Guardian Roofing did a fantastic job replacing the roof of our home and garage. Tyler Smith, the owner, made the whole insurance claim process seamless and correct and our insurer was completely satisfied. He brought in his hard-working crew first thing in the morning and by 6:00 pm both roofs of our 4000 SQ FT house and 500 SQ FT garage were finished completely and expertly - in a single day!We are 100% satisfied with Guardian and would highly recommend them for any roofing and repair job.

Our house sprung a roof leak several weeks ago after a snow storm. Tyler was able to quickly identify the problem and propose an affordable and effective solution. No more leaks! It was a pleasure working with Tyler at Guardian roofing. I actually called two other roofing companies in Woodland Park and never got a response but Tyler picked up the first call and came to my house that day to fix a broken skylight leaking water into my house! Life saver!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me through the insurance claim for my new roof and dealing with the adjuster. When I called Tyler, he was available to come out the same day to inspect my roof after my insurance denied my claim. He gave me several options with quotes, and had my roof done by the following week or so. It was fast, communication with Tyler was great, and while I hope not to need his services again any time soon, I know who to call if I experience any issues with my roof in the future. I discovered this company through a relative. Over the years, my wife and I have lived in Colorado Springs; we have replaced several roofs on our home due to hail damage. After a significant hailstorm this May and June, people came to our door asking to speak to us about the hail damage and replacing our roof. They would come and tell us how great they were, what great quality roofing they carried, etc. One of the companies that replaced our roof sent a crew that spoke Spanish, which is the norm, but they usually have someone bilingual. When they arrived, there was no bilingual person, and when we tried to reach the person we bought the roof, he did not answer. Worst, they never even got a permit. For the last roof replacement, we told the person that there was a rotten roof board that needed to be replaced. Of course, they showed up without a replacement board but eventually replaced it when one of their workers walked on the roof and broke it when he stepped on it. We worked with Mr. Burns from Guardian this time, and he was fantastic!!! First, he told us there were classes of shingles, with class 4 being the most resistant to hail. In fact, and you can look this up, it must withstand a steel ball being dropped 20 feet and not cause damage to the shingle. No ONE ever told us this. He also said it could reduce our home insurance and he was correct; it did! Yes, it cost more, but the reduced premium made up for it. Even more astonishing was when USAA inspected the roof, Mr. Burns came out and was on the roof with him simultaneously. No one else did this for us. He pointed out additional damage to them. When the USAA inspector filed his report, Mr. Burns reviewed it, found they did not include all the damage, and worked with USAA to get us an extra $1600. When the crew came, Mr. Burns was on the roof with them and ensured things were done correctly. Also, they had a permit. We strongly recommend Guardian.

Worked with Tyler Smith, the owner of the company. He was extremely professional, Tyler worked with our insurance, did a one day tear off and replace of our roof. Could not be happier with the results. Cleanup was the best I have seen for a roof replacement!
