The last two years have been very intense weather years for us in Black Forest Colorado. We had hail storms come through last year and this year that destroyed our roof and gutters on the main house, our barn, and our garage.Hail Country was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable of county and state requirements and the insurance process. Their work crews were very professional and worked very hard in a very busy time to get the job done before snow storms hit. They worked long hours and produced excellent outcomes. They were cost competitive and used very good materials.I highly recommend Josh Seale and his team. He was very responsive, he kept me well informed throughout the process and did what he said he would do.

During one of the heavier storms this season, my wife and I noticed one of our sky lights was leaking and we suspected others. We called and called many roofers not knowing where to start, and we were glad we came across Josh's Hail Country. He was the ONLY roofer that was willing to help us out and do the work quickly. Something we appreciate seeing as we had water coming into the house.Other roofers told us things like "We have a minimum charge, and honestly we won't make enough here" or "There are people that need entire roofs so they're the priority business to make the most money". Not Hail Country. Felt like this business cared about helping us regardless. And, he took the time to answer all our questions.About the work itself. The crew that came out did not include Josh. It was 2-3 professionals on one of his crews. They did the work over an afternoon, and cleaned up after themselves other than a few stray nails and some grit, which is no big deal. Nobody is perfect! The next day we got a from Josh call asking if the work was finished and to our liking.Regardless of which roofer you use. Everybody is busy right now. In the end, we needed help more than this company needed our business. Not when there are bigger potential fish, but that's one reason why there's a 5 star review. Highly impressed with Josh and his team from start to finish. We had a call back same day to schedule the initial inspection, a quote for the new roof in hand within 24 hours, and the installation completed within a week and a half of notifying them of our decision to proceed. With the recent wind storms plaguing Colorado Springs, combined with former hail damage that I wasn't aware of on my roof, I knew it was time to look into having it replaced. I contacted several roofing companies for quotes; HCR&G was by far the best of the ones I contacted, for many reasons. Josh was quick to respond, set up a time to come out & inspect my roof, and worked with me straight through the entire process, including with my insurance company, to make sure that I was not only taken care of as a customer, but to also make sure that I understood each step in the process clearly. Joshua and his crew were the best I've done business with so far. It was Friday, 10/09/2020. I've had 2 new roofs in 5 years because of extreme hail. The first company, (a nation-wide company), made my life absolutely miserable, and they took over 6 months to get my roof done, and left all kinds of debris in my yard. Hail Country Roofing & Gutters got it done in just a couple of weeks, as promised, and they cleaned up after themselves. When they actually started the work, they were done in a single day. The crew was very professional, and knowledgeable, as was Joshua. Hail Country Roofing & Gutters also did the roofs of several of my neighbors and to my knowledge, they are happy customers as well. Luckily I had just had a consultation with Joshua, the owner, about a minor roof problem when hail on August 5 damaged my asphalt tile roof. I contacted him right away for a roof inspection. He said it needed to be replaced; my insurance company agreed, and the process began. I’m new to the area and it was all new to me. He guided me through the process, worked with my insurance company and already I have a new roof. It’s quite beautiful! He is professional beyond description and also considerate and polite. My name is Peggy Schinkel and I can't say enough GREAT things about Josh and his roofing & gutter team, from the initial visit for the estimate to the install he and his team were very thorough and cleaned up every bit of debris. Josh kept me informed on all facets of my projects communicating and coordinating directly with my insurance company to a point where I didn't have to lift a finger. He also researched and found an HVAC company to install a new boot on my tankless water heater vent for $95 in which another company had claimed that I would have to replace the entire venting system because it was sold as an entire unit at a cost of $1839 out of pocket. Needless to say, I was very grateful to Josh since my insurance company didn't cover it! They are an outstanding company and I would highly recommend and use them again in a heartbeat!!!
