We love our new patio cover. Andrew and the office were great to work with . They answered all my questions in a timely manner and kept me updated on what was going on. Kyle and crew did a great job along with the electrician and concrete contractor. We extended our patio out and added an electrical outlet. Our patio is very good quality and is going to last us years with little maintenance. We can't wait to enjoy it during the summer time and get some relief from our hot backyard.

Had them install a Temo roof over my new deck a few years back and we love it. The Owner JR and Andrew helped with getting an insurance claim repaired from bad hail storms. They had to do a complete replacement and it looks like nothing happened again. Thank you for the hard work and quality install.

The team was great to work with - Sean in sales was super courteous and spent lots of time with me determining what would work best.Andrew provided me with excellent customer service! He communicated with me almost daily, keeping me in the loop and updated on each step of the building process and what to expect next.John, Mike, and Angelo did my concrete pour - very courteous and clean!Kyle did the installation, and I was so impressed by his expertise and friendly demeanor. This team absolutely rocked it! We asked them to build a patio cover on our home. It matches the deck, the house, and looks like it was a part of the original construction. The installer kyle does phenomenal work. We thought it was expensive at first but after seeing the end result worth every penny. I would highly recommend!

I wanted to review them because they went out of their way to make sure I got contacts for companies that do serve my area! I want to give props to Melissa for all her help! Not many companies these days go out of their way to help someone who is not a customer of theirs. Kudos!

A bit dissatisfied and a bit satisfied with High West. Our patio cover functions well and looks nice,, well,, except for the DENT in one of the overhead panels and the elec,. conduit mounted to the exterior surfaces. When the salesman came out and spent 5 hours selling the product, He mentioned a few times that the wiring would be concealed. NOT all of it is so there’s conduit mounted on one post and across the entire beam. I had concerns about the post anchors being insufficient.There’s 16”X36” concrete piers and only 3” tapcon screws holding it to the ground. We were told they would drill and set deeper anchor screws. Never happened. We were also told they would try to work on the dent to minimize it. Never happened. The head installer was a decent guy till he would go around the corner. Anger management issues clearly. My wife even heard him say, out loud, “I HATE this ‘F’ing’ place”. When the installers were done I had to call the office to have them come back and clean all the dirty smudges off. They painted the conduit white after I requested but still a bit unsightly. I called the office to speak to project mgr. and was told he was in a meeting and they would have him call me. Again,, never happened. I mentioned no names because I don’t like throwing people under the bus. High West can figure out who Im talking about. No one called to see if we were satisfied with the final product. As much as this project cost it should have been pristine and all issues taken care of. Guess we signed off on final payment too soon. Not sure I would recommend High West.Service: Patio construction

Do not absolutely under any circumstances do business with this company. I received an estimate from them. They assured me they would get approval through my HOA, which they did not. I live in a paired home I was not aware of the fact I needed approval from neighbors to have a pergola on my patio. According to High West Siding and Windows due to the fact, it was not in the HOA printed rules they refused to give me my $1,343.12 back. I was told by the guy that gave me the estimate I can’t read his handwriting so I don’t know his name that it is a woman owned business in reality is the person giving me the estimate was the husband of whatever woman owns this business. Sounds a little fishy I thought so too.

I contracted High West in 2017 to build my sun room and they did a great job! It took a lot longer than expected (perhaps this is normal when you have something built?), but I was very happy with the results. It is now my favorite room in the house! I will admit that sometimes it takes them a while to get back to you, but they always follow through.Recently one of the glass panels in my folding door shattered and Sebastian and Kyle came to replace it, they did an amazing job! Looks just like it did when they first installed it. They even made some small adjustments so the door is working even better now. Thanks guys😊

I will say this, Andrew was the second project manager for my project, he was a nice person to work with and the covered patio is wonderful. The project itself took 2 years to be completed from the initial consultation ( June 2021) to the work being completed (June 2023). The communication at the beginning and at the end were good. But in between, not so great. I would have to contact them quite often to find out what the status of my project was. I am glad that it finally got done.

Other than taking longer than expected to get started however turns out to be worth the wait. The team, Kyle, Mike, Angelo and Andrew did an excellent job. The patio cover went up quickly after the first inspection. It will be a joy to finally get to use it. It was a huge project and JR and his team did a great job. I had 35 year old cedar siding on my house and the woodpeckers loved it...way too much! Hired High West to remove the cedar siding and replace it with steel siding. JR designed and recommended the perfect color combinations to make the house contours really standout. We are totally satisfied with the results. I would recommend using High West for any project in their portfolio because of the quality of work and attention to detail. JR's team was happy, courteous, and professional even though some very cold days. My experience has been that an organization most always is a reflection of the boss/management. Excelent aluminum pergola looks to be very robust, recently it survived two hail storms with 2" hail and no apparent damage, anyway it has a lifetime transferable warranty they tell me.Instalation was fast.Great folks to work with. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Marie and JR took great time to explain how siding works and helped me understand what good materials look like. They helped me pick out the right material, colors, and style. I felt confident hiring High West right from the start. I was very pleased with the time and attention to detail JR and Robert put into the job. Every little nook and cranny has beautiful and solid lines.
