I have to be honest isf I hadn't met Chris I would have missed an opportunity to have my roof repaired by the insurance. The insurance denied my claim at first, but Chris was able to provide me with supporting information and I was able to get a second inspection. Chris was able to help me by meeting the adjuster and walk the site with him. As a result we got a new roof and didn't have to pay the total cost out of pocket. Like the other one star reviews, and after allowing High Point to handle my claim, they all of a sudden went bipolar on me and backed out of their promised GAF brand class 4 tiles and a properly installed ridge vent with Soffits.A bunch of my time wasted and I should have known it was to good to be true. Like the other reviewers noted, get it writing. Better yet, save your time and go with someone else.

Chris from High Point was absolutely wonderful to work with. Chris was very knowledgeable and very professional throughout the entire roof and exterior renovation. Chris will always be there for your needs at any time during the day or night. He’s always on time and available to you whenever you may have a question about anything. After our hail storm, our insurance company tried to give us a ridiculously low offer, and Chris absolutely fought for us until we got all of the damages repaired, just like new. Paul, the owner, also got involved and between he and Chris, they fought for us and we are absolutely beyond satisfied with how our house turned out, thanks to them. Hail damage to our roof required a complete roof replacement. Chris and the installation crew from High Point Roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof. Chris met with the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof and make certain that all issues with the roof were identified and included in the insurance claim. The installation of the new shingles and job site cleanup were both excellent. Chris was always available and went out of his way to ensure that we would be completely satisfied. Hail Storm: 21 June.All work completed: 21 July.New Roof on house & shed, house & shed painted, new gutters, new screens, deck powerwashed and painted, fence powerwashed and sealed.I made ONE phone call. High Point Roofing did the rest. Paul, Angel & Chris secured/scheduled the work. I just answered calls to give contractors access. They accompanied my adjuster, then submitted the paperwork for additional damage & costs. Did I mention I made ONE phone call?My complete project was done well before my neighbors' were started. High point is all about working with your insurance company to ensure that materials match and are available for your home. They aren't the fastest at getting the work done because of this fact. They spent countless hours working with my insurance company and it was worth the wait. They are however, very responsive to your questions and wait till the work is done before they collect. If you need a new roof, whether due to hail, wind, or simply old-age, I strongly recommend you use High Point Roofing. They have done outstanding work for us, following the June 2012 hailstorms, a July 2018 hailstorm, and the December 2020 wind storm. We have a large outbuilding that the shingles had to be hand carried to. Several companies weren’t interested in bidding because they didn’t want the extra work. High Point Roofing was happy to do it. Highpoint tore off our hail damaged roof and replaced it very high quality with underlayment, ice and water shield, and GAF Timberline ArmorShield II (Class 4) shingles to resist hail damage and with double folded Ridge Cap Shingles to reduce wind damage. Highpoint performed the roof inspection and submitted all the insurance paperwork. They complete the job in a day and a half. Their install crews are highly skilled and know what they are doing. They took extra care in flashing around the skylights and second story. And they cleaned up all debris including roofing nails when they left. With all the extra work and high-quality materials, I expected a very high cost, but their final bill was very modest. I hired them because I saw the high quality job they did on a neighbor's house. High Point Roofing is an example of an exemplary company run by one of the most ethical professionals I have ever met. Paul Marthaller was not only knowledgeable and friendly, but he presented options that would meet our needs and, most importantly, advising on a higher quality roof material and the more logical & affordable choices. Let me tell you my home was hit with 3 hail storms, so I had numerous damages not just to my roof but to my windows, siding, and gutters, and outdoor fixtures. I went through 3 insurance adjusters that tried to pull off not covering my whole house and dwindling my damage down to nothing. If I didn’t have Paul Marthaller as my negotiator with my adjusters my home would have not been repaired to quality workmanship and I would have had to pay out of pocket more than I needed to. My husband had passed away prior to all these hail storms and Paul took care of all of my contractors and scheduled them impeccably. Who does that?!? Highpoint Roofing.
