DO NOT hire this company!!!- Final charge was 22% over estimate. They were unwilling/unable to specify where the charges came from. Promised they would send me the details. It's been over 3 weeks and still haven't seen them.-Had a charge of over $900 that THEY didn't even know what is was for! Ended up taking it off.- Was told it was against the law for them to lower the charges. In the end, they lowered it a little bit. Did they break the law or lie to me?- They dislodged a large landscape timber by backing their trailer into it. They didn't tell me about it. I discovered it after they left. I had to fix it myself.- They covered my air conditioner with a tarp, causing it to overheat and automatically shut off. I had to call and have it fixed the next day. It was over 90 degrees those days.- Thus far, I have found 7 nails in my yard and driveway. I haven't looked for them, just noticed them on the ground.- They did my neighbor's roof a few weeks after mine. The broke a couple things, and tried to tell him it was already like that. After over 4 weeks, it still hasn't been fixed.- Their roof inspector looked at my daughter's roof on her recently purchased house. Told her it needed a total roof replacement. She had 3 others look at it and ALL 3 told her it did NOT need replacing.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

I went with Interstate Roofing after talking with Gordon. He gave me all of the information and showed me my options all for free. Before going with Interstate, I had two roofing companies give me estimates for the repairs to my roof - $28,900 and $31,000. But my insurance company said I was only entitled to $18,131. Interstate's inspection team did a very thorough evaluation of my house. Gordon handled the claim and got me nearly $34,000! He also supervised the repairs and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I am very pleased with the high-quality service I got from Interstate and highly recommend them.Gordon also flew his drone over my house during the repairs and got this great picture! HENRY GOTT with Interstate Roofing, Colorado Springs office, did an AMAZING job on getting our roof replaced after the June 2022 Hailstorm that ruined MANY roofs in Peyton/Falcon, Colorado. He worked directly with USAA, my home insurance provider and the property adjuster... it literally took 10 calendar days from Claim reported, insurance adjuster examining the roof, getting the entire funding from the insurance company and the roof installed in one day. Henry went above and beyond to ensure EVERYTHING went smoothly and inspected the roof at the end of the work day, and made sure not even one nail or shingle was left on the ground before the roofers went home for the day. It was promised that the roofers would start at 7:00 a.m., and they were there at EXACTLY 7:00 a.m. They worked quick and efficiently, observed all safety procedures, apologized for the noise they made (not too bad) and THANKED me at the end of the day on behalf of Interstate Roofing and the other workers. Jim and his team at Interstate did a fantastic job. They installed a new Class 4 roof and new gutters and downspouts after a storm. They worked closely with the insurance company to ensure everything was done correctly and my home was fixed. My brother-in-law recommended this company and insisted to ask for Henry (my brother-in-law used them for his house). Interstate Roofing was quick to respond. We live east of Colorado Springs and this area seems to be a target for hail damage. After the last storm we had the pleasure of meeting Drew Haviland with Interstate Roofing. He came out and walked us through all our damage. He explained why we would need a different type of roofing on our horse stalls than our home and garage. I did not know that and was happy we had a person with the knowledge that Drew had. He even asked us to wait a month or two until storm season was over so we would not have this happen again. About fifty roofing contractors walked by and visited me after a severe hail storm that crushed every roof in the neighborhood. I chose to work with Rob from Interstate Roofing as I found him to be the most personable and took the most time inspecting the damage to the roof. I was also in the middle of closing the sale on the house, so getting the roof fixed in a timely manner and up to code was very important. Rob and the crew at Interstate got it done without a hitch, and also upgraded the roof, which will save the new homeowners on home insurance, and I still got a great price. Interstate Roofing answered the call after a 2018 hail storm. At a time when so many roofing companies were vying for customers and the average homeowner was left confused and overwhelmed by the sheer number of competitors on the market, Interstate Roofing stepped in and made us feel comfortable with their business from the beginning. Our Project Manager, Aaron Stevenson, educated us of all roofing and gutter options, kept us informed throughout the process, handled correspondence with our insurance company (which wasn’t always easy), understood our needs and was an advocate for us, and overall made the process as pleasant as it could be. If there was something we weren’t satisfied with, Aaron made sure to make it right. Overall, he treated us with kindness and respect. I highly recommend Interstate Roofing.Here in Colorado, frequent hail damage means you will see hundreds of ads, signs, and pitches from roofing repair companies—some even travel from out of state and it’s tough to know which one to go with – After all, it’s an important job. My experience with Interstate Roofing was extremely positive and I will be a return customer.Interstate Roofing will assign a project manager to the house and from there, they are your best advocate and expert through the entire process. Louis Wyman was the project manager for my house – and he could not have been more honest, patient, and competent. Louis came to the house, meticulously assessed the damages, and then laid out in an easy to understand way how to move forward – we even called my insurance company together right then and there.From there, Louis began working to make my life as simple as possible, while communicating to me updates. He was even able to expedite the timeline as I had to leave for out-of-state work.Louis was there alongside me when the insurance adjuster assessed the damages. I do believe this made a difference in getting the full fair amount I needed to restore my home. Interstate Roofing knows how to work with insurance – they even got them to expedite their timeline as well and accept a more expensive bid from a company of choice to uninstall and reinstall my solar. That doesn’t always happen, and was a big win. Louis showcased in person to me every color, model, etc. available to choose from for the gutters, shingles, etc. I was never rushed, didn’t have to decide on the spot like other companies, and the only real problem was that there were so many nice options it was tough to pick. The crew was friendly, fast, and thoroughly cleaned up all the nails and debris. They finished my house in 1 day – other companies quoted 2-3 days. In the end with a lot of companies you can get a new roof and be fine with it – but the hassle, communication problems, delays, insurance debacles, and more make it a grim experience. I am thrilled with Interstate Roofing because I have had those bad experiences before and the contrast is unbelievable.Louis Wyman did a phenomenal job as the project manager for my totaled roof.
