I can not begin to rave enough about empire roofing and restoration! I had a leak in a old chimney on my roof. When I say leak it was pouring into my home every time it rained. Which was for a week straight! After the 2nd day I just sat on my floor and cried. I had called every single chimney company I could find. Nobody could help me for weeks.I called empire and they had Keigan come out the next day! Talk about service! Then he had a estimate to my insurance same day! The insurance was so Impressed with his photos and his estimate they approved it right away! Work began a few days later. When I came home and seen my roof I cried! I couldn’t believe it was the same house. Chimney was gone. They did both my sheds as well. Gutters coming and they are even going to repair all the damage inside my home. Thank you so much Empire for your hard work. From the estimate to Karin at the office and all the behind the scenes work and of course the hard working crew. I am so thankful to get this fixed! Can’t recommend them enough for all your needs! These people were all awesome to work with and did great work in my house. They finished my basement and remodeled my bathrooms. I am totally happy with all of the work that they did. Empire repaired our fence, roof, and interior after a huge tree fell on our house during the December 2021 wind storm. Everyone was awesome! They worked quickly and did a wonderful job. My insurance gave me money for a partial roof after a hail storm. I seen a empire roofing truck that day and called them to see what they could do with what the insurance offered me. The lady that answered the phone was so polite and helpful just from her answering I knew I made the right choice. Steve called me and he said let me handle everything for you and he pretty much did. He met up with my insurance inspector and some days later Steve called me letting me know I would be getting a whole new roof. He knew because of my situation I needed it done within 4 days. I thought there is know way but he soothed my worry and even offered more assistant to my situation! The roof looks great, the guys that came out where awesome, friendly and I honestly good not be more happy with the product and the customer service. Five years ago I had another property and went through another company old (earth) roofing (not sure if I can say their name) You can read my review on their page. This was definitely red carpet treatment and will use them anytime I have roofing needs, guaranteed!!Thanks to Steve and the whole crew great company

The Estimators imput was outstanding! The Empire office staff organized my roofing and gutter installation, deck work , house painting. siding replacement. screen replacements, french door installation, stone wall and much more. Although I am a long distance landlord and unable to see their work first hand, Empire Roofing and Restoration understood the need to work closely with me, send photographs, and clearly document the work they did. My property manager confirmed that their reports to me were accurate. It is refreshing to know that this is a company that I can trust and count on even when "blindfolded" by distance. Several months later, there are no accounts of any issues.

I was doing my first little project in my house of installing a washing machine. I forgot to install the drain return hose and ended up flooding the main level of my house and into the basement. I called Empire Roofing and Restoration and within 20-30 minutes they were there to start drying my floors and setting up equipment. The gentlemen that came to my house were very nice and could tell I was stressed. They told me that these things happen and that it can all be fixed fast with just setting their equipment up. This put myself and my girlfriend's mind at ease. Due to their fast response my wood floors were saved and I didn't have to file a claim this time. I am very happy with the service that was provided and would recommend them for all household needs.

After our basement flooded in our new home, we reached out to Empire Roofing and Restoration. From start to finish, water mitigation, drywall repair, and new paint, we could not be happier with the experience we have had with them. Keigan was a tremendous help, walking us through the entire process, and the owner, Joe, who even came by my home to help another one of his excellent workers, Chris. They go above and beyond! We had an incredibly painful experience. I cannot recommend them at all.We had a leak develop in August 2016. The repair work involved new windows, and drywall removal, inspections, and patching. We contacted Empire after our insurance company recommended them (we've shared the feedback below with the insurance company). The project manager was next to impossible to get in touch with. Our records show for every three calls/texts/emails we placed to Empire we got one call back.The project manager was frequently late for appointments. (Full disclosure - I was late to one as well.) There were five windows ordered. Two of the windows were ordered incorrectly (clear glass vs privacy glass and other style issues). We were told the windows would arrive in 6-8 weeks because the large hailstorm that hit the area. We called after eight weeks and were told by the project manager there was a problem with the order, but that it would be rushed. Based on my interactions with him, and his poor oversight, I suspect they were never ordered the first time.The work on the windows wasn't complete until December 2016. It would not have been done by then either if we hadn't hounded the project manager to what we were paying him to do.The drywall removal, inspection and repair began mid-January 2017, and was completed at the end of February 2017. It was a couple of square feet section in an interior closet and an unpainted strip of garage ceiling. It could have been done in two days, but took six weeks because of the project manager's ineptness.When the drywall was repaired in the garage, they broke a shelf (of course the stuff on the shelf was damaged too) and made no attempt to tell us about it, or fix it - we weren't on site to have them take care of it at the completion of the work.Once the work was done at the end of February we waited for a bill. Finally, in an effort to be honest, I texted the project manager in May to ask for a bill. Two months later in the beginning of July, I finally received an invoice. It had no details (materials vs labor, no dates, etc.) - just an amount. After requesting more information we got a more detailed invoice a few days later.I was uncomfortable paying the full amount so I reached out to the owner to express my concerns. I learned the project manager was no longer with the company. It was as difficult to reach the owner as it was the project manager. We discussed the concerns and offered to pay the entire cost of the windows, but asked them to absorb the drywall repairs. He let us know the windows were put in at cost and they made no money on them (this was unknown to us, and additional proof of the project manager's incompetence), so he was uncomfortable with my offer. He also noted that the work had been completed to our satisfaction.They apologized for our experience. We eventually reached a compromise on a discounted amount that he felt was too much of a discount and that I didn't feel like wasn't enough of a discount.While the work was indeed completed to our satisfaction, it was the most painful business transaction I've ever endured. The business consistently made excuses about being too busy - if that's the case then quit taking on new work so the jobs you have on hand can be done well.In sum a six week project took almost a year from start to finish. The customer service was almost non-existent, and when we tried to find common ground, I felt they only made token concessions.

Empire Roofing and Restoration did an excellent job fixing the water damage from frozen pipes. They are very professional, they cleaned up everything and were fast and amazing to deal with. After the June storm hit down in fountain, I contacted Tim and he fought with my insurance to get the roof done exactly how I wanted and ridiculously fast considering how slammed the area was. Couldn't be happier. Quality work from a great company, I'll be recommending them to everyone as well as a repeat customer in the future should the need arise. Thanks for everything. Empire Roofing in Colorado Springs was on the approved list with my insurance company so we went with them in March of 2017. It was a very bad experience from the beginning to the end. It is July and we still don't have a city roof inspection so I cannot say if the roof was done well. I do know that I called the police non-emergency number because of the behavior of the roofing team and was told that the Police Department surely would have sent out an officer when they blocked my garage door with their debris truck and refused three times to move it. Not one would speak English, even when I encountered difficulties, though at the end of the day I found out one could speak English very well. In nearly 50 years with my insurance company I have never been so distraught over the behavior of an approved contractor. When I contacted the owner he replied with an email that did not accept his responsibility and he attacked my integrity.

We used both Empire Roofing and Empire Restoration in June 2016. The shingle replacement was pretty straightforward, but our house had some structural issues with the eaves that required quite a bit of additional work. Since our house is 90+ years old, it posed some unusual challenges. Joel didn't let anything get in his way. He met every challenge, and there were many, with a positive solution. The result is a new roof and eaves that look better than they have in probably 50 years. We could not be more satisfied.

I requested a estimate from Empire, what a mistake. estimator was more interested in telling us how one of our roofs (we have four structures on the property), wasn't code rather than to find solutions to the type of roof we needed to install. Over a month went by and three call were made to company. Finally received bid, and was amazed that the roof bid wasn't for the roof we wanted to install, but a bitumen roof, one that we specifically said we didn't want. Instead of being helpful and informative, estimator was vague, indifferent, inarticulate, and inaccurate. Don't know what kind of work Empire roofing does, but if their estimator is any indication of the companies finished product, I have one word for you: RUN!

The company stole property off my property and will not return it or compensate me for it. The stolen property was not an item that they were contracted to remove, in fact the item was an unbroken door and screen door that I requested to keep because those could be reusable. They left it there, and put in a to large door, which made them come back a third and fourth time at which time they walked across my yard away from the area in which was their work area and took said items of my property. I have text messages from staff apologizing for taking said items, I have video of them walking far from the project area to grab the said items, I have a text message from the contractor stating our conversation in which I told him I was keeping said items. They dropped nails and trash in my yard while replacing my neighbors roof. He got deployed a day after his roof was done so I’m cutting their grass today and surprise surprise, nails in their backyard also. I know you guys are VERY BUSY with the recent storms, but 20+ nails in a 10 ft square area is inexcusable. I took photos if you would like to see
