company literally take my money and run. They gave me and my family every single professional courtesy, going over every detail of our project to ensure we understood what was going to happen. They put a great enclosed sand pit around my son's play area, and built me a beautiful deck with concrete supports and privacy walls that will be able to hold an above ground pool.The work was done on time and Karl and his team were in constant contact so I felt completely comfortable and in control of everything having to do with the project.I literally cannot wait for them to come back and fix our patio, then we're doing the kitchen!
