It took two weeks from contract signing to even get the job scheduled, and then, only after I called numerous times and spoke to the estimator, production scheduler, office assistant, and office manager. Then too, a large number of calls, e-mails and texts went unanswered throughout this whole ordeal. The repair team finally came by and ended their work in two days, but left numerous issues unaddressed – rotten trim not replaced and repaired areas not finished, with deep nails holes unfilled and still visible. They claimed this was not part of their job. No check off or followup. The painters came, with only a 45-minute call ahead on the day of start; I had expected to hear from them at least a day prior to be ready. After three walk-throughs and inspections, once the estimator finally showed there were still problems with the workmanship. Overall poor workmanship, sloppy painting, and terrible quality control.- Poor prep and priming. The power wash was just a hose-down and no real scraping or prep was done - a lot of old paint “scabs” were left before the painters started. Of course, this peels off with the new paint. And weathered areas were not prepped or primed, leaving bare wood.- Sloppy. Many nail holes from the repair were not filled even after two inspections and many of those that were filled were still left with sloppy putty marks (and not even “with the grain”).-Incomplete. Rotten trim was not replaced. The painter knew this and yet just painted over it. The inspector knew this and said it was a production issue. Finally got it replaced (after three inspections) and even the new repairman remarked how sloppy the painting was!- Incomplete. The inspector claimed that they would paint with “two wet coats” but even if this was done (I doubt it was), the painters missed many areas. Many areas were corrected after the first and second walk-throughs, but even after the third, the underside of the siding in many areas was still bare. The painter claimed that his two previous (spray) coats were just absorbed by the old siding. Some of those areas were never even touched by paint which shows that his spraying was only horizontal and never got under the siding. Some areas – visible from eye-level up – were addressed, but from eye-level down, the underside of the siding was still not painted. When some areas were brush-painted, the siding was sealed. The pictures speak for themselves.- Bad Attitude. Generally, aside from the office secretary(?), everyone had bad attitudes which reflected in the poor workmanship, quality, and quality control. The painters complained that they couldn’t do a better job because “it’s an old house.” When I pointed out the numerous faults, the inspector remarked “we won’t get them all” and that they wouldn’t do a better paint job because to fix it would require hand-painting by brush and that if they did this they’d “never get to another job.” And worse yet, he claimed I was being “nit-picky” and that they had a “$60,000 job they were focused on” – leaving me with the impression that my smaller job just didn’t matter to them. Even the management and ownership were apathetic, with sloppy accounting and even though they said they would “address the problems and bring it up to the owner” – nothing ever got fixed. And they even threatened legal action to finalize payment. They would rather get the job done (and paid) than get the job right. What should have been a two-week job took over six. Terrible workmanship, non-existent quality control, uncaring attitudes and I am totally disappointed with the quality of work and quality control from Front Range Exteriors. You won’t save any money with this company DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, OR EFFORT WITH THEM.

Be prepare! Sales was friendly as you would expect. After signing, it took about 5 months to start which was understandable due to the damage to the surrounding area. Roof and gutters went in quick and was great. Once the siding started, everything went downhill. Siding contractor did not finish and left piles of trash that I had to remove myself after looking at it for a month. No one would return my calls nor emails. I had to make a bad review threat to get a response. I had to play the role of general contractor which is their responsibility to make sure everything was complete per contract. My project was completed 5 months later than promised completion date and 1 full year after signing the contract. Once invoicing started, they started making threats even though I had not received all of my insurance checks. They would fail to document information and would state that they were trying to get a hold of me for weeks even though I spoke with accounting at least 1-2 times a week. Be prepared for poor customer service after speaking with the friendly sales team. Please check reviews on other platforms which state similar experiences.

We contracted Front Range to touch up stucco around the house and do painting last year. After many delays and a frustrating number of weeks where no one returned calls and our “Project Manager” made himself invisible Workman came trickling in—unannounced. Communication is awful. No one in the office returns calls or emails. Since Jon (the salesman) left the firm, there is no one customers can talk to regarding their project. I can not understand how this company continues in business. The quality of the work actually done was acceptable but the interface with the customer is incredibly poor/non-existent. This must be a management decision not to invest time and money to have someone be accessible for customers. This decision will have a negative impact down the way for them. We will not give Front Range repeat business and can not recommend this firm to others.

I contracted Front Range Exteriors to have paint, staining, and trim work done to the exterior of my log home. We originally wanted siding but could not get the look we wanted and chose paint and repair. Original contracts stated the job was to be "complete before Oct 10" and all contracts were settled on 09/12/17. We had all of our colors picked and sent to our project manager on 09/18/17 however, work did not start on the house until 10/16/17 after I called the project manager and the office several times for over a week with no reply whatsoever. On 10/16/17 the contractor arrived completed approx. 8 hrs of work in 2 days. Specifically casing were built around several windows and when large knots fell out to expose Tyvek underneath I was told the contractor was too busy to return so the project manager would fix it. I was told once work started it would take approximately five days to complete which should have put the date of completion, albeit late, on 10/21/17. Work stopped on 10/18/17 with no call and no explanation. On 10/19/17 after two days of no call, no shows, I called the project manager but received no answer so I called the office. I was told painting would not begin until I had paid the balance for the repair contract. I had put $3,400 down and the repair contract was only $1,070. Further I had paid more down than required to ensure work would not stop once it started. Next I was told there was a problem with my scheme and that only three paint colors were allowed but I had chosen four. As calmly as I could I explained there were three paints chosen and one stain which was an extra line item written in the contract. She said she would get a hold of my project manager to confirm and I received a call from him a short time later. After a brief conversation he told me it was not a big deal and that the paint crew would be at the house the next morning to begin work. I told my project manager some pieces of trim had not been replaced and he assured me it would be taken care of. Two more days passed and no work was completed on the house. On Saturday, 10/21/17 two painters arrived to power wash the house. They had not called or given any indication they were to arrive that morning. The painters were turned away as we were having a baby shower that day and did not want the house and walking surfaces wet when our guests were arriving. The following week the painters failed to follow the paint scheme in the contract and aggressively tried to have my wife sign a sheet saying the contract was complete and collect final payment. A few days later I got a call saying the contract was complete and I need to give final payment. I advised the contract was not complete and as I was going hunting I would be out of town for the next week. When I returned from my hunting trip I received a certified letter from the attorney of Front Range Exteriors stating the contract was fulfilled on 11/01/17 and they were demanding payment or a lien would be placed against my property. After all the headaches and sloppy work I decided to settle the current bill and seek restitution and a completed contract through other means. When I called the office it took three tries over as many days to get a hold of anyone and when I did they added $235 to the bill for "attorney fees" and a late charge. I was furious but I paid the balance to ensure no one from this company would ever contact me again. The work on my home is still incomplete and I paid an extra $235 to get these people to go away. Save yourself time, headaches and heartburn by choosing another company. I intentionally wrote this narrative well after being bullied by this company and avoided using names so as not to produce an emotional rant but rather provide facts to the real events that occurred. I still have all contracts and have taken photos of the incomplete work which will be uploaded at a later time if possible. BBB complaint filed as well.

This company deserves 0 stars for their lack and disinterest in customer service. The more I requested honest communication the worse it got. The most impressive thing about my experience with this company was their lack of caring. I calmly and reasonably requested time after time that they simply communicate and then follow through, but they refused. They kept promising me they would show up to start the work on "Tuesday", week after week, always no show and no call to explain why or to reschedule. I was the one who would reach out to them again only for them to flippantly tell me it would be the following Tuesday. It got to where it felt like a big joke that they would arrive on Tuesday. This went on for 8 weeks past the time I agreed to have them paint my house. I wrote an email to the owner Matt informing him of what was going on with his customer service and he couldn't have cared less either. His response to me was almost that I was making these scenarios up. This company appears to have too much work on their hands, surely they know customer service is what will bring people back in their slower months, but nope they just don't care. I fired them and felt a great relief to be off their cycle of dishonest scheduling and lack of communication. It was a terrible experience. If you are considering hiring them expect great delays and misconceptions from them over and over again.

Front Range Exteriors helped me out with exceptional professionalism and honesty. My house sustained significant hail damage from the storm in 2016, the construction company I had originally contracted with tried to cheat me and not do any of the work they were supposed to do, in fact they took me to small claims but never showed up. Front Range stepped in and finished the job, explained the whole process to me and made their actions very transparent. Every time I had an issue/question they addressed it quickly and I was very satisfied. Definitely, call them for a consultation because they are worth it.

Would not recommend this company. Slow and ignores phone calls for updates. Does not provide honest assessments compared to the insurance report. We contacted Front Range Exteriors back in March/April for some hail damage and interior issues on our house. We provided the company with the astomators report from our insurance company and soon after, we were provided with their estimate. I was happy with the price and their support to the military through their military discount. Because it's a rental property, they required that we paid for the work upfront, in three installments. That was no issue. However it took weeks for them to begin after I had paid. This happened multiple times and when I called to get a status on the work, I would get a response that they would pull my file and call me back. It took two weeks, phone calls and emails to finally hear something from the company. Additionally, the subcontractors continued to leave the back gate open and let the tenants animals out. When the work was completed (or claimed to be) they were rushing us to get the paperwork signed off. I told them multiple times that I lived out of town and it would take a little more coordination to get my property manager out there, yet they insisted it had to be done immediately. We are still waiting on one part of the project to be compeleted and come to find out, not everything on the insurance report was completed. I trusted the company to be professional and timely, and received neither.

This is an amazing company with very professional workers. They had to fix a whole side of our house, and then painted the entire property. Our home looks fabulous! They had fair pricing and really did a lot of prep on the home to get it ready for painting. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful job on their home.Service: Exterior painting

Very pleased with the job they completed on the exterior of our house. There was an initial issue with the wrong paint being provided, but they definitely went above and beyond to get it corrected quickly and very professionally. The entire job was done to our utmost satisfaction, the details they did perfect on, and the stucco repair they did for us looks fantastic. The crew they had doing the job was friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I'm gonna be nice and stick to the facts on this review. We signed a contract with the owner's son-in-law, who was fired before our project started (I'm sure this would be a completely different review if Mike had been in charge of our project). He was the reason we hired this company. After we signed the contract, it took them months to start the project, and no project manager ever showed up, just sub contractors. The garage door installer was the only sub contractor who called ahead of time. The stucco repair guy and the painters all just showed up with no warning. By default, I ended up being the project manager. I had to call and complain several times about the quality of work and the messes left by the sub contractors. Their sub contractors were sloppy, leaving power washing residue and paint everywhere. They painted my grass, my sprinkler heads and some of our landscaping rocks. Some of them could not speak English and were using profane language in Spanish (I know some Spanish). The company did not want to clean our windows and told us to hire a window cleaner, which we did. They took our payment minus the $200.00 for the window cleaning. After paying for our windows to be cleaned, we received a letter from their lawyer demanding we pay the $200.00. I wrote the check just so I could be done with this company. Further, I'm still not thrilled with the way they painted our house. They painted over the down spouts and the light fixtures instead of removing them, painting under them and then reinstalling them. The gentleman who finally showed up after I complained enough stated, "my painters aren't electricians". I'm not an electrician either and I can remove and install an exterior light fixture. To sum up, I think these guys are completely unprofessional and don't care if the customer is happy. I doubt if my 10 year warranty will be honored after they refused to talk to me after referring me to their lawyer. If you do hire them, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING....EVERYTHING!!

I was at first excited to be working with this company. Craig came out on short notice after a major hail storm and was very through and informative. It was a pleasure working with him. Of course it was all too good to be true that the process of replacing my roof, skylight, and repainting my house would go smoothly. First they replaced the roof and my only gripe about that was they came a day early without notice. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient. They were done in a day with removal and replacement if the roof and skylight no problem. Then it came time for the painters.. they always showed up unannounced, no showed, or showed up late if I had asked them a time. They were sloppy, left trash everywhere, ruined the painted floor in my garage, broke my garage door, and left rotting boards in my front yard. Now when I tried repeatedly to contact their office with these issues, they would rudely say "I'll contact production" and hang up on me.. after finally getting someone out here to repair my garage door (they showed up unannounced and no one had called to let me know they were finally going to address one issue..) a couple days later they called for payment after hanging up in me and ignoring voice mails to deal with other issues with the quality of work.. I told her I wasnt comfortable paying till the work was done. 3 or 4 days later I get a call and finally someone came to look over everything but of course he was extremely rude about it all. Today a member of the paint crew is here to right the problems with the quality of work. So this endeavor continues over a month from the start.

Was happy with the salesman and the sales pitch. After taking the money for Windows and stucco the experience changed. The windows went in ok. The stucco experience has been horrible. DO NOT recommend this company for stucco work. They never let me know when they are coming to my home. They just show up one day. They leave ALL their trash amassed in two corners of my yard. I have asked repeatedly for them to remove there surplus materials and trash. I just get lip service. Nothing done. I had a skylight damaged two months ago they said they could take care of. Three lies later I called insurance and they say they haven't received anything from the company. I called and talked to the owner and voiced my concerns. He laughed and said he was to busy. That garbage in my yard was normal and that my brown coat should have cracks every foot in any direction. Not satisfied

Do not use this company. I had extensive hail damage in July 2016. They were contracted to replace the roof, gutters, majority of the windows, and misc items around the house. Everything they were contracted to fix wasn't done properly. In fact, they didn't even bother to check the sub contractors work. I was charged for items they didn't even fix and have been waiting months to receive what's owed to me. They were paid in full back in January 2017 so there's no reason the refund should take this long. Large pieces of glass and roofing materials were left around the property when they were paid to clean it up. Part of my wall was damaged when the window was replaced and I've been waiting months for them to fix it. Customer service doesn't exist. Their standard response is that they'll pull your file and get back to you, but weeks later never do. Not a reputable company.

These guys take advantage of disabled Veterans. They still haven’t completed the work on my buddies house. It has been over a year since the hail damaged his home. The owner never picks up his phone. Contacted Chanel 11 call for action and he finally received a call back. The workmanship is below average and they use the lowest quality products. Still the work to his home is incomplete. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t waste your money or time on the cons! So go with someone else! Veterans Beware!

Very good start to a disappointing finish. Preached customer service from the start but only meant that we will do what is convenient for Front Range Exteriors. Informed the crew leader and project manager there were some issues but never showed up physically to talk with me. Instead of coordinating with the customer when they could start the jobs of preparing and painting, they showed up unannounced and required me to stop what I had planned I.e. Work or trip. Showed up on a Saturday morning after a week of rain to paint and house was still damp. Was not able to do what I had planned for the day to stink around to open gates and garage doors. Took video of their crew working after they started doing a bad start and they changed for the better. They decided to take a break so I went in the house for a minute and they went to the back of the house and rushed the high spot before I could get back out. Bleeding through at top of back and side. Informed crew leader an project manager. I was informed by the project manager that the crew leade said it was a texture or a wood grain issue. Have yet to see the project manager since contract was signed. I know he will be by to collect their money. Promises mean nothing to this company. Videos to be posted at another time.

Last July, Front Range came out and put a new roof on, repainted the house, put in a new garage door and installed a new bedroom window for us. The whole company, Serena, Craig and all the folks who did the work were incredible. Our house looks like a million bucks and doing business with Front Range was fast, painless and very reasonable. This company deserves every ounce of praise they get and are committed to excellence when helping their customers :)

Just wanted to do a shout out to these guys on the great work they did to our home. We had siding repaired and replaced with the whole exterior painted. To be fair they did have a bit of a back log to get started but once they did the work was efficient and looks great. Ot to mention that they cleaned up after themselves daily.Thank you to all of you. We will be recommending you to anyone who asks.

The company is happy to get your business however follow through is very lacking and extreamly unprofessional. If you leave a message you might get a call back 3 days later from a very snarky, unpleasant lady on the phone. The consultant are very pleasant however ir stops there. They don't schedule anything just show up and don't communicate anything.. nor do they clean up whatever mess they make doing any stage of the project. When you call and complain or ask questions the manager (Matt) your told "We are not responsible for plants. Your yard was a job site. Stucco over is a major project. Scaffolding needs to go where it needs to go, ladders need set up, many people are moving and carrying heavy items, hoses are dragged, airless paint lines are pulled around. Home improvement can be hard on landscaping. I’m a very patient person and you have worn that out."This isn't even the worst of the unprofessionalism behavior at this company. If you complain or question the employees behavior you don't talk to a client about complains threatened with legal action. "Just in case you were wondering; I am the last word. If payment is not made tomorrow AM in 10 days you will have a lien on your home and we will pursue you in court. The first letter from our attorney will cost you an additional $300 in legal fees. Legal fees you agreed to pay when you signed our contract. Because Matt's the last word regardless what his employees tell him.Use a different company any company has to be more professional than them. Get one that knows how to treat it's clients

If I could give zero stars I would, this company is the most condescending and unprofessional company in the Springs. We signed a contract to have our house painted and the day the salesman told me they would start, I was told that we were not even put into the production schedule yet. When confronted, the extremely rude and unprofessional staff at their office not only spoke down to my wife and refused to let her finish a sentence, they then hung up on her. I called back and was immediately told that "my staff will not be treated like that and your contract has been terminated". To which I replied Good!! Customer service from them is apparently do as they wish and forget the concerns of the customer. Pathetic customer service and a poor excuse of a company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY unless you like being treated poorly and looked at as a way to make money and not a customer.

Do NOT do business with this company - EVER! The only way I would recommend them is if you're looking for a contractor who flat-out lies to you, blatantly violates your privacy, and has downright rude customer service. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Please, read my story! We picked Front Range out of the plethora of contractors after the 28 July hail storm. We picked them because of their presentation and initial customer service. However, when we signed on the dotted line, that ended. Poof! Gone.We were told they would contact our insurance company for us, to arrange for supplemental payment. We were told this all happened over email so there was verifiable proof this happens. About a month into the process, (after hearing absolutely nothing from them, mind you), we contacted them and were told they were "contacting our insurance company every other day," but things took awhile due to the high volume of claims. We took them at their word, but about a week later, contacted our insurance company directly and found out that the contractor hadn't contacted them. As in, there was no record of contact from Front Range Exterios. None, not even one. Lies - there's a big difference between "every other day" and never. And when we called them to ask them about such, all we got was rude customer service.Oh, but that's not all... It gets worse. We came home one day to find that some window sub-contractor had just been on our roof looking in our windows. First of all, the contractor started the conversation with, "Are those the four that need replaced." (Yes, those were the first words out of his mouth, no introduction, no "Hi, I'm so-and-so with such-and-such company..." nothing.) Heck, we didn't even know he was talking about windows until he told us. He then continued, "I rang the door bell, but no one answered, so I just climbed on your roof." WHAT?? You're kidding, right? Yes, we signed a piece of paper, but that does NOT, under ANY circumstances give ANYONE a blanket concession to climb on our roof and look in our windows. Zero contact from Front Range about this guy coming to my house. None. And yet here he is, peering in our daughter's bedroom window! Let that sink in, our daughter's. Bedroom. Window. Strange guy, unannounced. Whether or not he rang the door bell is irrelevant, that is a blatant violation of our privacy. (And in my personal opinion, a breach of the contract right there.)I mean, let's play this out, and put yourself in the situation... A guy in an unmarked truck shows up at your house, says he's with Front Range (which he can read on the sign they put in your front yard), and starts climbing on your roof unannounced, looking in your windows. Do you REALLY want to work with this company? If you want any guy who can read climbing on your roof unannounced, looking in your daughter's bedroom window, be my guest.A few more weeks of ZERO contact passed. We were fed up with the crap and called to see what we could do. The unfriendly girl answering the phone said, and I quote (generally), "Do you want to cancel? ... As long as nothing has been delivered to your residence, you can cancel the contract." Notice that it was the contractor's idea to cancel the contract, not ours! Since nothing had been delivered, we agreed (verbally) to cancel the contract, although we had to speak with someone else because she was "off for the day" when we called back. The next day, we received another phone call saying that we can't cancel the contract. Our saga continues, but hopefully we saved someone else from the same fate. They appeared friendly, until we signed the paper. Now, after all the lies, we will preach from the rooftops that this contractor is a liar, making a mockery of good business practice! BUT, as I said in the beginning, if you ARE looking for a contractor with downright rude customer service, who flat-out lies to your face, and who sends unannounced people to peer in your bedroom windows, Front Range are your people!

Run the other way! We obtained 4 exterior paint quotes for our house paint. We decided to go with Front Range Exteriors based on the following: Utilization of local business, Veteran owned, warranty, reviews (BBB, angies list, google) and price. Crew came on a thursday to prep and pressure wash. Said they would be back the next day and through the weekend to complete the job. It rained the next day, and they no showed until the following tuesday to complete the prep work. On wednesday, they showed up at 3pm and worked until about 9pm. When I saw their work the next day I was very disappointed. They painted the stucco at the base of the house (which they weren't supposed to) on one side of the house, and oversprayed paint onto our new stained patio! There were drips and runs all over the place. Now, nobody shows for the next few days and on friday morning, we call the boss and have him come look at the bad job and explain why nobody was there. He stated that the crew was supposed to be there the day before and would for sure be there today by noon. He acknowledges that there are some "deficiencies" with the paint and that I should address them with the crew. I don't feel like that's my job as the customer, hold some standards for your crews... Well, they didn't show that day anyway, so I asked for a new paint crew. The original crew shows up with the extra paint and apologizes. We are not in the mood for an apology since our house has been half painted for a week.It takes almost another week to get another crew to the house and complete the job. These guys are hard at work to finish the job and please us. They fixed the stucco by painting it all around the house. That was nice. The finished product is half assed at best. I am not going to try to get them to come fix the issues that I see because it is a huge headache and I have no faith that it will be done well at all."Deficiencies" left after the job is "done": They painted the body of the house with a sprayer and touched up with a brush, so the sheen on the house is inconsistent and patchy. Both front and back door were sprayed and touched up with a brush, leaving sheen inconsistencies and brush marks on the door. They look pretty bad, I'll just pay a real paint company to re-paint them. Trim job was done the easy way, the face of the trim was painted the trim color, and the top/bottom of the boards was painted the body color. Doesn't look good in my opinion. In conclusion, I wouldn't use this company. The sales man will make you think that you'll get a great product and that they're picky about the details, but they're not. They make it seem like they're a local company, but the painters are not locals at all. If you have issues, they will make you feel like a small job, and get back to you at their convenience. The crews they send out work side jobs, and prioritize as they see fit and get away with lying to the boss so they can make more money. This is an unprofessional outfit. I am surprised that they get such great google reviews and hold high BBB and angies list ratings.

Sales rep came early Oct and I felt very happy and excited to have services done by them. My husband and I decided to go with them for repairs and I called back to see about scheduling production with them. I left messages and he has called me back about three times (awful game of phone tag), but I always called him back when I saw that I missed his call. His last call back was on 10/13 and I have left two messages that day after his call back and have called everyday since. My husband even called and we spoke to the office, where they told us they will speak to him when he comes and will call us back. Or we are told, his wife schedules those appointments, we will have them call you back. It got to the point where they say they will call us back, but NO ONE calls back! Not the office, not the sales person nor his wife.We are now left to find someone else, due to poor communication with this group. It is sad and confusing to see these wonderful reviews of great communication and work, then you see the ones that are also 1 star that have the complaints I do... We will call you back.. We will have Craig call you... I'm sorry but we will speak to Craig when he gets in the office this morning... and Hi Craig, I am following up on what our next steps are to complete or sign a contract with your company.

VERY unhappy. They promised to show up and meet with the adjuster from USAA when he came. Front Range Exteriors never showed and never returned our phone call. Craig Chadderton was our project manager. We still never got a call back yet. Because of this our adjuster did not put down a lot of the damage in which Craig said could be fixed

The sales man offered more than what has been produced. I wish I could put a negative star on here. We never get calls on when someone is supposed to be at our HOUSE, I write this in caps because they always call it a job site. They took our fence apart, which we have dogs and were never told they would do this. They took forever to get started. They ordered the wrong amount of windows but that seemed to be our fault. They leave trash in our yard for over a month now, some in bags, most not. The workers ask for wasp spray, we give them a can and find it later in the middle of the yard empty where our young children could have gotten a hold of it. We ask the project manager over and over to remove the trash, he says it perfectly normal for it to stay on the job site. This a a HOME!!!!! They put on the coat of gray coat of mortar, they do it over a light box and an outlet, we find this out because a gfi won't reset. We clean it out ourselves to stop the short. They have tripped breakers several times at our house. We finally get a call saying a painter will come on Saturday, Saturday night at 9pm the painter calls to tell us he is not coming. He shows up today asking if he should paint, he doesn't know if it's dry enough, like I'm the professional. We try to call the pm he doesn't answer but answers a text. We ask about the skylight from 2 months ago he supposedly ordered, he says it's USAA that is holding him back. We call USAA and they hadn't heard anything from them. My husband calls the owner and gets laughed at and told he is too busy to deal with us. Worst mistake going with this company!!!

Front Range Exterior are absolute liars. My wife agreed with them to complete insurance work by 26 SEP, with them knowing that my house was to be sold in OCT. They repeatedly stated the work would be done. We gave them the closing date of 8 OCT once we knew it, and they continued to say it would be done by the 26th. The 26th of SEP came and went with no word from them, only it would get done soon, they kept pushing the day back it would be done every time we actually got a hold of them. They routinely do not answer phone calls or return them in a timely manner. Their roofers also ripped my gate off, dropped something on my satalite dish, and dropped their equipment on my wife's garden, and got paint from my deck all over the house walls. Their only response, days later, was "did you fix it or do you need us to?" I have dogs and kids and couldn't have an open back yard so I fixed everything. They have never apologized for running late, their manager Jon is a liar and argues with me on the phone about when it will get done and has not once tried to do anything or even apologized for them lying in their contract with us.

Front Range Exteriors came to the rescue after we had problems with a previous contractor. It took some time because of the weather. After it stopped raining they had our house painted within a day! They did an amazing job and their crew was very nice!

I own a rental property that was damaged in the hail storm last year and also needed some rotten wood replaced. Front Range Exteriors did a great job replacing the roof, gutters, rotten wood, and re-painted the house for a great price (for what was out-of-pocket) and helped me get the best deal I could from my insurance company. Easy to deal with, professional, and coordinated well with my tenants.

keep away from these people, they do not prep the work. the finish is really bad. they paint doors when they are closed. they miss parts out, they say a 10 year warranty but my paint lasted 5 months and started to flake off and they refuse to do anything. they are a total rip off. keep away from there roof work also it is just as bad. i had to give one star to post this but in my opinion it should be zero

Had someone come out for an estimate. He was very unhappy that I'd hired a different company to do my roof and was insistent the rest of the work would cost more than what the insurance gave me despite having no clue what we had left or what we were willing to pay out of pocket. The icing on the cake? It's been almost two months and he never sent the estimate.
