Appalling. Always showed up late. Never had more than one guy at the site past one day for work. Has rescheduled all but one time they said they were to be out. Some appointments and work were rescheduled not once, not twice, but three times.The workmanship required someone coming out to address it for various issues. What was supposed to be a job that would take less than a week, is now going on a month. So tired of working with them and would never recommend them to anyone.Rick is the owner here and literally reviewed his own company. Which is against the ToS for Google. Same thing with another five star review. Funny how the highest reviews come from staff.

Rick Hampton of High Country Roofing showed up to the estimate when he said he would, which is a half step above the no-call, no-shows. Still, after promising to call us back with a figure on replacing the roof by the next day, we never heard from him again. I've left three messages with the receptionist and have had zero response. Was the job too small? I'd prefer he just give us a straight answer instead of keeping us hanging! We are planning on doing a complete remodel of our office, but the roof must be done first. Very disappointed as he was recommended by a friend and business associate of 30 years. Don't waste your time calling.

If the guy works on roofs like he drives the company pickup truck, keep away!  Wednesday, March 31, 2021, 2:35 PM.  Southbound on Marksheffel Rd. just south of Hwy 24.  Lane changes without turn signals, tailgating, aggressive driving, all while lecturing something to his passenger.  All this while driving the company vehicle, which shows extra bad judgment and total disregard for everything, including the company/employer and the public.  He could well be the company owner.Certain situations clearly show a person's personality/character.  Aggressive driving is one of those situations, and it's never a one-off anomaly.  There are many good roofing contractors don't callously advertise their aggression on a public roadway.Avoid High Country Roofing!

Had to have my roof replaced due to some hail damage. Rick came out and gave a estimate on the roof. We had the work done and looks really good. Didn't have any issue or problems, everything went as expected.

This company has caused us so much stress and frustration I can't even begin to explain all the problems we've had with them. We hired them about a year ago to fix our house when the hail storm hit and they still never put in new windows that they were paid to do and they installed a skylight that was broken and dropping pieces of glass in the house. They never answer our calls and now we have to pay another company to come out and finish the work we paid them to do.

Came out on time and completed the work per our contract. Cleaned up after themselves and there was no drinking on the job. I highly recommend this companyServices: Skylight repair, Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Didn’t repair things they agreed to. Shingles were poor quality, and though they were under warranty, the company would not inspect them. I am not sure how they are in business. I called numerous times and was ignored.
