We have hired HomeSource Roofing and Remodeling on. several projects from finishing our basement, new flooring through the house, new Roof caused by one of the many hail storms, exterior painting, and a new deck. I would recommend using HomeSource to anyone! Good communication, problem solving, and trustworthy. If you need any remodeling or roofing needs I would highly recommend them and have to my neighbors, and family. Thank you Phil Abello for be consistent, and going the extra mile to please me.

I have never left a negative review until Home Source Solutions/Phil Abello. Quality of work is HORRIBLE - see photos. Home Source acknowledged the terrible job, promised to re-do the work & then did not. The are SCAMMERS. I was awarded over $4300 by El Paso County small claims court after Phil no-showed for the second court date. It's too bad the judicial system doesn't help collect awards - I don't know if I'll ever get my money back, but wanted to warn others. Home Source Solutions had at least three projects on my road in 2023 & was fired from all of them.

We had a hail storm come through and the adjustor from the insurance company came out and I wasn't sure the adjustor was being fair with all the damage that was done. I called home Source and Phil Abello was very nice on the phone. Phil came out and looked at the roof and the rest of the house and showed the adjustor some other damage that was present caused by the storm, which saved me thousands of dollars. Phil's attention to detail on the house work being done made me trust him so much I asked him if he could swap out my sliding door after he was done with the new roof, gutters, and painting the house. Phil did a great job, was very clear with communication on the phone and overall a pleasant person to deal with. I will gladly call him next time I need a project done.

We needed to have a new roof installed on an elderly relatives home in Colorado Springs and we live in Oklahoma! It was imperative that the relative was not disturbed and all communication had to be with us long-distance. On June 17th we found a water leak in our kitchen floor.Nearly 5 months later we are DONE! New Kitchen, New Front Entryway Flooring, New Family Room with Fireplace and BookCases, a New Fence in our backyard, a 90' tree removed, an upgraded electrical panel to 150A and last but certainly not least a brand new Master Bathroom.To say we are so happy with the work would be a massive understatement. Homesource really looked after us on an insurance claim we had. They got the roof done, organized the painters and oversaw the work.More importantly, when we had a hiccup with one of the trades people they stepped in and ensured the job was done properly. HomeSource did a great job for me on two recent occasions. In late 2020 my insurance assessed hail damage to the exterior of my property including the roof, painted siding, painted deck, painted garage doors, window screens, gutters and downspouts, and stucco. Phil was able to quickly get his contractors working and addressed all of the issues. The interactions between myself, my insurance, and Phil were clear and straightforward. We also added some concrete mud-jacking and painting of the foundation walls below the siding all around the property, this was easily, quickly and satisfactorily managed by Phil and all insurance items were completed within the cost allowed for by the claim.Based on the good work that HomeSource completed for me in 2020, I hired them again in early in 2021 to perform interior maintenance on my property including patching drywall holes and damage, touching up paint throughout, replacing ~3000 sq ft of carpet, and a few miscellaneous items including unstacking the washer and dryer and re-hanging cabinets in the laundry room.
