We had water damage from a frozen pipe that required moisture mitigation and dwelling restoration. Eric our project manager handled it all well. We had a parade of specialists who did drywall, carpentry, carpeting, painting, and relocating furniture for us in the end. There were many names to recall, but everyone was personable, explained what they were doing for us, and all work was very satisfying when done. They are a great one stop shop for getting things back to normal after a troubling incident in one’s home.

We had a water damage claim and this was the company assigned to our claim, but we would have chosen them ourselves. They replaced the carpet throughout our entire basement and worked with us to achieve the look we wanted. We also asked for additional work to be done in our basement outside of the claim and they were really easy to work with on it. The process was easy and all the work was accomplished in as timely a manner as possible. We highly recommend them! Garrett and Desmond did an amazing job. We had a utility room flood that traveled out into the finished basement and they came out within 2 hours of being notified and started estimating damages and getting ruined carpet padding and baseboards removed and disposed of. They moved all person belongings that were in the way into a dry area to keep them safe. They had fans set within hours to dry everything out and were back multiple times to check up on the drying process. Honestly they gave me the biggest peace of mind with this whole issue and were very thorough in explaining everything before they went forward. 100% recommend them to anyone that needs water mitigation done.

Had a large project with first general services in fall 2020. It was an insurance claim. They did great! Even with the weather constantly competing with our outside project, they still completed their project in a good amount of time. Communication was great, we had an excellent project manager John who worked well with us and made sure everything was completed with quality work. I would recommend them again and again.

Recently had the need for First General Services and their Clean Master division in our rental home. We had a backup in one of our drain lines and possibly contaminated water flowed onto a concrete floor area. It was not a very big area of concern but the team at Clean Master was able to get right out and treat and clean the concrete floor. While I know for sure that this was not a very big project for them, we felt like the level of service exceeded our expectations.

We had a flood in our office. First General arrived within an hour to start extracting the water and drying us out. Justin and his crew were very professional and courteous. We loved them and hated to see them leave! Then the next crew showed up and started the restoration part. Antonio and Omar and their crew were AMAZING! They worked nights and weekends to try to stay out of the Doctors and out Patients way. They cleaned as they went, so we never felt like we were under construction. These gentlemen were courteous, detail oriented and available whenever was convenient for us! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

My basement flooded and they restored my basement even better then what it was before. I love their work and I am very satisfied with everything. Colton, Jason, Fernando and his son, Joe and his crew did a wonderful job and I cant thank them enough! They definitely went above and beyond. Considering the back load of work due to weather related problems,eg burst pipes,the mitigation of my overflowed sink was resolved in a timely matter by Clean Masters.The rebuilding of drywall to my downstairs bedroom ceiling was completed efficiently and at first the repair which was mudded and then painted,did not blend in with the rest of the ceiling. The following week, the entire ceiling was retextured (done by Steve)and allowed to dry and then repainted and all this work was done very efficiently to my satisfaction, by First General Services.The crew from both Clean Masters and First General Services were very courteous and explained how the work would be completed.I enjoyed having conversations with Steve and Colton Brody ( in particular).I am grateful that the project is finally finished!I would recommend repairs done by First General Services to any of my friends.Sincerely,Frances Tencza

I needed a company to help me restorate my basement since I had water damage. I was assigned Keith, who was an incredible person who tried to give me the best results. On his team everyone was very respectful and hard working, but Antonio and Omar were over the top. They work so nicely and left everything clean every day when they go home. They always arrived on time (the other people on the team didn’t, but it didn’t bother me since I’m a stay at home mom) and they would always be very respectful and so fast! They did a great job and faster than anyone else. Ask for them because they make the whole experience with the company worth it. Also the girl at the front who’s always smiling was really nice and patient with me. I think this is a great company. Very satisfied

First General did a great job of rebuilding my basement after a pipe burst and flooded it. They were so accommodating with my crazy work schedule, and crazy dog. All of their work was great and Colton was very thorough during his daily inspections of the work done. Would definitely recommend.

our office flooded and after insurance and everything got figured out, this company stepped up to the plate to get the walls fixed and painted. Our office isn't huge...but it's not small either. We are medical and this company worked with us. They were so nice, asked for our opinions, and even offered opinions on paint color, and they were absolutely right!! Highly professional. I was a little hesitant at first because my insurance paid them right away (minus deductible) before the job had been completed, but the checks were not actually cashed until the work was done and I was satisfied with it. A carpenter and carpet crew came to eliminate some floor creaking and Stretch some waves in the carpet. They came on time, fixed everything in a few hours. Very responsive, polite and professional. I am very pleased and recommend First General Services company to anyone in need for home repair!

Colton and crew provided excellent service and expertise to restore an interior foyer with very high ceilings. The ceiling cracked after an ice jam caused damage to the roof and resulting interior damage. Now, we are good as new. I definitely recommend!

If you use these guys, Request John Davis as your PM, he is absolutely the best. We had a 2+ year, $120k+ rebuild due to a roof failure and we had lots of issues. Once John got involved it got done fast and to the standard we expected. 👍👍👍👍👍

After subcontracting for them on several jobs, they held back payment and then shorted me on every job, even when their GM said that they would pay for additional work that needed done. I even had to do a repaint because First General Services gave me the wrong color; they made the mistake, but made ME pay for it. Definitely a company that doesn't care about the people who make them successful. Greed is at the root of this company, so customers beware.
