We scheduled an estimate for siding repair. Brianna and Kyle were here for quite a while. They gave us a very thorough inspection and found many issues with our 20 year old siding. We decided to protect our biggest investment and have it replaced.We anticipated the project to begin within 4-6 weeks but it was about 3 weeks when the materials were delivered. I was surprised when the pallets showed up without warning. The work started the next day and finished in 7 days.We are very happy with the results. It looks like a brand new house!!

I just moved into a house that was built in 1915. The roof consisted of at least five layers where over the years, everybody had just put another layer on top of the previous layer. . It was a true disaster. The outside of the house was chipboard and it was wearing away. I called several companies to get their advice and quotes. Brianna Castro with Dabella came to my house and taught me everything I needed to know to make a knowledgeable decision about my roof. She is knowledgeable, charming and professional. I am so satisfied with the beauty and quality of the roof that Brianna orchestrated with Dabella.I, then, decided to have the siding done too. I am so happy that I had it done. My house has gone from a terrible eye sore to a delightful, cozy home. Thank you, Dabella and Brianna.

My family and I had a massive tree crush our roof right before an appointment for an estimate on some siding. Dawson White and Brigitte Harris showed up for said appointment not long after the impact and switched our appointment to estimating a full roof replacement. They were very supportive and sympathetic that day and helped ease our minds and answered all of our questions during that process. Since then they've been very supportive of us during the insurance claims process. There's one particular business that claims when you're there you're family, but Dawson and Brigitte from Da'Bella really acted like family.Fantastic customer service and support.

Had a door-to-door salesman come by our house today. My wife let him know that we weren't interested, he proceeded to tell her that if we did not replace our roof, our roof would fall on our kids?Hopefully this is an isolated incident and doesn't reflect on the rest of the company. I've been a GC for for over a decade, in the trades my entire life, while our roof may be on the back half of it's life, it's nowhere near the point of "Falling in on our kids".Edit* this is what he pointed at as evidence that our roof would be coming down at any moment.

I have finally stepped in for my parents which are older and 1 is disabled. After 2 years of my mom calling, trying to get someone out to look at the 4 windows that leak, I finally after 6-10 calls a day for over a week, finally was able to get someone to the house. The gentleman Ben had sent someone from the manufacture out and got an email letter the next day, stating it was not a manufacture warranty issue. These windows never leaked before the DeBella windows were installed. The windows have created additional damage to the sheetrock and stucco which I have sent those additional pictures to the company. According to the contract that we have- there was no damage before the windows were installed. DO NOT USE!!

Mike M. Was so professional and respectful when he came to my house for a consultation. I never felt pressured to buy anything. Mike was very knowledgeable on the company and the product, and was very passionate about the leader ship in the mission of DaBella are you. At the end of the consultation when we discuss numbers they were very reasonable and due to the quality of product available by Dablla would be a long lasting Investment for our forever home. On a personal note in my autistic son felt that Mike I was so friendly and nice. He wanted to play with him. This is unusual due to the fact that he normally doesn’t like strangers. I feel that speaks volumes for the quality of people that DaBella hires, and I will be recommending them to all of my coworkers, family and friends that are looking for the products they offer. Gordansi and VyAnne visited today after a sales representative convinced me to get an evaluation. I received excellent service from these two and am sold on the company in general. I learned many things, they only use American made products, they have warranties on all of their products or services, and I now understand some meanings of the technical parts of the products such as L-Flashing or fascia. I haven’t purchased a service yet from this company but am in the process of it, I just wanted to comment on the great salespeople. Very professional and educational.

Getting real tired of the door to door harassment. If I was interested I would have contact contractors. Go sell your Kirby vacuums and Mary Kay in Briargate. Apparently the cops are the correct answer for these people. If this is a real company. Banging on the door. Spamming the doorbell. Threatening my children in the yard with your presence. Then kicking the door as you leave. People don't respond to threats.

Dabella had someone come to the door and I was in a rush to go to work. We scheduled a meeting for the next day and Zay came and was incredible to work with! Initially came out to redo windows. I told her my situation and we actually found that we could prioritize another project and do windows later. She didn’t try to take advantage of me or my situation and was able to work with me to actually get something approved which was very uplifting and heartwarming.

We had Dabella come to our home and offer a free inspection of the roof. We thought this was great until they started telling us our roof was installed incorrectly years ago. They made it seem like we needed a roof replacement ASAP and we were quoted 24k! I thought all this sounds wrong so I had 3 local companies come and give me a quote Cornerstone, R.V. Solutions LLC and Crawford roofing LLC came out to look at our roof. All 3 companies were very confused because after their inspection we did not need a roof replacement! I just want my neighborhood to be aware of how Dabella works and the tactics they use to try and get you to buy a roof! Also all 3 of my local quotes were under 10k and cheapest Dabella could over was 24k!

Both sales reps were phenomenal. Haven't had the job done yet as I needed time to research and contemplate, but the amount of genuine customer care was exceptional. As a new home owner the whole world of business and economics is hard for me, and with my odd brain understanding new concepts takes a lot of questions. They sat with me for 2 hours and answered every single question, and being skeptical, I looked up everything they told me. Honestly good people. I encourage others to work with this company based on customer service! They were perfectly transparent and honest, and truly seemed to want to help. Every answer they gave me was spot on online, but always do your own research.

Teach or door-to-door sales people that "No Soliciting" signs on doors means don't knock on the door. Maybe also teach him that offering information about your services, that if I select will result in your company profiting even if it doesn't come directly out of my pocket is soliciting. Saying it isn't probably isn't the appropriate response to the sticker being pointed out. "I'm sorry," is, and even if it's a lies, maybe add "I didn't see it." Even if it isn't technically soliciting, respect the intent behind the sign, that the homeowner doesn't appreciate being bothered by anyone that isn't the delivery guy, emergency services, or the utility company.

Salesman knocked and rung the doorbell an unnecessary amount of times. If the homeowner doesn’t open the door after the first knock then you need to take a hint and leave the way you came. When my husband finally opened the door and pointed out the no soliciting sign the salesman continued to sale his services. It is not polite or safe to go to someone’s home after dark unannounced. Please do better.
