We had a great experience with this company when we had our roof replaced so we knew exactly who to call when we decided to remodel 2 bathrooms and other miscellaneous upgrades in our home. All sub-contractors were excellent - professional and trustworthy. Jim made frequent stops by the house to check on progress and approve the work. He was completely upfront about all costs and did a great job overseeing this project which was completed within our timeframe. He works with a lot of military folks (including us) and we all give his name out frequently. I was out of state for a good portion of the time he was working on this project and he worked well with me by calling, texting, and sending videos and pictures. Highly recommend him if you have a project you need completed while you are out of town. Jim is easy to work with and very thorough.

Jim was great to work with. He was at our house for an estimate within hours of our call. He was very thorough with his work up on what needed to be done to our home. The very next day he was able to get the work started with one of his great paint crews. The painting took about a day and a half and looks great! Jim was on site and helped us with several fix ups that were needed on our property. Our neighbors have been commenting on how fast it was and how great it now looks. My sister in Colorado Springs has never owned a home before much less understand construction but she has many things that needed to be done to an old bungalow. Jim with High Performance is very professional. He pays attention to the small details and is very thorough. He doesn't end the job until it is done to his high expectations and the customer's approval. As a general contractor he seems to employ the best people / subcontractors to do the job. However, Jim gets right in there and will do a lot of the work himself. He is also very knowledgeable in handling insurance claims. This time I needed my roof redone after our recent hail storms and as usual Jim gave me what I felt was the best price for the job and material I requested since I also required new sheeting be done also on the entire roof. We initially used Jim to replace our roof in Oct 2019, and he was great to work with. Very customer oriented and takes pride in doing a good job. When the shingles were on back order, Jim searched and eventually found a supplier who had them in stock so he could get the job done on time. We were also glad that he dealt with the insurance company directly, and was very reasonably priced for the extra work we wanted (installing new skylights). We were so satisfied with the roof installation, we subsequently contracted with Jim to paint the house in Nov 2018.

I called Jim to get a quote to paint our house. He suggested he take a look at our roof too. Turns out we had hail damage and he helped justify to our insurance company in getting a brand new roof. Needed the roof replaced after the July 2016 hail storm and High Performance did a great job! Anytime I needed something I was always able to talk to Jim on the phone. He upgraded materials on the job at no extra cost to me and the roof looks amazing. I contacted Jim at High Performance Construction for an estimate a few months ago. I desperately needed a roof. Jim went out of his way to make sure that he matched my lowest estimate with better materials. I was in an urgent situation and Jim made sure my roof was completed as soon as possible. Jim and his outstanding crew are the secret to the excellence in craftsmanship and work ethic we enjoyed from High Performance Construction LLC. All correct materials were procured before work start and the maintenance schedule was on point and finished with expert results. All waste was removed, and left over shingles were supplied for our later use. We required this work because upon selling our house, the buyer’s home inspector noted ponding occurring on a flat section of roofing, with the aid of a rainy day. “Lucky” us because when we purchased this house last year, it was sunny and our inspector said the roof was just fine. So this issue put us in a crunch to get the roof ponding issue repaired before closing. After speaking with a couple other roofers, it was Jim of High Performance Construction who could meet my crunched time frame and at a decent value. Good for us, we found Jim and now we have a roof that is fully repaired and certified for the buyers. Highly recommend High Performance Construction for all your roofing needs.

Jim at High Performance Construction did a phenomenal job with the siding repair and painting my house. His attention to detail and prep work gave me full confidence that my house was in good hands. All of the nail holes were caulked to really seal the siding and it was primed extensively to prevent further water damage and swelling. Once started, it only took two days for them to finish and everything was left as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. They even left the extra paint in the garage without me asking for it. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Jim. He is a great guy, very down to earth and willing to help in any way that he can.

After doing a detailed inspection of the damage, he pointed out additional damage the insurance adjuster hadn't caught. I used High Performance Construction to repair my roof and very happy I choose them. The owner Jim Lancaster really cares about making his customers happy and threw in some nice extras at no charge while doing my repairs (from the hail storm in July 2016) like upgrading our skylights, gutters, repaired some interior walls and upgraded our shingles to storm class 4 level at a low extra charge that should save us money with our insurance company in the future.They did my roof the day before Thanksgiving and I have Dish Network as my satellite company and unfortunately when they put my dish back up they didn't have it aligned correctly so I had no television service and Jim came back out and got my service working again so we had service on Thanksgiving even though he had never worked on a satellite dish before. He wants the customer to be happy! Jim examines your house and if he observes anything that should be repaired or needs attention he will let you know to help you.

Jim did our roof and gutters damaged by hail. Everything was done quickly and done well. We had some problems with our claim but Jim got us scheduled for the work right away. Anything that we had laying around in the way of the workers was moved back where it was when they finished. Everything was cleaned up out of the yard and removed. Jim even made an extra stop to paint some flashing after the job was finished. We will definitely pass his name along to friends.
