After a major wind storm in December, Trenton stopped by to offer the services of Great Dane Roofing. The first thing he did was tarp over areas of the roof to prevent any leakage. This was before we even signed on with Great Dane. He was a major help in working with our insurance company (State Farm, which was terrible) and providing them with photos, local costs, etc. so that the entire roof could be replaced. During our recent home purchase we needed a roof inspection done very quickly. Great Dane responded very quickly and inspected the roof the next day. After the house purchase they replaced the ridge cap and repaired some flashing around the chimney. They went above and beyond. To get the “right look” they chose to spend more and special ordered a better quality shingle for the ridge cap, and stayed within the original quote. The work was completed quickly. They meet the insurance adjuster and did the inspection with him and got me more money by pointing out other hail damaged spots on my roof, gutters, and my deck. I've had Great Dane roofing perform work on 2 of my houses. The most recent job was complete replacement of a large metal roof out in the windy plains. The job was a disaster from the start. If you have contracted a lot of trade work you know there are times when Murphy's law just kick's in and you can only hope you selected the right company for the job. Trenton and Dan went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the final roof, with numerous trips and fixes. I am sure they lost money on this job but they made sure they had a satisfied customer.
