Look at all their reviews- most only have 1 review which is really weird, like they're creating fake profiles and leaving a 5 star review, and from what we've experienced that would be right up their path. After several attemps to give Impact Roofing a chance to make things right and being ignored i feel this is warranted. We had a hail storm the beginnig of August and decided to go with Impact, unfortunately. Our roof was not tarped and many contacts to Andrew and Steve about when they would start work but they always had an excuse, but they were more than willing to take 1/2 our payment. Over 4 months later, the end of November and our roof was started but because we had to wait so long with no tarp my upstairs office developed a huge water bubble, which was never fixed. The build up they recommended you will see in the photos was a horrible job. Steve stopped by in March and I asked that this please be corrected and that our roof was having run-off issues above the new gutters we had replaced. Its now been 4 months after this contact and we've been ignored once more. We paid almost 9k to Impact and they've been the worst company we've ever dealt with. We are young homeowners and i feel they've taken advantage of us. Its been almost a year of dealing with them and a horrible experience. *Edit* to your reply everything you've said is untrue. Just like the work. NO tarp was laid hence my water damange. I have text messages communicating with you on the metal and sat and watched Steve paint it. You've returned no calls or messages. Your company and yourself are deplorable and liars. Please everyone look at my screenshots to prove this.

Our experience with Impact Roofing was 5-star! Jeff, Andrew, Steve and their hard-working crew was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Jeff walked me through every phase of the project and handled the insurance claim flawlessly. They all provided outstanding service throughout the project and we felt their goal was to do a great job and ensure we were pleased from start to finish. They succeeded. We love our new roof and skylight and we are thankful we chose Impact Roofing!

We contacted Jeff last year to replace our roof after a hailstorm. Jeff came to the home and we explained what were were looking for to include upgrades to the skylights, gutters, and fascia. After another company also bid on the same job we ended up going with the other company because they were less expensive. This ended up being a massive mistake. The job is still not completed after 7 months and continued runarounds about what work we asked for and contracted. So, not knowing exactly if our roofing job was quality or not we reached out to Jeff to independently review and advise us on what we had for a roof. Jeff immediately made time in his schedule for a job he did not get and got to our house. There were a few areas of concern that he pointed out as well as overall quality of workmanship. He taught us about some warranty items as far as number of nails and flashing that could affect our warranty. Overall we wish we could go back in time and give the job to Impact Roofing as they have proved that we are not just another job to get through. Jeff understood that we wanted things done right and if that meant it cost us more, we would be ok with it. I am confident that Jeff and I could have conversations about issues, upgrades, and contract details. Jeff was easy to work with, flexible, and forthcoming. Jeff was great to work with. He was communicative throughout the entire process, and worked with our insurance company after a significant hail storm damaged our roof and paint. His roofing crew was efficient, hard working and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. He subbed out the paint job, which we were not happy with, but Jeff worked with us until we were satisfied with the job. My sister gave us the referral, and we will be happy to pass along his name to anyone asking.

Awesome service! Jeff Olivero was always available to answer any question and let us know what was going on. He was quick to respond to any requests I made, from additional mortgage company paperwork, to post install follow-up to address a minor install issue. We got a better roof, better service, and a better price than expected. I hope I don't need another roof for many years, but if anything were to happen, I'll definitely call Impact Roofing.

After a bad experience with a roof warranty from a different roofer affecting our home sale, my realtor suggested contacting Jeff. What a great recommendation! Jeff and IMPACT ROOFING was able to schedule quickly, the work was done promptly, and Jeff communicated with my insurance company to insure they understood what actually needed to be done and paid for. As I am currently not living in town, I appreciated the flexibility and timely emails to keep current on what I could not observe in person. Jeff also had specific knowledge and suggestions related to real estate situations that was very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We recently had our roof replaced after a bad hail storm in Monument. Our insurance company recommended we use Impact Roofing and we couldn't be happier with their recommendation. Andrew (Owner) and his crew were were professional, polite, and timely. They explained the whole process and provided realistic timelines-that they stuck to! Its hard to find a trustworthy contractor and roofing company these days and Andrew, his wife and their team showed integrity, trust and honesty throughout the whole roof replacement. We enjoyed the experience so much we're going to use them for a tile job this spring. Extremely satisfied customer. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Impact roofing and the foreman, Steve, just finished my roof repair from the August hail storm. They replaced the broken tiles, gutters and 4 broken skylights. They did an excellent job!! The quality of workmanship was spot on. Steve is a perfectionist and knows his craft well. Andrew the owner is great to work with..........he gave me a timely quote that was very competitive. I you want quality workmanship at a great value, use Impact. They are my go to roofers!!

Drew and the friendly folks at Impact Builders & Roofing were great to deal with. We had a bad hail storm in Colorado Springs this summer and as other reviews have said, Impact helped us work with the insurance company and explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. Our roof looks exceptional and when something like a hail storm happens again, we now know a trust worthy company we can turn to for help. Definitely recommend these guys. 5 stars!!

Jeff came out as soon as I contacted him to look at my roof. After the hail storm, I contacted multiple companies who didn't even get back to me. I was very relieved that Jeff and his crew were up to the task and that they were able to fit our roof into their schedule even though it was a smaller roof. I am happy with the work they completed.

We had our roof replaced by MD Roofing. After they completed the job we looked at it and it appeared to have several problems. We contacted Jeff at Impact and he volunteered to come look at it. Just as we thought, there was a laundry list of issues. Jeff was really great and we appreciate his help. I will definitely use Impact next time. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff at Impact Roofing stepped in and completed my job after another roofer left my job sitting for 6 months with tarps on my roof. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and really easy to work with. I very rarely write reviews but I was beyond impressed with Andrew and his company. He was professional and very friendly. He quickly responded and kept me updated though out the entire process. It's rare to meet someone with such outstanding customer service. His team went the extra mile ensuring my house was protected against the upcoming snow storm and then fixed the roof as soon as it was clear. Jeff's crew did an amazing job on my roof. Even though the weather was a good enough excuse to pack up early, they sat out the worst of it and got right back to work. I recently had my roof redone by Impact Builders and I am so impressed with everything. Their customer service was great, their work looks amazing, and they cleaned up after themselves so well that you wouldnt even know I just had my entire roof replaced. I have a small homestead in my backyard and they were so careful to keep things out of the pen, which I appreciated beyond belief. I would use them again in a heart beat and I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Owning a home while in the military can have you worry at times. We own a home in Fountain, Co and currently stationed in South Carolina. During those 2 very bad hail storms in 2018, our home, especially the roof took a beating. While deployed, i emailed Andrew and requested an estimate for my roof that was well over due for an upgrade, not to mention the hail damage. Andrew was quick to give me an estimate of cost and time of completion. This made the process much easier than i anticipated being far away. After completion he even sent me pictures so i could view the work. I must say, the roof looks good, and the customer service was exceptional.
