From the sewer line repair to the driveway re-pour, they were professional, personable, organized, timely, knowledgeable, experienced, detail-oriented, and thorough. We bought our home new in ‘92 and Holladay Grace Roofing is the only company to work on our roof. We have been very pleased always with their work. Earlier this year another company agent came to the door to say, while looking at our neighbor’s house, he noticed we had some damage…would we like him to check it out. Update 12/6/2021: The team at Holladay Grace is great! We had a small issue on an outbuilding roof that we just notice a few months ago. We called Holladay Grace and they came out to do an inspection and try to determine what had happen to these few shingles which seemed to be defective. They took photos and reported back to the shingle manufacturer. Who agreed we had a bad batch and they warrantied the work to replace the decking, shield and new shingles. Holladay Grace, specifically Cameron Brown, stayed on top of the issue and once we had the manufacturers review, they sent a team to fix this. This is what STANDING BY YOUR WORK MEANS. If you need a new roof or even a small repair, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Hollady Grace Roofing Team!AWESOME!! After a late summer hail storm, we thought our roof might have sustained a lot of damage so we called Holladay Grace Roofing (HGR) for their review. They had done some work for us previously when we first moved into our house in 2001. Then they were prompt, courteous and they fixed our few issues so I didn’t hesitate to call them again 18 years later!Indeed we had severe damage, so I made a claim to our homeowners insurance and scheduled an inspection. Holladay Grace attended the inspection and so glad they did as the appraiser, using a drone didn’t see much damage, so HGR took him up to the roof and pointed out all the damage which could not be seen 100 feet from above! For this service alone I highly recommend Holladay Grace Roofing!Holladay Grace, reviewed the claim estimate and made some recommendations to be sure we were getting what we needed to repair our roof entirely. Once we had all the paperwork for the claim complete, which only took a week or so, we scheduled to have our roof redone.Holladay Grace did an awesome job. They were wonderful to work with. They worked hard over 4 days to take it all down and put up new; they cleaned everything up and our new roof looks great! They inspected our roof and said it needed some repairs and then it could last a couple more years. Knowing that we'd need a new roof in the next few years, we decided to replace the entire roof now rather than do repairs. We came to this decision on our own, there was zero pressure from Holladay Grace. They communicated with us well throughout the process. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. The crew showed up on time, were courteous, worked very hard, and were able to complete the job ahead of schedule. They did a great job cleaning up, too. Holladay Grace Roofing was very professional. They replaced our roof and gutters after a hail storm hit in August 2020. Once we signed the contract, they delivered materials the following day, and began work the day after that. With most roof jobs, there is usually some residual debris such as tar paper, nails, shingle pieces, or gutter remnants remaining but Holladay Grace took the extra time to ensure nothing was left behind. Three months after the job was completed, I still haven't found a single nail. Service was 10/10 and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.The gutter company they used was just as professional and fast. I am an owner in a Colorado Springs HOA. During a routine inspection, Holladay Grace (HG) discovered serious hail damage on our roofs. Arranging the work became a very complex matter because of insurance issues and because no leaks had occurred, causing many owners to wonder why a roof replacement was needed. HG's president, Mike Wilhelm, attended several HOA meetings to patiently explain the situation and interacted with the insurer to determine a mutually acceptable plan. He made revisions to the proposed new roof to accommodate owner requests. His team, led by Cameron Brown, completed the 10 roofs on schedule, consistently maintaining a clean workspace, advising owners of what would be happening when, and responding to individual requests. Cameron carefully explained what would be required to fulfill one resident's request for a new bathroom vent through the roof--and then didn't get upset when the resident decided the project was too expensive and abandoned it. Crews always cleaned up, parked in considerate spots, and were as mindful as they could be about the sound.I don't know of many contractors that could make a multi-month, multi-roof project as painless as this but they pulled it off. We had two major leaks this past weeks hail storm (5/3). We just had the roof replaced in November of last year- 2014 hail storm. We thought the roofers had done something wrong but as it turned out during the hail storm Holiday Grace came out promptly and three different guys were on the roof looking at it, seeing the pouring in water, brushing off the hail that had built up and trying to asses the problem. They noted that the leak around one area was actually due to degrading siding around our chimney. We had two other separate contractors including our insurance people verify the same thing. The other problem with our sun room seemed to be due to the improper replacement of the gutters and things they screwed into the roof tiles. Holiday Grace was not at fault for this either, but they did cover a company to come in and clean up and dehumidify the place at their own expense. This spoke volumes to us about great customer service and caring for their people. We would highly recommend them to others as a result of their quick response and coming out several times to re-inspect the roof and correct the issues the gutter people caused. The only down side was when they originally did the work, the team that came out didn't clean up very well. Other than that, the score really should be 4.5. They went over and above and didn't try to wiggle out of anything, took responsibility and covered another companies foolish, careless workmanship. Holiday Grace Roofing has our future business.
