Our house was hit by hail in June of 2023. My in-laws had used Integrity Roofing and had a great experience so they recommended we do the same. We are so thankful we did. Troy Richert was wonderful to work with. He helped answer all of my questions and was always willing to go find out more information if I needed it. When our insurance was being difficult, Integrity Roofing made sure we had any information we needed and were great about following up with us as we waited on adjusters. Their repair and installation teams were thorough, courteous and prompt. Integrity Roofing was helpful and completed the work to our satisfaction. Thank you!

Called Integrity roofing at the beginning in January 2024. Jackson came out and identified the repair we needed and promised to send an estimate. He explained at that time that they were a few months out. We were fine with that. We never received the estimate. We've been calling and calling. Finally got Jackson on the phone today only to be told that they aren't doing any repairs until 4th quarter. This is not how customers should be treated. Needless to say we'll be contacting another roofer.

After reading rave reviews, I called Integrity about a loose tile on our roof. Within 2 hours, John arrived at our house and despite gusty winds, he ascended to our second story and placed and sealed the rogue tile that had left a gaping hole in our roof! After months of dealing with restoration companies and roofing companies and other services, integrity roofing was finally the company that kept returning our calls! Troy did an amazing job, communicating with me every step of the way, and was always available to talk! They were completely transparent on all of their services, and information regarding payment! There was never any pressure and after trying to get a callback from multiple businesses, Troy with integrity roofing, really exceeded our expectations! I have used Integrity Roofing three times this past year. I had a leaky skylight they fixed and then a few months later we had terrific hail damage and they replaced the roof on our home as well as a rental property we were looking to sell. The pricing always seemed fair. They worked with our insurance company and actually joined the insurance inspector on the roofs to jointly inspect the damage and come to a consensus. They got the work done quickly and handled all the paperwork as well. We had gutter damage and they handled that as well as painted our entire home. Carter and Andi were my main contacts and they were always easy to work with keep me informed of all the steps along the way. I would recommend them and this company to anyone.

Had some issues with the communication regarding the work, both the salesman and the worker told me I would have work done that did not end up happening but it’s my fault for not reading the contract, had these guys come out to fix a hole in my roof from a tree branch, had them install new gutters too. The estimate was quick and painless and the work was performed shortly after the down payment, I would recommend this company based on the quality of work and how quick they get it done!

The actual job they did was efficient and looked good, although we did have a skylight leak afterwards. However their communication has been abysmal. They rescheduled the initial repair and delivery of materials several times and were bad at communicating about it. And then for our leak repair, they keep moving our appt and/or not showing up when they said they would. When I call, the office staff are not on the same page with their repair people and don’t ever have my prior made appointments correct in their system. So frustrating. Please get better at communication and scheduling!

Thank you Carlos & Integrity Roofing for an unparalleled customer service experience; we moved into a new house last spring & needed an expert assessment/certification on our roofing material to get a homeowners insurance discount. There are many details required for successful roof installation and Integrity were very knowledgeable about all. They were professional, timely, and communicated well throughout the process. We decided to go with Integrity for our roof installation first because of they were respectful of our needs and bugdet. They offered quality materials at reasonable prices. We chose class 4 shingles and saved so much on our insurance. The workers were professional and efficient. Ryan came out to provide an estimate on a small leak around a bathroom vent. Evidently it was not worth his time because that was the last we saw of him.He reviewed the issue and determined it was a small fix that would probably be covered within their minimum charge for the repairs. He stated their repairs were currently not delayed and they could finish the work within a week or two max. When his estimate arrived he must have been going off someone else's job because he was over charging us for double the items, labor and disposal.We renegotiated the costs which were still nearly doubled of his competitors and contracts were signed for the work. After numerous emails, texts and calls to his office we gave up trying and hired another contractor for 1/2 the price. Integrity called about a month later asking if I was still interested in their services...no thanks, we would never use this company ever.

I used Integrity Roofing and Painting to replace my very old wood shake roof and old leaking gutters. I am a retired engineer and have a tendency to do an in-depth analysis of any major project I do, so I did my homework online to know what to expect and got several bids. There are several very good roofers in Colorado Springs. I chose Integrity Roofing for several reasons. Price is always a major factor, but proper installation is just as important. Read reviews and go on their web site. Ken (salesman, project Mgr.) helped me navigate thought things like old roof removal; product type and selection; color matching; installation process (very important); warrantees; timing; etc. for my entire job which included roofing, gutters, down spouts, and gutter guards. They did a great job removing the old roof which was wooden shakes and potential very messy and dangerous. They used the quality materials I selected as promised. The job was started and finished when promised. The installation was done quickly and professionally and they did a super job cleaning up everything once the job was completed. The main office and Donna (Customer Rep) did a great job following up with me with all the appropriate documentation, etc. My overall experience was great and worth me writing this review. I give them a 5 star rating (which doesn't come easy with me). If you need a new roof, call Integrity Roofing and Painting and ask for Ken. You won’t regret it. I am old school and It might sound "funky" but the word "integrity" in their name really means something and I am VERY happy with the work they did.StevenServices: Gutter installation, Roof installation

We called Integrity Roofing after our sunroom roof was leaking after our torrential rains in June, in Colorado Springs. The scheduling of the initial visit was fine. The inspector/sales representative, Justin, was professional and thorough. For him, 5 stars - for the rest of the precess and repair - 2 to 3 stars.Getting the repairs scheduled getting estimates, and communication with the office was bad. The workman than came out to do the repairs left trash, did not close our back gate when done (after asking them too), and spoke virtually no English so communicating with them was impossible.Then, getting the correct invoices to us for payment was a rough process as well.
