Had one of their employees totally cut me off on an icy road in front of their shop. Whipped his GMC truck with TX plates across an icy road and had to slam on my brakes. Skidded to a stop in time and HE honked as though it was my fault. If that's their attitude, I'll be sure to never use and recommend against them in my property management office.

One of their trucks tried to merge into my lane where I was at the last second. They were near my back tire when they're lane was about to end so they gunned it causing me to step on my brakes and veer as far to my left as i could to avoid hitting them.

Douglass now hires dishwashers for there service department!!! good luck on getting leak issues resolved.!! Douglass lost a lot of good people due to illegals making them what they we're!! Mediocre company now clawing to take advantage on unsuspecting customers with inferior foreman and laborers to perform below par work that will not last or be up to industry standards.
