Cricket did a wonderful job on our roof and gutters. Communication was good, price was competitive and the work was completed timely. Randy acted as sort of a general contractor, making sure the insurance company had what they needed and the subcontractors showed up when they were supposed to and everything got cleaned up. He even was able to have a downspout re-replaced when I accidentally backed into it. Very satisfied!

Having worked in the construction business for some time myself, Cricket Roofing was one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The contractor was very polite and honest, and the roofers did an excellent job replacing my roof. After the crazy wind storm we had in the Colorado Springs area, I called them back and they came out to replace what damage was done. They are very responsive and understanding. The price that was quoted for everything was very fair, honestly don't think I could have found a better company to do that good of a job for same price.

Finally a contractor with great communication and attention to detail! I first had them do some gutter work on my out-building, and the experience was so good that when my house's roof suffered hail damage, I used them again. Cricket Roofing answered all of my questions and delivered on everything they promised in the time-frame promised. They even fixed my house gutters at the same time they did the re-roof. I really can't say enough good things about them!

Randy has a top notch crew working for him; I had a tough roofing / remodel project where I'd asked him to add a soffit and fascia accent to the exposed rafter tails on my house. His crew took their time and made sure it was all plumb, level and perfectly installed. I am very pleased with the results. Randy came out and gave. bid when he said. I started asking him questions and he got heated and offended. I'm interviewing all contractors that are gettinh a 20k project. It's my home. Shouldnt I be able to ask questions of the contractor? He told me good luck and we ended our conversation. Its tough to makeup answers on the fly.
