We’ve lived in Colorado for 18 years and this was our fourth roof installThis was the best roofing company by far. They were so helpful in recommending great companies for other services needed for the extensive hail damage we experienced in May 2023. I pray for no more hail storms but living in Colorado that seems highly unlikely. But if we ever have to go through this process again I would definitely come back to Crestone.

This roofing company is amazing! After some hail damage on our roof I was in a difficult situation as we don't live locally and didn't know how we would cope trying to make sure we got a proper job done while also trying to deal with the insurance company. We were pointed to Crestone Roofing by our rental agency and that's when Paige entered our lives and made things so much easier. She always had time to walk us through everything, provided the quote, dealt with the insurance company and got the work done. In a world when you hear about so many people being screwed over by contractors and not getting a proper qaulity job done , Paige is a breathe of fresh air. She has been our hero and made our lives so much easier in what could have been a stressful time. Thank you Paige and thank you to the rest of Crestone roofing.

Working with Crestone Roofing was very easy and the whole process was smooth. I most appreciated the clear and quick communication with the owner of the company (Paige) that handles the scheduling and deals with the insurance company, etc. Paige always answered my calls and texts promptly and did not make me feel like my questions or concerns were stupid. I was scheduled, the date was not moved or changed on me, I was sent very specific instructions of what to expect and how to prepare for the work to begin. The roofers were respectful of my property and cleaned up very, very thoroughly. I was very pleased with Crestone Roofing (owners and crew).

Paige was unbelievable in guiding us from start to finish with insurance to installation and finally billing. We had two roofs that were damaged by hail and she was able to have them both done within a week of each other. The crew was prompt and laid down tarps to cover all areas where nails or other debris might fall. Clean up was also top notch. Having not needed a roof in 20+ years I did not know what to expect, and I was also intimidated by the process. Creststone made me feel like I was their only client. I truly cannot express how comfortable they made me feel. I also liked that they are local and not transient from out of state. Keep the money local!! I was referred to Crestone by my insurance broker. Michael was nice and professional, but they would not give an estimate without looking at my insurance claim. Then after sending my insurance claim to Michael I did not get a response for over a week. I was contacted by Paige. I was told that my shingles were from the 70s and were a roll on shingle, when my house was built in 2015, and that I would need to pay $400 more than what the insurance claim estimated. I had 3 companies come look at my roofing and Crestone was the only company that was dishonest. I get that they need to make money, but when 2 other companies give an estimate without my insurance claim and both are $2000 less something is not right with Crestone. I’m sure they will respond that they are quality and that’s why they charge more. There are plenty of companies that are quality and have integrity. Happy roofing!EDIT AFTER CRESTONE RESPONSE: This company’s quote was $2k more than others. They would not give an estimate until they saw our insurance quote. This is shady to say the least. Your prices should be the same with or without an insurance estimate. We did not even ask for a waiver of the deductible so their explanation of the process was unnecessary and again proves that they are reaching to make this seem legitimate. Michael offered to waive or “work our deductible” into the cost on his own, without our request. We were told by Paige that we would need to pay $400 MORE than our insurance estimate. Clearly incorrect information was given flippantly during conversations and their below citations of rules only seem to apply when someone calls them out.

Crestone Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof!! Since I am physically located in Florida and our rental property in Colorado Springs needed a new roof due to hail damage, I was in need of a great company to perform the work without my "direct supervision" of the work. In other words, a company I could trust. Crestone Roofing came highly recommended and boy did they ever deliver!! Working with Luke was outstanding and he communicated with me almost daily, both before the start of the job and after. I want to thank Jeff and his team at Crestone Roofing for their responsiveness and quick action when I reached out regarding our roofs warranty. We utilized Crestone in late 2018 after a hail storm destroyed our roof…fast forward to 26 APR 2022, winds blow off some of our shingles on the right corner of our roof. I called Crestone up, Jeff came out to inspect and they just took care of it within the week at no cost. I can’t recommend this company enough, they have demonstrated great character by placing the customer first and striving to provide the best quality and value. I’m sure any of the many other companies would’ve happily told me our warranty didn’t cover this wind damage and quoted me for the repair. Chris Yates from Crestone Roofing was responsive, reasonable, and professional from the beginning to the end. He helped me work with my insurance company for a full roof replacement, was understanding and flexible with my financial situation, and was always very communicative on where we were in the process and what was going on. My roof was done in one day and shockingly two business days later the inspector was able to come out and it passed right away! The crew also was very thorough in cleaning up at the end of the reroof day. They made the process a lot easier than I thought it would be and made me feel like a valued customer.
