DHI was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. These guys walked us through everything that was going happen and then it happened exactly as they predicted with insurance and our mortgage company. The team did a fantastic job on the roof and a great job cleaning the grounds too. I also found them very responsive to any questions we had at every step along the way and they really went to bat for us with our insurance company. I would highly recommend DHI!

This was our first experience filing an insurance claim for roof damage and we feel privileged after hearing what our friends and neighbors went through with their contractors! James walked us through the entire process, he even showed up with the adjuster to make sure everything that was damaged got documented. The best part was that our roof was done quickly, they didn’t leave all the shingles on the roof for weeks, and it looks great. I will recommend James to everyone I know that needs roof work in the future.

Working with Zak and the roofing crew was great. They arrived early and completed our roof replacement in one day. They did a thorough job of cleanup afterward and worked directly with our insurance company through the claim.

They seemed to do a good job and had my large house done in 1 day. They left the trailer full in my driveway blocking my garage door because the pickup they had was full and they couldn't move it. That wasn't too cool, especially if I needed my vehicle to go to work the next morning but I had another one to use. I'm not a fan of most roofing companies and feel they try to milk people and insurance companies for everything, but I didn't have any real issues with this company except I think the final price of our roof was way too high (Like $18,000 total between what insurance and my deductible paid) Insurance paid it but I still think they nickel and dime everyone. Everyone I dealt with was professional and they fixed an issue that I was adamant about them fixing and doing it right. Had to raise some concern, but it got done.

Hands down DHI roofing fulfilled all expectations. I travel every week and the service I received from James Peterson was above and beyond. He handled all aspects of the roof replacement to dealing with the insurance company and city inspection. I will recommend DHI to anyone who is need of a roof. Loved these guys!!! Came in super professional and took care of every aspect including meeting with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered. Four of my next door neighbors ended up following me and used them as well. They were stellar- the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with!! Definite recommendation if your shopping-ask for James and he’ll take care of you.
